Lead the team for continuous mobilization of target groups (youth of 18-35 yrs) for achieving required enrolments for first batch and for subsequent batches Counselling of prospective program beneficiaries and parents Registration and Admission of the candidates Ensure Batch Launch & Batch Freeze KRA 2: Maintaining Quality of Training in classes Overall management of training in coordination with State Head and Project Lead. Ensuring quality levels of training classes (attendance, timely commencement, completion of syllabus) As a Faculty to impart training on one or all of the following: Housekeeping, Personality Development, Life-skills / Soft Skills, Spoken English, any other skill/trait desired. Continuous counselling, mentoring and motivation of students and their families towards the mainstream and jobs. Ensure proper training program, timetables. Ensure program assessments and evaluation of the training. Ensure continuous monitoring of the training and feedback. Ensure Train the Trainer should be conducted.
