The Trusts hold secured debt with an aggregate unpaid principal balance of

approximately $160 million as described on Exhibit A hereto. Each loan is secured by a direct mortgage on the subject property and a security interest in the proceeds, rents and payment streams generated by the subject property. The address for the Trusts is c/o LNR Partners, LLC, 1601 Washington Avenue, Suite 700, Miami Beach, FL 33139. 3. LNRSH is a Delaware limited liability company, having a mailing address at

1601 Washington Avenue, Suite 700, Miami Beach, Florida 33139. LNRSH holds certain mortgage-backed securities certificates in LB-UBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 2007-C7, which holds half of the $825 million mortgage loan referred to in these bankruptcy cases as the Fixed Rate Loan. These certificates were obtained more than one year before the commencement of these bankruptcy cases. 4. LNR is a Florida limited liability company, having a mailing address at 1601
