Suresh Introduction
Whatever we do, it comes under the following cycle. Look at the cycle carefully.
According to this cycle, whatever we do, we first think about it. Our thinking helps us to form certain beliefs. These beliefs influence our decisions and out decision determine our action/behavior. Our actions give us certain results which determines our potential. This cycle is true for positive as well as negative behavior. The action or behavior cannot be changed unless we change our thoughts about it. In our training we attempt to make a change at How You Thinking. Whatever you do or want to change, you must focus on what you think about it. Then change the thinking.
