Chicken (Wash and squeeze out as much water as possible. 1/2 tsp. garlic paste, 1 tsp. ginger paste, finely chopped coriander leaves. Coriander Paste Irio (Corn, Spinach, Peas and Potato) Ravioli

Create a mound of flour with the salt added into a bowl and then make a hole in the middle 1min Add the whole egg to the middle of the flour hole 1 min Draw in the flour mixing together slowly with a fork1min When flour and egg starting to mix well, use fingers to combine further.3min Knead dough using hands for around 5-10 minutes on a clean surface Ensuring elastic texture not too flaky or to sticky and soft Wrap dough in plastic and leave for 30 min to settle

Method / Instructions with times: Make Tandoori Chicken: a. Cut the chicken into small pieces about 4cm each. b. Add following ingredients into a mixing bowl. i. 1/4 cup of yogurt. ii. 2 tsps. of cooking oil. iii. Salt and chilly powder to your taste. iv. 2 tsps. heaps of tandoori chicken masala. v. Finely chopped 4 garlic cloves and 1/2 tsps. of ginger paste. vi. Finely chopped coriander leaves. vii. Mix all the ingredients using spatula then add chicken pieces to the mixing bowl. viii. Leave in the fridge to marinate overnight (min 6 hours). Make Irio at home: a. Boil potato, corn, peas and spinach. b. Grind all ingredients with hand grinder for around 30 mins. Make Ravioli at school. Fill the Ravioli with Irio. Roast the Tandoori Chicken using an oven at 180 degrees C. Roast for 30mins. Cut Tandoori chicken into small pieces and add on top of the Ravioli. Green chutney 1. Cilantro - 1 small bunch 2. Mint leaves - 1/4 cup 3. Garlic - 1 clove 4. Ginger - 1/4 inch 5. Green chillies - 2 small , seeded 6. Yoghurt - 2 - 3 tbsp. 7. Lemon juice - 2 tsp. or to taste 8. Salt - To taste
Wash the cilantro and mint leaves. Drain well. Blend everything together in a mixer until you get a smooth paste. Adjust the salt and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
