ORDER ON STIPULATION TO CONTINUE HEARING SETTING ON MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM THE AUTOMATIC STAY, TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE, TO ALLOW PAYMENT AND ADVANCEMENT OF PROCEEDS UNDER INSURANCE POLICY This matter comes before the Court on the Stipulation to Continue Hearing Setting ("Stipulation") on the Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay, to the Extent Applicable, to Allow Payment and Advancement of Proceeds under Insurance Policy (the Motion), filed by Cordillera Golf Holdings, LLC, WFP Cordillera, LLC, CGH Manager, LLC, David A. Wilhelm and Patrick Wilhelm (the Movants), proposed between the Movants and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors appointed in this bankruptcy case ("Committee"). The Court having reviewed the Stipulation, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED THAT: 1.
