Survey on Perception of metro services

Metro has changed the life of Delhites. Some people see it as an efficient means of transport but others have different views. We are students of IIT Delhi and as per our course requirement we are conducting this survey. We would like to have your frank and honest perceptions. Your identity and responses would be kept confidential. After the survey is over, results can be discussed with you, if you are willing to know them. You have to give responses on a five point rating scale ranging from strongly agree (5) to strongly disagree (1). If you are in strong agreement with the statement give five points to the statement.
