AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP

I, Ma. Paz A. Perigua of legal age, widow, Filipino and a resident of Dumaguete City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say; That Fausta Faura is one of the Registered owner of lot # 3321 covered by OCT # 1556-A that Fausta Faura left and only heir Flaviana Lumjod who married to Valentin N. Amigo, that affiant is one of the two heirs of Flaviana L. Amigo. Therefore upon the death of Fausta Faura Lumjod who was then a widow in 1946 after the liberation, this lot was inherited by her only heir Flaviana Lumjod Amigo, that upon the death of Flaviana Lumjod Amigo in 1981 who was then a widow, this lot 3321 was passed on to the two heirs of Flaviana Lumjod Amigo. By virtue of an order issued by Honorable Court presided over by the Honorable Judge Eleuterio Chiu, the whole property was adjudicated to the affiant Ma. Paz A. Perigua. That the contains of this affidavit are true and correct, according to the best of my knowledge and belief. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hands this 29th day of October 2012.
