Pathology
1). Causative organism :

- Aspergillus Niger

- Candida Albicans

2). Invade deep layer of skin

3. Otorhhoea

4. Deafness / Heaviness

Signs
1.) Fungus seen in ear canal

- cotton like : (Candidiasis)

-Wet News Paper like -black specks : (Candidiasis) (Aspergillus niger)

2.) Canal erythma.

Treatment
1). Local Treatment: 1. Total cleaning remove fungal debrish, - Remove epithelial debrish 2. Wick of Antifungal agent. - Clotrimazol: - Miconazol - Tolneftate - Salicylic acid - 2% Acetic acid - 1% Gentian violate 3. Water should not enter in the canal 4. Avoid steroid drops

1). Systemic Treatment: 1. Antibiotic 2. Analgesic 3. Antihistaminic
