Gulbarga is going to become first city in the North Karnataka to have a Mall with the launching of ASIAN MALL on 19th February 2012 by Sri Mallikarjun Kharge ji, Minister for Labour & Employment, Govt. of India. Former Chief Minister of Karnataka, Sri Dharam Singh ji will preside over the function. Dr. Syed Khusro Hussaini, Sajjada Nasheen, Dargah Hazrath Khaja Banda Nawaz and Dr.Sharanbaswappa Appa, Mahadasoha Peethadhipati, Sharanbaswappa Samsthan will be present to bless the occasion. Large number of dignitaries from various walks of life will grace the occasion. The Indian Economic Development & Research Association (IEDRA) that plays a significant role in the countrys economic and social development has conferred on Asian Builders, its coveted Indian Achievers Award for Construction & Design 2012 The award recognises Asian Builders outstanding contribution in changing the skyline of Gulbarga both in terms of development of residential estates & commercial

properties. It also recognises the successful launching of the ASIAN MALL, which is first of its kind project in North Karnataka. The award was presented to Mr Md. Rafiuddin, Managing Director of Asian Builders in New Delhi, at a National Seminar on Globalization of Industries & World Peace organized by IEDRA. The seminar highlighted the contribution of individuals and organisations at national level in the fields of Real Estate, industry, commerce, health, education, technology, engineering, IT, sports, etc. Asian Builders are the only developer from Karnataka to get IEDRA Award at the above function.
