Docket No. 208 NOTICE OF FILING OF OCP FEES AND EXPENSES STATEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THAT CERTAIN ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 105(a), 327, 328 AND 330 OF THE BANKRUPTCY CODE AND BANKRUPTCY RULE 2014 AUTHORIZING THE DEBTORS TO EMPLOY AND COMPENSATE PROFESSIONALS UTILIZED BY THE DEBTORS IN THE ORDINARY COURSE OF BUSINESS NUNC PRO TUNC TO THE PETITION DATE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 12, 2011, the Court entered that certain Order Pursuant To Sections 105(a), 327, 328 and 330 of the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rule 2014 Authorizing the Debtors to Employ and Compensate Professionals Utilized by the Debtors in the Ordinary Course of Business Nunc Pro Tunc to the Petition Date [Docket No. 208] (the OCP Order).2 Pursuant to the OCP Order, within thirty (30) days of the close of each calendar quarter (each, a Quarter) in these Chapter 11 Cases prior to the entry of an order confirming any chapter 11 plan, the Debtors are required to file with the Court and serve on the Notice Parties a statement (each, an OCP Fees and Expenses Statement) identifying the aggregate amounts paid to each Ordinary Course Professional in the reported Quarter.
