Islam and violence.

'Islam, violence, and the text' enquired Steve. 'Thank very much for the question' reacted Mukhtar. 'The human soul is sacred, in the teachings of Islam, and it was emphasized, in the scripture, that the one who, saves a single human soul, as if he has saved all humanity. And it goes a against the clear command, of Allah who says" Whoever kills one innocent person it is as though he has killed the whole of humanity!' ", let me assure the fact, which is, the text, yes the text has never ever, incites the adherents to violence, nor killing, as the media insists on portraying, the image as such. As I see it, the problem isn't with the text, the problem is with the one, who reads and interprets the text. Interrupted by Steve 'You said the problem isn't the text' 'Yes' 'And you believe it is the reader' 'Yes' Paused for short moment and then resumed the talk: 'Violence knows no creed or faith' said Mukhtar. 'You believe' began Steve but interrupted by Mukhtar. 'I believe and strongly do so, when the believer, who actually a reader to the text, comes to practice violence in the name of faith. It is he, and not the text, is the problem' seriously said he. 'You're right' replied Steve. 'The reader' Mukhtar scratched his head. 'Many Christians, many Jews and many Muslims, operating outside the tenets of the faith' cried he.

Therefore, the problem isn't the Faith, actually the problem is the believer, who comes to hijack the faith. If there is a problem in this regard, it is because of the reader, not the text. When the reader comes to defend himself through the text, people have to know, the reader is the problem, and not the text. So it has to be understood that, the consequences of reading and interpreting, the text always reflect, the extent and the limit of the reader understanding, to the text' seriously illustrated he. Shouting of Allahu Akbar was heard many times, looks of admiration and approval, were in faces of the presence. 'Amazing' paused, Steve, and added ' Incredible'.
