Method / Instructions with times: 1. Add spaghetti to the pot with boiled water (1 min) 2. Make your Thai style shrimp: (10 min) SHRIMP METHOD: A. Heat pan and add oil to the pan B. Fry the garlic and chilli mix using spatula C. Add in shrimp and fry until cooked (colour will change to a pink colour) D. After shrimp is cooked add 2 tablespoons of water E. Add a spoon of Siew Khao and oyster sauce (add more if needed) F. Add 5 basil leaves G. Mix the shrimp and then take it out of the pan and add it into a bowl

3. Leave the shrimp aside (10 seconds) 4. Take spaghetti noodles out of boiling water and put in a separate bowl on the side) (30 seconds) 5. Make the ttukbogi: (23 mins) TUKKBOGI A. Cut the vegetables (onions, garlic, and spring onion) which will go into the sauce. (5 minutes) B. Get 600mL 800mL of water (30 seconds) C. In a pan boil the water in very high heat (1-2 minutes) D. While the water is boiling, add Gochujang(spicy red spice), garlic, onion, Ganjang (soy sauce) (30 seconds) E. Then keep stirring it (Stir it until everything dissolves in the water) (around 5 minutes) F. Add rice cakes inside the sauce (30 seconds) G. Then, keep stirring the rice cake so it doesnt stick to the bottom of the pan. (5 minutes) H. Finally you mix the dish well together so every rice cake has sauce on it. (Shouldnt take more than 2 minutes)
6. Take the pan with ttukbogi out of the stove (10 seconds) 7. Put the spaghetti in your serving plate and add the tukkbogi on top of it (1 min) 8. Add in shrimp on top of tukkbogi anywhere you please (1 min)
