Dear All

ALRC Competitive Events Consultation 2012

It has now been a number of years since the Association of Land Rover Clubs announced and introduced its future competition policy to the membership. We have again decided to consult the membership on how they want to develop our area of motorsport within the aims of the ALRC. This consultation document is aimed at inspiring the membership to become involved in the future direction of the ALRC by allowing all to shape style of events and vehicle specifications/modifications. This consultation documents is in the format of a questionnaire to be discussed with the membership and returned to the ALRC for processing of information. Completed questionnaires are welcome from both clubs and individual representatives so any club member can feel free to comment. It is hoped that this first consultation will receive a high level of support and give some answers to broad questions to allow more detailed consultations to take place. The result of this consultation will be reported to the member clubs with details of the next steps to be taken, this will typically be an invitation to discuss individual subject areas at a Scrutineering and Off Road Committee meeting. Each Question is followed by a suggestive answer which individual members may or may not agree with but will hopefully stimulate ideas and discussion. The closing date for replies, which should be sent to the above address is 31st December 2012. I look forward to hearing from you.
