DIVINE REIKI AND SPIRITUAL HEALING THROUGH THE UNITY OF FAITHS BY JASWANT S PREFACE For reasons only best

known to Sai Baba, this book did not get published as planned in 2006. The last four years have been the hardest and the most painful; I was to experience firsthand the pain of death and the anguish it brings ones self and ones family. In 2006, during my time in Prasanthi Nilayam in September, I prayed for my youngest sister, Savi, who was going to undergo heart surgery in January 2007. A devoted wife and mother of three young children, my sister was one of those unique human beings who was always helping anyone she could to improve themselves. Over the years, she would bring several people for Reiki healings when I would be in Malaysia for holidays. In 2006, she taught and introduced me to crystals and the crystal world, and I would just smile as I didnt believe in crystal power. My sister was taken from us on the 18thJanuary 2008, my brother in-law and I was present at the time of her passing. Again, words cannot describe the pain and anguish I felt as I was looking at the heart monitor and the angel lying on the bed, fighting for her life and the seconds ticking youre screaming in your head and heart for the machine to stop ticking because you are not READY to say GOODBYE and then the SILENCE and my little angel has crossed over and I feel a part of me died that day with her. Life will never be the same again and I know it. For fourteen days after her passing, every evening Sikh Naujawan Sabha in Kuala Lumpur (my sister was a member of this group in her younger days) came to my brother in-laws house and performed Kirtan (Sikh holy hymns), we would feel her presence very strongly during these times. The night before I was leaving for Melbourne, my other sister Poli (there were four of us sisters) asked me to teach her the cross over work where you connect with the departed soul and get messages. As soon as we connected (this was on the third day of her passing) we saw our sister sitting in a beautiful garden. She said she has been there for three days just reflecting on the life she just completed and in the evenings she comes home when the Kirtan[Sikh divine hyms] is being sung. We asked her where mum and the others were and she said they were nearby and when I asked her if she would like us to reunite with them, she said yes and immediately, Guru Gobind Singh Ji appeared in her inner scene on his beautiful horse and took her to reunite with mum who had passed away several years ago. We left the scene with our beloved sister being reunited with mum (my stepmother, but my sisters biological mother. My mum died when I was eighteen months old and several years later my dad remarried but to me these are my sisters. Ive never thought of them as half-sisters, thats the love we have and share). And since my sisters passing, my daughter and I have become very involved with crystals and crystal healings and I use it personally in my healing work. I know in my heart it is my sister teaching us from the other side Our beloved dad, who never got over her passing, left his physical body on the 29 th November 2008. He was a very spiritual man in his senior years and a true bhakta

i.e. disciple of the Sikh faith. The day he had his cardiac arrest (I had gone home to Malaysia to look after him), I was talking to my cousins wife that he may not make it that day and prayed for Gurujis GRACE to be showered on him and in my inner scene I immediately saw Guru Gobind Singh Ji on his horse, the forms kept interchanging from Sai Baba to Guruji letting me know that my prayer was heard and Gurujis horse lifted his right hoof several times tapping it on the ground, waiting for the Divine Master of the Universe to give the command to take his BELOVED BHAKTA across and our father passed away the following morning at approximately 5 am. I used to pray to Sai Baba to look after my dad (who lived alone when he was not visiting my siblings) and after his death I found out that for the last five years, his neighbours were Sai Baba devotees who took care of him SAI, YOUR GRACE IS IMMENSE! I continue to get messages from the other side and have a better understanding of life there. Ive been shown the different temples of learning, Ive been shown how our thoughts manifest our desires and each one of us is responsible for our own journey here and in the hereafter. Ive been shown the guides who are there to teach and guide but ultimately it is up to the individual to take up the process. What process you might ask? The process of GOD REALISATION and the process starts here, in the human physical body and those of us who have the LORD AND MASTER OF THE UNIVERSE BHAGWAN SRI SATHYA SAI BABA HIMSELF GUIDING US ARE TRULY BLESSED. P.S: My dad just came through, he used to feed the birds everyday and I have adopted this practise in my home in Melbourne. My dad says, ask the world to feed the birds and all gods creatures great and small for they need us to look after them, and my dad says thank you. P.P.S 1: My sister too came through and asks us to heal the planet and use the crystals theres much power in them and in using the crystals to heal, we heal the planet but as she just said, first you evoke the form of divinity that you pray to and ask for healing to be sent to everyone on planet earth and the universe. The message from the other side is very simple and clear PRAYER IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TOOL FOR EVERYONE, it will heal all the ailments of the planet earth and its inhabitants and the universe. Apparently, they (spiritual people who have crossed over) PRAY FOR US DAY AND NIGHT. P.P.S 2: Last year, I went to Prasanthi Nilayam for Dasara and before this trip I went to Annas crystal shop in Northcote [Anna too taught me much about crystals] to buy some Himalayan Quartz crystals for my sister Poli and her family. My sister Poli, a spiritual being herself had started learning to recite the Guru Granth Sahib Ji [Sikhisms holy book, we Sikhs consider it our 11thliving Guru] and I was scanning for a crystal for her. My step-mum (Polis biological mum) appeared and directed me to buy a specific crystal for her this crystal is full of Shakti pranic energy and she asked me to give Poli a message: Tell Poli, Im very proud of her learning the Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Tell her Im present (she crossed over in May 1987) every time she learns and recites the Guru Granth Sahib Ji and I will always guide her such unconditional love and devotion from a mother is beyond human comprehension It is 22/11/10, one day before Babas 85thBirthday. Im listening to Sai Chalisa [divine hymns on Sai Baba] and reflecting on this work. On Wednesday, Im meeting up with Karen who was sent into my life by my angel, my sister Savi. I had just come back from Malaysia in April and I wanted someone to help me. I too needed closure with my sisters and dads passing in 2008 and I kept getting messages from my sister Savi to go to Matahari, a new age shop in Greensborough and there I was told Karen would have all the answers I was seeking. You see, at the end of the day, we are all human. In spite of my entire spiritual know how, I wanted validation from another human being. Meeting Karen was a turning point in my life. She gave me the confidence to do things I had put on hold, including this book. So as Im reflecting, Sai Baba came through with this message Amma (his pet name for me which means mother) include the chapter on Introduction to Bhagwan Sri Satya Sai Baba from your first book. The time HAS COME, the WORLD NEEDS TO KNOW MY DIVINITY. The Lord and Master has SPOKEN, so this is the chapter. Bhagwan Sri Satya Sai Baba was born on the 23rd of November 1926 in the village of Puttaparthi in the state of Andra Pradesh, India. Today, He resides most of the time in Prasanthi Nilayam, which means, Abode of the Highest Peace Sathya Sai Babas mission is to help humanity wake up to the innate divinity (Atma) within all creation and to see that the Principles of Sathya (Truth), Dharma (Righteousness), Shanti (Peace and Equanimity), Prema (Selfless love) and Ahisma (Non- violence) govern all human relations and activities. Therefore, HE has come for all mankind and to re-establish Sanathana Dharma (Eternal Religion) which is the essence of all religions. His teachings are universal. Sathya Sai Baba also known as Sai Baba, Baba or Swami to HIS devotees appeals to all to server their fellowmen. To His devotees, He says, Love all and serve all. He shows the way HIMSELF and announces that His Life is His message.

Sathya Sai Baba is an Avatar, which means HE is Divinity born and existing as a human person, but in reality remaining as the limitless Divine. There are many books written about Sai Baba. Many theosophical, New Age and Sai bookshops sell books about him. Over the past years, authors like the late Dr Hislop, Dr Sandweiss, Phyllis Krystal, Mr J Jagadeesan, M Ruhela, the late Professor Kasturi and many, many others have written many wonderful books about Him and His mission. The discourse Sai Baba gave on Why I Incarnate is a good summary of the Lord Himself. Here it is below: MY MISSION is to grant you Courage and Joy, to drive away Weakness and Fear. Do not condemn yourselves as sinners: sin is a misnomer for what are really errors, provided you repent sincerely and resolve not to follow Evil again. Pray to the Lord to give you strength to overcome the habits, which had enticed you when you were ignorant. Worry, greed and needless agitation and anxiety, these cause even bodily disease. Mental weakness is the biggest cause of disease. Disease is a want of ease; the contented mind is the best drug. Be good, be joyful, be bold, be honest, be temperate, be patient. These are the rules of good health. I refuse to call anyone an atheist or a nun believer, for all are the Creations of the Lord and repositories of the Grace. In everyones heart there is a spring of Love, a rock of Truth. That Love is God, that Truth is God. Divinity is the rein the depths of everyones Inner Being. The Lord is above and beyond all limits of caste and colour, of wealth and poverty; it is foolish to believe that the Lord asks for this gift or is angry when it is not offered. I have come to guide and bless those who undergo the discipline and practice leading to Divine union. I am neither man nor woman, old or young, I am Me. I like you to approach Me without fear, as a right. You do not extol your father. You ask for something from him, as a right is that not so? You may be seeing Me today for the first time, but you are all old acquaintances for Me. I know you through and through. My task is the spiritual regeneration of Humanity through Truth and Love. If you approach one step nearer to Me, I shall advance three steps towards you. I am happiest when a person carrying a heavy load of misery comes to Me, for he is most in need of what I have. It is not mentioned any where that the Grace of God is available only for certain classes or races or grades of people. From the smallest to the biggest all are entitled to it. The Lord is everywhere, everything. The world can achieve prosperity and peace only through such persons whose hearts are pure and whose minds are free of prejudice and passion, lust and greed, anger and envy. I have not started the work for which I have come for, I am still in the stage of preliminary reconnaissance. He himself has said no one is capable of realising His true divinity for it is beyond human comprehension. However, in this era[Kaliyug],to take man kind back to God head, He did say that it will take three human births. He declared this when He came as the incarnation of Lord Shiva. The first body was Sai Baba of Shirdi. Bhagwan Sri Satya Sai Baba is His second and present body. The third body will be Prema Sai Baba who will be born in this century in the state of Karnataka, Mysore in India. I also dedicate this book to my physical father, Kartar Singh, who inspired me all my growing years. I had just finished doing my daily seva of sending reiki to planet earth and all its inhabitants when I heard Sai Baba say very clearly, Sai Baba is the power switch of the Universe and then he said, Move beyond my physical body in India. When sages and rishis prayed for a better world, I answered their prayers and took human birth to fulfil their prayers and the reason I chose India was because of their steadfast faith and devotion it earned them the Grace. Changes since my first book There have been numerous changes in my work since my first book. In the earlier healings, people would come for each attunement (there were four then) and most of them did not make the effort to continue with the healings. Time was also a big issue as each attunement took at least an hour and people needed to heal after each attunement and then I would bring them back for chakra balances. I needed the people to make a commitment to take charge of their own problems and prayed to Sai Baba for Divine guidance. Baba provided me with the answer. He said that all I needed was one attunement and to place all the ShivaShakti symbols on the person and heal any issues that surfaced. Each person would then be given a prayer as part of their self empowerment and self journey; and self effort is required. Each person would only need to come for chakra balances and healings as and when he/she desires or when the need arises. I would only teach those who will make a commitment to do seva even if is only global healing the most important sevaof selfless love. Personally, I continue to do the work in total surrender. My amazing inner growth has lead to higher vibrations in attunements and now I am guided to use different mantras during attunements and chakra balances and this has taken my work to a much higher level and the results are absolutely amazing. In most cases, an attunement and a chakra balance is all that is needed and each person will have to commit to their own healing process by ensuring that they do their reiki prayer on a daily basis. Seven years ago, I was directed by Baba to go to Reservoir library and there would be a book there that I would be led to borrow. I walked in and went where I was directed.

The book, Angel Inspiration by Diana Cooper was being advertised as a new item. What a coincidence! I was directed to evoke angels in my work as my Divine helpers and by doing this and through Swamis Grace and Diana Cooper, the work has taken another dimension. The amazing thing for me is how the angels help me in my absent/global healings. After each healing/ attunement, I surrender the outcome to Baba and SaiGanesh, his archangels and angels and they take over and the outcome has been amazing. The other big change being, loved ones from the other side have been coming through when people come for attunement. I do not call them when someone comes for an attunement. If a spirit is there, my responsibility is to pass on the messages, thats all; however, I find it extremely comforting for the person and feel privileged to be the messenger. Our loved ones simply cross over to another plane. They are aware of our thoughts and actions and are able to communicate when the opportunity presents itself. The amazing phenomena I find is that, once they cross over, they love unconditionally and often ask for forgiveness for their not so pleasant actions when they were alive. This is validated once you receive your life review and reflect on your life just completed forgiveness is an important part of the spiritual growth as it allows the person to move forward spiritually and as they prepare their next human contract while on the other side, they will decide how their next life is going to span out and what lessons they need to learn when they take human birth again, that is, what karma they need to bring as part of their baggage as Sai Baba states, When a child is born, around his/her neck is the invisible chain the chain of his/her karmic actions. Each one of us come with this karmic garland for no one is free of their karmic actions remember the saying, So you sow, so you reap. Human debts are settled and your social status do not grant you exclusions whether you are a farmer, politician or a high profile criminal dressed in a three pieced suit or a uniform you know who you are. A criminal is a person who breaks the rules of the game of life whether you are a teacher, priest, politician, an officer, abuser, a policeman, a parent the list goes on. It is only when one embraces Divinity into their lives and embrace change which brings reform, that is, working through your karmic issues that you will improve and become a better and Divinely driven human being. Although I was attuned by two Reiki Masters and am a student of the Usui system of Reiki, I take my instructions from Sai Baba. Reiki is masculine (Shiva) and Seichim is feminine (Shakti). Reiki and Seichim is Divine healing (a gift from God Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba Himself). It originated initially when He came as Lord Shiva and in His present ShivaShakti swaroopaan , the Divine gift magnified. In the year 2002, I was blessed to get the opportunity to go to Prasanthi Nilayam for the holy festival of Mahashivarathriwhen Swami materialises the lingam.Since my return, my gift of Reiki/Seichim has become

infused with Swamis energy and words cannot express the bliss that one feels in a session of healing and the visions have increased. As said earlier, in the year July 2003, Swami instructed me to go to the library. He told me there was a book that He wanted me to read and I will be directed to the book. So, off I went and as I walked, my footsteps guided me to the book, Angel Inspiration by Diana Cooper (prior to this I would feel the presence of angels and archangels) and Swami then asked me to evoke the angels in everything I do, especially in healings. Swami also taught me many, many lessons and the most significant one is that HE IS GOD AND HIS HOME IS THE SUN. The reiki energy comes from the sun and the subtle pranic vibration Aum. Swami asks me to visualise Him in the sun with His palms facing me and the reiki energy coming out of His Divine palms and pouring into me and the person to whom I am giving the reiki. I must emphasise strongly that I DO NOT run my reiki as a business but as a Sai seva. People who come for healings have to donate to a charity of their choice. This process was tedious, slow and very time consuming and it would seem like forever before a person could heal. In 2001, after meditating and seeking Divine guidance from Sai Baba, I started doing all the attunements in one session. The outcome was amazing and humbling. I observed that people would progress quicker and the only requisites were faith, trust, acceptance and doing the reiki prayer daily. In 2003, Sai Baba introduced me to the world of angels and archangels and taught me to incorporate them into the attunement and healing processes. The result Amazing Grace! In 2005, Swami asked me to use mantrasin the attunement and healing process and I found the attunements and healings took a higher vibrationary energy. In the attunement process, the person is connected to their chosen Divine form, archangels, angels and guardian angels, by prayer, symbols and mantras. Often just the attunement process is enough to start the person on their healing/spiritual journey. However, in some cases, people need to clear more issues and they come back for chakra balance healings. If during an attunement process, a past life or some negative issue surfaces, it is dealt with and healed during the process of the attunement. Often this is what brings people for healings in the first place. Being a facilitator for spiritual healing called Cutting the Ties that Bind, which was originally taught by Mrs Phyllis Krystal, I incorporate this sacred work into the healing. The work is based on symbols and inner visualisation and this sacred work too has grown beyond the books and is a very important part of the healing work I do from puberty rite cuts to personal issues, negative issues, past lives and issues that have infiltrated into the present life and needs to be healed. In an attunement, it will heal whatever lifetime/lifetimes that are needed to be healed eg cult lifetimes, abuse, ritual killings eg satirituals, etc. 2ndVersion Used at the end of the attunement process to send grounding energy to the person and bring the person back to the present time as during every attunement or chakra balance the person is in a trance-like state (state of reverie). AumHonShaZeShoNen Used for absent/distant healing and in attunements done by proxy. Symbols used to access a persons akashic(soul) records where past life memories are stored. Heals past, present and future; thus reducing future karma.

AumMaYurMa Helps a person to move from the self to the selfless; (an important process in a persons spiritual journey) Helps eliminate the ego the first requisite in a persons spiritual journey. Besides being sacred and transcendental, each symbol has a specific job to do and because they are infused with Divine energy, my role as a Reiki Master is to perform the attunement process; then totally surrender the outcome to the Divine form that I have connected the person to. The healing process commences on the person from the time I hear about a person or am contacted by them for an appointment Respect, reverence and acceptance of an attunement are equally important. I have reached the stage of my own personal journey whereby I am comfortable in saying no to those individuals who have little or no faith in Divinity or in my seva ; individuals who are looking or hoping for a quick fix to their problems without attempting to put in any effort. no pain, no gain no effort, no result. In the troubled times that we live in, it is not only comforting to depend on a form of Divinity but it allows peace to flow into your being as well. In an attunement, you are shown how to communicate with God and allow Him into your life and the lives of your loved ones; let Him guide, guard and protect you and your loved ones. It also enhances a persons self-empowerment and self-ownership. No one can undertake your karma or your spiritual journey for you. You are the maker of your own destiny. Reiki/Seichim attunement helps you with this process. I place these sacred symbols in specific places and increase their Divine energy by including mantrasand prayers. Anyone can have an attunement as it is not limited to any religion. This also includes the animal kingdom and your trees and plants its uses are limitless. In some cases, people come back for chakra balances but seriously and frankly speaking, just by doing your daily Reiki/Seichim prayer is enough liken it to taking your daily Divine medication. I also request that the person refrain from eating meat on the day of the attunement and I scan them once we are connected to the Divine beings. If a past life or negative issue or any other issues surface; that issue is healed and set free. In a chakra balance healing, each chakra is healed using the Reiki prayer and mantras. The chakras are energy centres that work on the subtle/causal plane and are very, very important for a persons mental, physical and spiritual well-being. The end result of an attunement process or chakra balance is feeling lighter and freer with the ability to motivate oneself, and most important of all, feeling peaceful and acceptance of whatever is happening in your life and whatever crisis youre facing with eg separation, job loss, divorce and bereavement. Please note that you do not need to have a crisis to have an attunement. Once you have the gift of an attunement, you can send healing and Gods love and light to your home, job, loved ones, problems or issues that you are facing. You can

send the Reiki prayer to the past, present and future events like examinations, job interviews, important and significant events and whatever/wherever/whoever you have sent it to become infused with Divine energy and Grace. It is also used for global healings, especially praying for peace. Reiki/Seichim attunements are used for a persons highest will and good and this includes situational healings. Therefore, if a negative thought form penetrates into a prayer, for eg, jealousy or envy, the Divine beings will not allow that prayer to be sent. They, too, are bound by the law of karma; in other words, Reiki/Seichim prayers are used only for good and not evil. The same applies in global healing. Obeythat voiceandyouwillnotcometoanyharmSaiBaba Visions Dreams Healings and Messages The Guru Nanak Story In June 2001, I used to receive many visions. The most outstanding one happened one night when Swami told me He would show me the true meaning of GurudiGadi( I had been meditating on the Sikh faith, having been born in a Sikh family in this lifetime. I wanted an answer to this question). He then led me by the hand and we went to His Kingdom (and it wasnt planet earth) and there He took me to a space. It felt very peaceful, serene and beautiful. We then approached twelve chairs, which were beautifully decorated and stacked one on top of the other. In the first chair, which was the first one from the ground, there was a jyotiburning a flame of light so bright, and I could feel the presence of Guru Nanak (the first of the eleven Gurus of the Sikh faith). The flame emanated from his heart chakra and it then went to the second, third, fourth and all the way to the eleventh chair. It was one continuous flame and it is still burning in the eleventh chair, which had the GuruGranthSahib(the holy book of the Sikhs) sitting in the chair, which we Sikhs believe and embrace as our Living Guru and we Sikhs are taught to live a dharmicway of life following the teachings of our Gurus. When the flame was passing through the chairs, I could feel Guru Nanaks energy merging into the energy of the second Guru, the third Guru, the fourth Guru and chronologically until it reached the eleventh chair. Swami (a term I use when referring to Sai Baba) took me by the hand, from the ground and lifted me up to the top in what seemed like a flash, but I was able to see and feel the sacred atmosphere. I then told Swami that I had to be careful coming down and He guided me down, one chair at a time, just balancing on the edge of each chair. It was an awesome experience and more important than that, it answered my question about Gurudi Gadiand Swami gave me permission to share this experience with any Sikh brother or sister. In June 2004, Swami gave me another vision about the Sikh faith. He took me to our home in West Malaysia (our family members were the caretakers of the Sikh temple

in our village) and inside the Gurudwara(temple). He then stood back and I watched myself putting clothes to dry on an indoor clothes line (like I do in Australia in winter). I watched myself walking around the GuruGranthSahib. I was conscious of its presence and was not paying much attention to it, when suddenly I noticed it was getting dark and Swami who was silently standing watching me (what seemed like all day) MERGED INTO THE GURUGRANTHSAHIBand He then placed Himself into the cupboard where the GuruGranth Sahib was placed every night. The GuruGranthSahib became Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba and it was Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba who placed Himself in the cupboard and closed the door. The vision still remains with me and when I asked Swami the meaning of the vision, Swami said, Our GuruGranthSahibis our Living Guru God Incarnate Sri Sathya Sai Baba lives and breathes in every page of our holy book, so please do not lock it away in the cupboard. Revere it day and night in the open space. It is Divinity Alive in the highest form. CallMebyanynameKrishna,Allah,Nanakor Christ...-SaiBaba. Global Healing It was the early nineties. I had just started Cutting the Ties healings. (I hadnt heard about reiki then). One night Swami came in my dream, took me by the hand and we rose above planet earth. I was flying with Sai Ma (or Sai Baba). It was such an awesome experience and He asked me to look down on Mother Earth it was dirty, littered, filthy, and uncared for. The coastline was littered with rubbish. He then turned to me and said, Look, Amma ! (an affectionate term he uses to call me). Look at what they are doing to my planet. And I could see the hurt and pain in His heart and in His eyes. You do the Gayatri Mantra, Amma, and ask others to do it also. It will cleanse the earth and it will inspire reaction and change. The message was just not for me but for all of us. He was just using me as an instrument. Once I received the gift of reiki, I do global healings evoking Swamis energy and asking permission to evoke the energies of the angels and archangels to cleanse Mother Earth and to awaken the thought forms in people which then inspire them, not just to cleanse Mother Earth but to protect all its inhabitants, especially those who are dependent on us, like the trees and animals, saving the forest and the entire animal kingdom. I have taught others to do this global healing and it is now 2006 and I feel in awe when I see His beloved children clean up and care for our Mother Earth, our physical home. Keep in mind that I am only one of His many instruments and people who are non-Sai devotees or who have never heard of Sai Baba perform this sevatoo. The only difference is I know that He is God Incarnate and all Divine forms are His and He is the Inner Motivator of all His children, irrespective of race, caste, colour or creed.

One night I had a vision that I was back in my house in West Malaysia. I was standing in front of the altar with my palms folded in a prayer position and I was gazing at the picture of Guru Nanak when suddenly GuruNanakspicture changed to Sai Baba and His right eye started flickering and with each movement, He showed me His various other forms. One minute it was GuruNanak, then ShirdiBaba,thenLord Krishna,thenLordRama,LordShiva,theLordJesus, ProphetMohammed,LordBuddha,LordVishnu,GayatriMa, DurgaMa,ParvatiMa,MotherMary. It went on for a few minutes, with all different images of Divinity. Then it stopped and the picture became GuruNanaksform again. Swami said the symbolic meaning of this dream was that He was showing me that He is God and all forms are extensions of Him. Sai Ganesha In the year 1995, I had made plans to go to Malaysia. One night Swami came in my dream. It was back in my hometown in Malaysia near the Sikh temple. Next door to the Sikh temple is a Hindu temple. I didnt know which deity was installed in this temple. But in my dream, Swami called me to witness the following phenomenon. I saw Swami walk into the inner sanctum of the Hindu temple. He then lifted a life size statue of LordGaneshaand brought it into the main area of the temple and He then installed Himself in the inner sanctum of the temple. He sat there in His beautiful orange robe on a chair. It was a magnificent sight. I actually went to this temple when I was in Malaysia and there, in the inner sanctum of the temple is a life size statue of LordGanesha. In the same dream, He then went to a SindhiMandir. (The Gujeraticommunity had a LordKrishnatemple). I went there once as a child and remembered the statue of Lord Krishna and always remembered the bhajansand the aarthi -OmJai JagdishHare. In the dream, Swami placed the statue of His former form of ShirdiBabawhere the statue of LordKrishna was. Message: SwamiwasvalidatingHISDIVINITYHEISSAI GANESHA,SAIKRISHNAandSHIRDIBABA. Sai Shiva In Malaysia, there are sacred caves called Batu Caves. On this same trip in 1996, Swami instructed me to go to the caves. On the highest level, I could see a life size statue of Lord Shiva in the tandavumpose and I could hear the vibration of HIS FEET doing the tandavumdance. I could feel Divinity everywhere there was Lord Ganesha, Lord Subramaniam,MotherParvathi,LordShivaandGoddess Saraswathi.

I felt extremely saddened that it is now a noisy tourist attraction as the energy there is so SACRED. When I reached the top, there was no statue of LordShivaand yet I could feel his DIVINE presence. I could hear the beat of his DIVINE feet dancing. I was quite puzzled but Swami assured me that that is one of HIS ABODES. Salutations to SaiShiva. Salutations to ShaktiMa. Lord Ganesha In the year 2006, I had the blessed opportunity to do healing on a young lady who is a devotee of LordGanesha Pillaryar as she calls him lovingly. My mother apparently had tremendous faith in LordGaneshaand so do I, and as a child and teenager, I was very blessed to live approximately thirty yards away from a LordGaneshatemple. After becoming a Sai devotee, I understood His role in Divinity more clearly. He is an independent deity, the grantor of wisdom and intellect, the Lord who is the remover of obstacles, the son of LordShivaand MotherParvathiand the son of Sai Baba. His presence is evoked first before any prayers or healings. I have seen Him many times in my inner vision. His height fluctuates from 5 ft 8 in to 6ft 9 in. He has a pot belly and He walks on His toes, as if He is doing a graceful dance. He has the most beautiful face; kind, compassionate and His Divine trunk is extremely graceful. In one vision, I saw Him crouched on a little mouse and He was riding on him. This young lady, too, has had many visions of His Divinity in her healings. What a blessed child! LordGaneshas compassion was overwhelming as He cannot bear to see his devotees in pain. SUCH IS HIS GRACE. Messages from Mother Mary I used to know an Italian woman, whose son was in Germany when the Gulf War broke out. It was a beautiful spring day and I was putting the washing on the line when suddenly I heard Swami asking me to call her with the simple message, Why fear when I am here? I followed Swamis instructions, came in the house and phoned my friend, who was at work. She started crying and needed a few moments to gather herself. She then asked me what made me ring her at that moment and I explained it to her. At the time when Sai Baba asked me to ring her, she was praying to Mother Mary to protect her son and bring him home safely and although, she isnt a Sai devotee, she felt very comforted by the message and her son reached home safely in about a months time. A few years later, she was involved in a near fatal car crash. Being Catholic, she carried Mother Mary (Madonna) in her car and believes she was saved by Her presence. I found out about her accident a month after she was out of intensive care and I offered to go to her home to give her reiki healings. One morning, as soon as I connected with Mother Mary, (I connect with whatever form of Divinity the person has faith in) Mother Mary said to me, Ill do her reiki healing today, and I could feel Her Divine energy working through me. I did not tell her this, as her faith was not strong and it would hurt me if she disbelieved me. As we approached her heart chakra area, she said to me, This is strange. I can feel Mother Marys presence very strongly and it is as if She is doing my reiki. Tears poured down my face as I have been trying to strengthen her faith in our beloved Mother Mary. Mother Mary then showed me a statue of Hers. It is in Sicily, Southern Italy. (My friends roots are in Sicily). It is a huge statue and it is crying continuously. Mother

Mary then said to me, Look how they abandon Me. I am the Mother Divine and I weep for My children who dont understand My Divinity. They have little or no faith in Me. They constantly want proof (and she was a good example as she was continuously asking for proof). Does Divinity need proof? Does a mothers love need proof? My love for My children is unconditional. I passed this message on to her and have since surrendered her to the care of Mother Mary. A year later, when she was fully recovered, she did take a trip through Europe, including Sicily and went to see the statue of Mother Mary. This message of Mother Marys is a very frequent one from all denominations of Christianity and many deny her Divinity and some have even left the faith to embrace another and they wonder why the Mother weeps. We should embrace and practise the religion into which we are born, for Divinity is One and as God Incarnate, Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba said, All forms of Divinity are extensions of Him. Mother Mary, too, is an extension of Him. It is not correct or proper to deny the Divine Mother. Message from St. Francis I recently had a young gentleman come for healing and he stated prior to coming that he was a man of little or no faith. Well, did the Divine have a surprise for him for St.Francis was his Divine helper and He had so many wonderful messages for him. The most powerful one was He wanted the hypocrisy of the church exposed. By that, He referred to the sexual misconduct that has taken place over centuries in what should have been SACRED GROUND and in DIVINE PRESENCE and He wants these supposed people of the CLOTH TO KNOW THAT GOD HAS EYES EVEN IN THE WALLS where they thought no one could see. He wants these people to know that GOD HAS EARS in the sacred vibrational sound and knows every lie that they said. REDEEM AND BE SAVED. St. Francis also wants us to look after the animals all creatures big and small for we are their caretakers and He has requested that we evoke HIS ENERGY in the situation mentioned above and when healing animals and He will come, together with the angels. Message from Lord Jesus and Mother Mary In 2004, during Christmas, my daughter asked me to accompany her to the local shopping mall. It was just a few days before Christmas and everyone seemed to be totally absorbed in shopping. I silently prayed to Lord Jesus and Mother Mary and the angels for guidance regarding this matter and They instantly responded. I could feel bright light over the shopping mall and THEY asked me to change the mall into a place of prayer instead and asked me to erect an altar not only with their forms but with every Divine form and asked me to get the people in the mall to go to this altar and kneel and pray PRAY FOR PEACE. They said that will come from the unity of faiths people of all faiths praying together to one GODHEAD and instantly in my inner scene, I could see groups of people going to the altar and kneeling and praying together. It was an amazing sight. THEY then asked me to do the same for every suburb in Victoria, then Australia and then the world. So while my daughter was busy shopping for clothes, I was able to do this and it was one of the most powerful sensations I had ever felt. Light up your home Just before the war in Afghanistan, a few of us used to meet regularly to recite the SaiGaneshaprayer, SaiGayathriand Gayatrimantra. (See Appendix). We use little globes of Mother Earth, place the reiki symbols on the globe and also send healing and Gods love and light to every child, man, woman, teenager and to all Gods creation including our animal kingdom. In one session, I had an out of body experience. Sai Baba took me by the hand and I was travelling the earth with Him, but especially in Afghanistan, Tibet and the Middle East. He showed me mothers and sisters crying helplessly at their situation. It was a heart breaking sight. Sai Ma then asked me to tell the group to install an altar in every one of their homes and to light a jyotiand get the people to pray. We then did the same for every country. By the time we finished, every home on this planet had an altar with a picture of the Divine they believed in and a jyotiburning and we were asked to leave things like this at the end of the session. Sai Ma on the chariot (during group chanting) One night, during the group global prayer session, when we were reciting the GayatriMantra, Swami appeared in my inner scene. He was riding a chariot that looked similar to the one in the pictures of LordKrishnawith Arjun. Swami was wearing His orange robe and He was riding His chariot in thin air, circling planet earth and materialising vibhurti (sacred ash) that He spilled over every country. It was an awesome sight. This time, His robe was white, a dazzling white and Swami appeared to have a tiny vessel in His right hand and again as He circled Mother Earth in thin air on this beautiful swan, Swami poured amritam(holy water) over every country. Swamis instruction on the Muladhara chakra Earlier in the year 2006, I became ill and felt very weak and I, finally, called on Swami for help. As I lay in bed, Swami directed me to read a chapter from the book Living Divinity by Shakuntala Banu. He asked me to place the book on my third eye and He will guide me to the chapter that I needed to read that morning and there, through His Grace, Swami spoke about life existing in the Muladharachakra.When I finished reading the chapter, I did what Swami instructed the devotee in the book to do, on myself using Sai mantrasand my reiki prayer, focussing on the muladharachakraand I could feel my strength returning and in approximately half an hour, I felt strong enough to get out of bed and recovered quickly. Swami also instructed me to use this process on people who come for reiki and the response has been wonderful. Healing versus Counselling I am a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (this is my 36thyear in this field), a professional counsellor, a medium, a facilitator for spiritual healing called Cutting the ties that bind and a Reiki/Seichim Master. I feel I have enough authority to speak about this subject and this is my evaluation. In a counselling session, you are constantly addressing issues very small steps that sometimes takes years. Believe me, I see a lot of this in my nursing profession which is good for some but not for all. In healing, especially in Reiki and Cutting the ties, one faces very painful issues and then cuts with them. 99% of all problems are karmicly linked, that is to say, past life baggage into present lifetime as part of the contract you signed with the Divine about issues that you want to work with in this lifetime (like you would with a counsellor, the only difference being you are addressing past life /lives behaviour patterns. Cognitive behaviour therapy of a Divine kind is what I would call it). Once someone does karmic healings, they feel freer and more importantly, they progress forward and embrace spirituality into their lives. Its like magic something awesome and Divinely powerful shifts inside them. They feel light and free. I know because I have done a lot of work on myself. As Sai Baba quotes, Take the medicine yourself first before you give it to someone else. I have been blessed on a few occasions to do Reiki/Seichim healings on a lady in coma, a baby in coma and a very special nine year old boy who was dying of terminal leukaemia. Here are their stories. Case No.1 - I felt so blessed when Sai Baba gave me permission to observe the lady in comas transition to the next world and He has also given me permission to talk to anyone on the subject and on the 14thof June 2004, He said, Write about it, Amma. The time has come. People need to know. First of all, do not fear death. The simple truth is all of us have to go one day and as Sai Baba says, Are you ready? Are your bags packed? By this, He means the bag of spiritual wisdom for we came empty handed and we will leave empty handed, but what we will take with us is our spiritual and human baggage. Start spiritualising your life. Embrace God in whatever form you see HIM. Pray, meditate and above all SEE NO EVIL, SPEAK NO EVIL, HEAR NO EVIL. DO GOOD, BE GOOD Serve your fellow human beings, not for financial gain but for spiritual gain. Start topping up your spiritual account. Look upon it as a post life retirement fund because your next human life will be based upon your spiritual account. This is the truth, simple as it is. I know, for Sai Baba showed me. When the lady in coma made her transition, Sai Baba granted me the Grace to observe (not hear) for it was her karmic journey, the final transition of the death process. That morning, when I was doing her reiki healing in a hospital bed (her daughter-inlaw, a Sikh lady like myself, was doing Sukhmaniprayers prayers for peace done by Sikhs, especially at times like this), I was suddenly distracted by the sound of two Divine visitors talking. I opened my eyes, looked up and there in the corner of the room were two of LordYamas (the Lord of Death) assistants. I asked them what they were doing and they stated that their job on a daily basis is to go round the globe, and do a roll call. Can you believe it, each one of us has a time designated to us for when we EXIT Mother Earth? They informed me that it has been very busy and will get busier upthere. Fromtheir conversation,Iknewthisladywillexitthatdayat approximately1740hrs. (timerunsfasterupthere).Ifinished thehealingandinformedtheladysdaughter-inlawthatIwill returnthatevening.Ididnotmentionthatexperiencetoher. However,aftertheDivinevisitorsleft,Ifeltconcernedfor thisladyandwonderedwhowillbetheretogreetherasshe wasinacomawhensuddenlymystepmother,whohas passedonforapproximatelysixyears,appeared. Sheisa regularvisitorwhenIdohealingsandsheoftenasksmeto teachherandalsotocalluponherwhenIneededhelp. She thentoldmenottoworryasshewillgobackandlettheSikh communityknowthatthisladywillbejoiningthemthatday andaftershelefttheroom,Iwouldseeherpassingonthis informationandspiritbeingsweresteppingforward. Quitea crowdof spiritbeingsgatheredtowaitforherandthat reassuredme. Thatevening,whileIwaswatchingmy favouritetelevisionseries,TouchbyanAngelItoldmy childrenthatthephonewouldringabout5:40p.m.andit wouldbeformeandonthedot,thephonerangandIwas informedthattheladyhadpassedon.

I live in Thomastown and this lady was lying in a room in the Austin Hospital which was a couple of suburbs away and yet as I changed and got dressed to go, I was shown her being led up to the light. I observed her pass through the door (by the way, there is only one door. There are no special doors for people of different faiths, as once the body is dropped, you become one with spirit no colour, no race just a spirit being). She embraced her spirit relatives and friends and then she was asked to go to the big hall. She was escorted by two Divine beings to the front of a huge high bench. There was a figure of authority the LordYama himself sitting on this bench and I could see a huge book, which belonged to this woman. There were figures on the cover of this book, from the first year she took human birth and then there was the date, year of her death, e.g. 1999. LordYama then turned the pages to the life that she had just finished and a moving screen appeared before this lady and she had to witness her own life. It was an amazing sight. No one passed any judgement and she could not look away at any point. When it was over, she was taken to a place of resting, where, as she rested, she had to reflect on her life and she herself will have to design her next life and it will be about lessons that she still needs to learn. So you see, we take human birth to learn lessons until we reach the status of self-realisation and then we can enjoy Gods Kingdom and not have to come back to earth. By the time I reached this ladys room, she was already in the resting place and her physical body was lying on the bed. The family invited me to her funeral and as I sat in one of the pews, I became aware of her presence. She came through the entrance, walked past everyone sitting there, went to the front and observed her body lying in the coffin. She then stood in front of her husband and her family members and then she walked past the centre of the funeral parlour. She looked at everyone who attended her funeral service. She stopped where I was sitting and thanked me for the healings and she then left. It was just a physical body that was cremated. The soul had long moved into another dimension. So you see, if you change your life and lead a godly life, then death is nothing to fear. I asked Sai Baba if everyone went to a nice place like where this lady and my stepmother did. He said, No, stating that like Mother Earth where some countries are rich and abundant with everything and some countries are poor and barren; where you end up depends on your karmic actions. Case No.2 - In the year 2002, I would always see two rainbows in the sky simultaneously and I would tell my daughter, pointing to the rainbows, Look someone is trying to contact me. A couple of weeks later, one morning at work, when I had just taken the handover from the night shift nurse, a workmate of mine started talking about a very sick baby fighting for its life in the Royal Childrens Hospital and the medical team had told the parents that the case was terminal and the parents were very overwhelmed and did not know if turning off the respirator was the right decision. I asked my workmate if she would like me to go to the hospital and give the baby some reiki and to contact the parents to get their consent. When I got there the following day, as I had a day off, the nurse-in-charge gave me permission to give the baby some reiki. The mother was standing near the babys cot and had a picture of Mother Mary pinned on the pillow next to the baby. I found that very

comforting as I didnt know what to say to the mother. So I said to her, You pray to Mother Mary whilst I do the healing and let Her work through you. The baby was heavily sedated and attached to all sorts of tubes and drips and the respirator. When I started giving the baby some healing, my breathing changed. I started chain-stoking (this is the final breaths a person takes before the spirit leaves the body). I had to take continuous breaks as I found the breathing very distressing. The mother was totally unaware of what was happening as the child was sedated. I finished the healing and said to the mum, Ask Mother Mary to guide you and your husband to make the right decision. And, if she needed me to come back, I would make myself available and gave her my phone number. As I was leaving, I knew she would be calling me that evening. That evening, at approximately seven p.m., the phone rang and it was this lady. She was sobbing but she said that afternoon, she and her husband had a discussion and it was as if an awareness had come through them and they asked the medical team to turn off the respirator and surrendered their baby to Mother Mary. I was invited to the funeral. Imagine my surprise when I was given his program and there on the inside was a poem called The Rainbow (remember the double rainbows I was seeing). As his service commenced, I suddenly became aware of a spirit standing behind me. He reminded me of one of the pilgrim brothers as he was dressed like one of them and he spoke to me. He said that he was this babys previous soul and he had come up to thank me and then he said to me, Look at you. You look so stressed. (I had to rush to work after the funeral) and warned me to look after my chest or my health would run into trouble. A year later, I had some chest pains and needed treatment. He wanted to be remembered in my book and I thank him for giving me the opportunity. He told me that Mother Mary had come to take him that day and he has been happy since and I see him running around with little children in a happy place and there are angels playing with them and there are plenty of rainbows. He loves rainbows. Case 3 - When I went to bed one night, after finishing a chapter, I was woken up at 1:30 in the morning by a beautiful soul whom I was introduced to in Malaysia in the year 2000. I had gone to my younger sisters wedding and she told me about a close friends nephew who had leukaemia. He was only eight years old and the doctors had given up hope and the family was looking for a miracle. My sister had told her friend about the work I do. When I first met this family, I was immediately drawn to this young boy who was an old soul. I asked his soul to reveal to me one of his lifetimes and I saw him as a yogi. (This was a mind to mind conversation.) I had a discussion with the family and the boy and told the family that with the limited time I had, I will do the attunement and surrender the outcome to GuruNanakand our Gurus (they were a Sikh family); for when I scanned him, I knew it would be a matter of months before this boy would cross over and I could not bear to give the grandmother and the aunt who were looking after the boy, the bad news; plus I didnt feel it was my right to play God. We set up a temporary altar in one of the bedrooms; however, when I was about to commence the attunement, there was a huge problem. I could see Lord Yama and His presence is very overwhelming. I could not commence the attunement. I then asked the family to give me a moment alone in the room and I asked LordYamas permission if I could do the attunement without Him being present and He granted me that boon and I was able to finish the attunement. When we finished, this eight year old approached me and gave me a gift and it was material to make an Indian costume and he said to me, Aunty, please make a suit and remember me when

you wear it for it wont be long before GuruGobindSinghwould come on his horse and take me. I found it hard to hold on to my emotions for he and I knew that death was near. I visited them once more before returning to Australia. I cannot remember giving him a chakra balance but my sisters and I organised a prayer session for him. His grandmother and aunt told me that he would always comfort them and tell them not to worry about him because GuruGobindSinghis looking after him and will escort him to the other plane and he would sing, Aasiwe othejana. (translated it means, we too have to go there). He also organised for his pet rabbit and fish to be taken care of and when I received the phone call a couple of weeks later (the attunement process brought his suffering from months to weeks and this is Gods Grace to reduce pain and suffering of the terminally ill) that he had passed on. His aunt told me that he gathered the entire family around him and spoke with them till his last breath. She felt very privileged to be his aunt. And yes, GuruGobindSinghdid come to take him on His horse and I see him happy and peaceful. He wasnt the issue, though. The family would phone me constantly asking me for messages from him. Initially, I found it helpful as they were going through the grieving process but gently reminded them that he was in a better place and they should let him rest in peace. After a few years, I felt I needed to cut ties, especially with the aunt, as I did not feel comfortable being harassed for messages from a soul who obviously had moved on and I needed the aunt to remember him in a positive way and set him free and free herself to move on in her life. Think about it. At the time of death, when we cry, when we miss the person, whether we wish to admit it or not, who is it are we really crying for? It is for ourselves because we are the ones who are missing the person, we are the one who cannot cope, we are the ones who have the attachment (emotional ties of a very painful kind, but emotional ties all the same) that need to be cut as part of the healing process during grieving. A spirit will come through voluntarily when they have messages for you. How did he know I was writing a chapter on spirits last night for his story to be included as well? As I am dictating this story, he looks sad for he knows his aunt is sad and he wants her to be happy. This is a human being who is depriving herself of happiness; if only she would accept what I had told her. He never did leave her; he only crossed over. I would like to mention that it is only an invisible veil that separates that world (after life) from ours. They can see us and hear us (the only ones who cannot do it are those who are sent to the darkness. It is as if they have lost all their privileges). My stepmother is a frequent visitor in my home and every time a function or event is to take place, shell come and talk to me about it. Its an awesome feeling. She knew I was a Sai Baba devotee when she was alive and in 2002, as soon as I had planned my trip to Sai Babas ashram for MahaShivarathri, she came and asked me if I minded her coming along. I told her I would feel privileged to travel with her. Well, guess what? The seat next to me on the plane was empty all the way. Such is the Grace of God and I could feel her presence in India too. (We parted ways so to speak when we got there as she said that she had so much to learn and see.) I thank her for being a part of my life and welcome her anytime and I know she will continue to help me. She also accompanied me in 2004 when I went on pilgrimage to our Golden Temple and the surrounding temples. She was very spiritual prior to her own death and always talked about going on pilgrimage. She had many messages for my halfsisters during my stopover in Malaysia. She reminded them to invite her on special occasions like birthdays of her grandchildren (she died before any of my half-sisters married and yet

she knows of her grandchildren.) My stepmother had come to me very sad and broken-hearted stating her daughters have forgotten her and never invited her to any of their functions. I then told them to ask forgiveness from her as they were ignorant of the fact that they could invite her. (They do not come unless you invite them). I asked my sisters to evoke her energy and invite her on special occasions. When I visited my father in our hometown, she appeared in his house. I heard her telling my father that she had just seen the grandchildren and the girls said that they would invite her. She was busy telling my dad, who could not see her but could always feels her presence. When she had finished talking, she popped into my bedroom to inform me that every night, she checks on him. My dad is a widower who lives alone. She checks that both the front and back doors are locked before she goes back what devotion on her part! Message: Bewhereveryoulike. Dowhateveryouchoose. RememberthiswellthatwhatyoudoisknowntoMe. Iam theinnerrulerofall.-SaiBaba Why Fear when I am here This is my own story. The year is 1994 and it is approximately a month before my daughter Sharans kidney transplant. I am the donor and most of the tests have been completed. I thank Swami for granting me the Grace to perform this ultimate sevafor my daughter and yet I was scared. Fearful is the right term. I was worried that if anything happened to me, I would be the one on dialysis. I would be looking for a donor and having the ongoing experience of the trauma of bringing up a sick child, I did not want to go through this myself. I was not strong like my daughter and silently I would pray to Swami to help me overcome this negative thought form and one night, He came in my dreams and said, Why fear when I am here? Your Swami is with you. I will never abandon your child or you. You read my books, Satyam ShivamSundaram . The next morning, I started reading the first volume of SatyamShivamSundaramand there, in page after page, Swami reassured me, I transcend time, place and person. Why fear when I am here? All my doubts and fears resolved and I felt stronger and calmer. The transplant went smoothly. A Sai devotee heard about us and sent us reiki. (I didnt know what she meant by reiki then as I was a facilitator of Cutting the ties that bind and it was in January 1995 that this lady introduced me to the world of reiki. I could feel Swamis presence very strongly and He would ask me to look into the eyes of the doctors and nurses and I could FEEL HIM working through them and this lady confirmed this for me later. One month after the transplant, my daughter had to be taken to surgery to remove the dialysis tube that was left inside her in the event the transplant was a failure. I was sitting in the waiting room with Sharans dad and was reading a Sai magazine, when I suddenly became aware of Swamis presence. He asked me to close my eyes and as I did, I saw Him (in my inner scene) walk into the theatre and Swami was in the surgeons theatre clothes. He then held an instrument, took the tube which was stainless steel and dropped it into a stainless steel kidney dish and it made a sound. Swami then removed His theatre gown, came out and as He passed us, He said, My work is done here. You have nothing to worry about. Everything will be alright. Im going now. He vanished into thin air and at that moment, the surgeon came out and told us that everything has gone fine and Sharan was being sutured and would be

taken to the recovery room soon. THIS IS CALLED GRACE and you know what? Two weeks before the transplant, a Sai devotee rang and asked me (he stated he felt Swami asking him to ring me) if I would hold a bhajanin my house and it would be two weeks after the transplant. I said, Yes, if that is Swamis wish, it must be done and Swami whispered to me, It will be a thanksgiving bhajan, Amma, and it was. Swami, being God, knew the outcome of the transplant before anyone else. There is something very important I missed out. In May 1993, I was at a bhajanand during the bhajans, Swami said to me, Amma, come to Prasanthi and bring Sharan with you. Stay a month this time. Sharan was very weak and I placed my entire faith in Swami and took my very sick child to Swami. We landed in Madras Airport on the 28thof June 1993. We had our first darshanof Swami on the 29thof June 1993. One day, as Swami was giving darshan. I cried out to Him silently in my mind, Swami, please hear the prayer of this mother. Please tell me when my daughter will be cured. Swami turned around and looked me directly in my eyes and in my mind, I heard Him say, Exactly 365 days from this trip, Amma. As we all know, we dont pick surgery dates. My daughter and I were admitted on the 28thof June 1994 and Sharan had the transplant on 29thof June 1994 exactly 365 days, as Swami said. Swami also told me on that trip that Sharan will start dialysis on the 14thof February 1994 and guess what? It was the 14th of February 1994 that Sharan started dialysis. We celebrated our 16thanniversary of Sharans transplant in June this year (2010) and as Swami stated through HIS GRACE, all has been well. So you see, my dear reader, Swami is God in a human body and yes, He transcends time, place and person and so, Why fear when He is here? Have faith in this statement of Sai Ma. Emotional ties that bind beyond death. It was the early 90s. I had known this woman for many years (our children went to school together). She was excited about the Cutting the ties and reiki healing work that I had learnt. At that time, I didnt even have space to do this precious sacred work and I used to do it in my daughters room where I had the altar in my home (my daughter was very sick at the time). She asked me to do a healing for her and it was about her brother who was undiagnosed and mentally very unstable. She also had a lot of rage and anger towards her father and one unfortunate day (in the early 1970s), her brother, had an altercation with their father. She later stated to me that she was upstairs in her bedroom and could hear them arguing (which was a common scene, so she stayed in her room). She then heard a loud bang and rushed to the lounge. Her brother was lying in a pool of blood and her father had a rifle (which was placed over the fireplace) in his hand. Her father told her it was an accident (and was later cleared of it) but she doubted him and deep in her heart always blamed him as she loved and missed her brother. As soon as we connected in the session, I felt the presence of a man in his 50s and described him to her and she started crying. It was her father. He had passed away several years ago but he couldnt wait to come through and clear the

misunderstanding. I was asked go back in time to that unfortunate day and my friend was able to relieve the scene. She stood there as a silent witness and observed her brother in rage approach her father who was sitting by the fire and he started attacking him verbally. He then turned around and grabbed the rifle from above the fireplace. Her father tried desperately to get if off him and suddenly it fired and her brother fell and that was when she walked in. Her father had the opportunity to tell her that he was innocent. He loved his son as much as she loved him as a brother; the only regret he had was that he did not seek professional help for him as they were simple folks who did not understand the complexity of mental unwellness. It was a very emotional scene where father and daughter were able to do the healing together and forgive each other. (Her father died of cancer, a broken man). We did the healing for her brother, too. I was able to send her father up to the light but her brother was earthbound and I was given specific instructions to help him. This lady was instructed to buy a white pigeon (she was directed where to go and would be guided which bird to pick) and once she bought it, she stated that as instructed, at the crack of dawn, her son, who was very fond of his uncle, said a prayer in the name of her brother (she told me she could feel the soul of her brother in this beautiful bird) and then she set it free and as she was in the process, she felt a huge weight lifted off her shoulders and more importantly felt that her brothers soul was returned to the Source. I did not work with angels those days and the bird was the carrier. She was also able to attend her fathers gravesite and felt peaceful and since then, attends on a regular basis. In gratitude, her husband, son and my son helped put up my Reiki room in the garage where I do my healings and I will always be indebted to them as I get a lot of visitors from the other side and I have the space for them. Message : ThisladywholostherfaithinGod,wasableto returntoherfaithandtrustinGodandwasabletostop blamingHimforwhathappenedtoherfamily. Lord Jesus and Mother Mary the Divine helpers. I have been blessed to have many Christians of different denominations come for healings. In session after session with these people, the inner visions and messages have been similar. In 2006, a Catholic woman came for an attunement. (When I do attunements, I connect that person to their own form of Divinity as the prayers are the same for people of all faiths.) Just before the attunement process, Lord Jesus took us back in time to the lifetime this woman and her father (who was also her father in that lifetime) shared with Lord Jesus. The womans father was a baker and Lord Jesus showed me a mule and it had two large hand woven baskets on either side of it and they were filled with loaves of bread. Lord Jesus then said he would commute between Bethlehem and Nazareth and would run into this woman (who was a young girl) and her father. There was no forest there, just hills made of rocks (like boulders). When they saw Lord Jesus, they would stop to get His blessings; and people would appear from everywhere. Lord Jesus would give daily discourses of His Father and He would take a loaf of bread from the basket and walk amongst Hs disciples and break

the bread and serve them. The bread NEVER ran out and He said as He was breaking the bread, it would change in texture, that is, the plain bread would become corn bread, sweet bread and even He did not know what His Father would change it into. He then showed me a leather satchel that He wore over his shoulders. It had a leather pouch in which He carried water and again He would serve His devotees water and the water would change in texture. Some days, it would become grape juice and He said His pouch never ran out of Divine water. I asked Lord Jesus about the wine they drank at that time and He stated that it was really crushed grapes and they used natural preservatives to preserve the juice when it was made in abundance . In another case, a young man came for an attunment, he was a Lord Jesus devotee in that life time. In this case, I had to do a past life with this young man and we went back in time to the time of Lord Jesus and this young man was a fisherman in Gallille.The entire village was poor and there was despair in the air. Lord Jesus asked the men to come with Him and we were shown the scene from the Holy Bible where Lord Jesus asked Peter to cast his net and we witnessed fish jumping out of the water into the net and it was an awesome sight and what made it more awesome was the fact that wherever Lord Jesus STOOD on the water, it froze and created a firm pathway for HIM-yes! Lord Jesus WALKED on water and at the end of the days catch Lord Jesus placed His Divine Hands on the fish and they multiplied. We were than shown Lord Jesus giving discourses about HIS Father in Heaven and people gathered in crowds to hear Him and He fed them and as mentioned in the previous chapter, the food and drink never ran out I have done several other cases, but I just wanted to share a few to drive home the message Divinity never dies and even today, Lord Jesus lives and will always live in the hearts of His beloved devotees. WherethereisPeace,thereisTruth, WherethereisBliss,thereisGOD.-SaiBaba Negative Energies Cults, Hex, Voodoo I was also asked to write a chapter on hex, voodoo and psychic attacks. The number of cases that I have dealt with regarding these has sadly increased over the years. People are brash and think that they are unaccountable for their devious acts. These are the ignorant ones who defy God, the Law of Karma and in most cases, actually find justification for their acts. However, before I address any cases, I would like to talk about another form of negative energy that is more devious, more evil and more destructive and controlling and that is SATAN. Oh yes, he exists, in OUR MINDS. He represents the dark, negative energy that exists in a human being and his food is ego, anger and all the other negative qualities lust, envy, jealousy - and this is ruining so many lives. In other words, he is the opposite of love and everything positive. In the late 90s, a family came to me for healing. Through the Grace of God, they have not only healed but have become Reiki channels themselves. However, in the last couple of years, I observed a shift in one of them. She initially started refusing to WherethereisLove,thereisPeace, WherethereisTruth,thereisBliss,

come to our usual prayer group and then eventually stopped coming to my house. There was always an excuse. Finally, she stopped ringing. I have been quite concerned about her because something did not feel right. She would speak untruths such as I have been given reiki symbols by Sai Baba and He told me that I cannot share them with anyone, not even you. Once she told me about a certain symbol and she was uncomfortable and ended up telling me it was a symbol that was well-known in reiki healings. Her mother told me she was doing great reiki work but it was not what I had taught her. Her mother visited me a couple of years ago, I was disappointed that she did not come but as usual there was a justified excuse. However, the night before her mother came, I had a dream. The imposter (Satan) visited me in the form of Sai Baba and when you have been with Sai for a long time and have had many dreams from Him, you soon realise that this imposter is not Sai. The scene was wrong, the dialogue was not Sais and then the penny dropped. He said very clearly to me, You work for Jenny (not her real name). It must be Swamis Grace for I corrected him in my dream and said, I do not work for Jenny. On waking and through Divine communion with Swami, I was able to confirm and do some work in this area. This is a very good lesson for anyone who is on the spiritual path and do service work. You must be vigilant at all times and having said that, if your faith is strong and you perform your service in total surrender to your God form (whoever it may be), they will protect you and if unfortunately, you become a victim of the dark side, they will free you if you ask them. I did some healing for this woman and surrendered her to Swami and His Divine Helpers for she has the natural gift of healing and has much work to do in this area and I wish her well. I have also done work on people who have been victims of curses, voodoo dolls and cults. In every case, Sai Baba in HIS INFINITE GRACE showed me what to do and after the attunement and consecutive healings, these people have been able to move forward. Some cases are so severe that it has taken a few years of ongoing healings but with each healing, the person has progressed, so it has been a case of small steps. Message: AsistheFood,soistheMind, AsistheMind,soaretheThoughts, AsaretheThoughts,soistheConduct, AsistheConduct,soistheHealth.-SaiBaba Healing Negative Energies I have done a few attunements and healings on people involving past cult lifetimes. In the attunement process, I was directed to free these people from the cult family. Some were very painful for the persons involved. Some were very sexual in content. However, the underlying message was the same for all of them. They could not move forward in this lifetime as those blockages were preventing them from functioning in this lifetime.

I will tell you about a case whose journey started in the Philippines two years prior to her coming to me for healing. She was given a copy of my first book, Reiki and Cutting the ties through the Unity of Faiths, to read. She said she could not put my book down after reading it and she just knew that she had to come to meet me once she migrated to Melbourne. Her spirituality instincts were starting to surface and it was not until she moved to Melbourne that she would meet the woman from her past life who introduced her to the world of lesbians and this affected every area of her married life. Her husband patiently allowed his wife to find solutions to her very emotionally traumatised situation and actually supported her and according to her, never judged her as he knew this was not her personality. This was her introduction to me. What happens is, when left unhealed, any form of trauma will take the person back to the unresolved/unhealed past life. In the process of her attunement, we had to access that lifetime where she left her husband from her past lifetime and joined a cult which promised self-realisation. However, in the cult, she was introduced to free sexual association and often it included sexual liaisons between the same sexes. She met someone in this lifetime from that past and it resurfaced as unfinished emotions. Through the Grace of God, we were able to heal and set free the emotions and the cult lifetime and towards the end of the attunement, I saw a soul trying to connect with her (from the other side). I informed her of this as directed by Sai Baba. She later stated, if she could heal her marriage, they would like to have another child. At the end of the attunement, the lady stated that for the first time, she experienced clarity of her life thus far and knew that the lesbian relationship was an illusion and that she needed to go back to fulfilling her role as wife and mother and felt relieved from her experience. She will now be able to pursue her spiritual journey without that past life, which was a huge monkey on her back. In another case, a young man in his search for spiritual growth became attracted to drugs. He would say it was a short cut to the state of bliss. In this book and through my work as a psychiatric nurse, I have seen many such cases. This young man who is now in his late thirties still fights on a daily basis with his internal demons. He succeeded many times but sometimes he was not strong enough because he had little faith in the work I do. Therefore, I send him and continue to send him healing during the good times and the bad times. The sad truth is that many like him are highly evolved spiritual souls who struggle to live an ordinary life but need to move past the addiction so that they can focus on their spiritual growth. The last I heard is that he is off the substance abuse and in a very small dose of medication which help to take away the cravings. This is huge, for if he can focus and rebuild his faith in his chosen form of Divinity, he will evolve very quickly as these beings are actually quite highly evolved souls. They just need to grow from the inside without any substance dependence and learn to feel pain and emotions without numbing it. I was asked by Sai Baba to do global healing for both these cases and heal people who were caught in these types of past lives. (This is part of the global healing work that I do) Sai Baba and his archangels and angels take over the global healings after

I have been directed to do my part and I then surrender the outcome to Him and I also asked Baba why is it that some people heal and some dont and He said it is BASED ON FAITH. If one has faith in any form of Divinity, they heal. Faith is the mustard seed which one has to plant in ones own spiritual garden, water it daily with prayer and keep it free from weeds the biggest of which is DOUBT. Faith = self-realisation Doubt = self-destruction The choice is up to the individual. One needs to keep in mind that there will be those unfortunate souls who became attracted to the world of drugs and alcohol because their negative emotions consume them to the point that just like negative thought forms is food for Satan, so is drug and alcohol (food of the dark energy). In some cases, (not common), I had to free souls who were possessed by earth bound spirits, spirits who embrace this lifestyle whilst they were alive and refused to cross over at the time of death and instead decided to habitat an unsuspecting individual. This change of personality should be quite visible to the family members as the personality of the person concerned basically changes overnight and it is very alarming for everyone concerned. However, the good news is, the possessed spirits are asked to leave and are escorted to the light by the angels and in every case that I have done, they were reassured that they would not be punished as they too were victims of the dark side and every spirit that crossed over, thanked the Divine beings and angels for the release of their tormented earth bound souls. In those instances, where the souls asked for the attunement to be given to them, they did receive it. This is how wonderful this gift of Reiki/Seichim is; it can also be sent to those who have crossed over. Case Histories Case History 1 A young lady came to me recently. She is getting married next year and was really excited about it. However, since the wedding was planned, she started to experience nightmares of being raped and killed and every time she went out, she became fearful fearful that she was going to lose her way and never return home. She found it very distressing as she is quite a confident young lady. We decided to do a past life healing as she had already been attuned to Reiki/Seichim and does her prayers regularly. In the session, we went back in time to old India. It was the time of Mahatma Gandhi. India was divided; the Muslims wanted to separate and form their own state known as Pakistan today. A once peaceful and religious tolerance community had become suspicious, paranoid and distrustful of one another. There was chaos and propaganda and people lived in fear. This young lady was born into a Hindu Sikh family. She was engaged to a young Hindu man. Just before the wedding, which was a few months away, her mother asked her to go the fields where the family grew their crops to bring some vegetables for their meal that day. There were other young girls in the field too. Before they realised what was happening, they were abducted by some Muslim men who took them away. There they were repeatedly raped, then killed and their dead bodies were returned to their homes. Her fiance, in his rage, went to look for her killers. They beat him badly and again returned him home. Instead of giving up, he became very spiritual and taught the BhagwadGitato young children. He was very musical (and is also musical in this lifetime) and taught the children to sing spiritual songs from the BhagwadGita.He never married and devoted his life to teaching.

I did a chakra balance healing for this young lady and we healed all the negative emotions from that lifetime and she was sent for her spiritual cleansing after all the cuts to that lifetime was completed and her soul from that lifetime was sent to the light. I was then asked by Sai Baba to do the healing for all the other young girls and women who faced the same tragedy during that time and once I connected, I surrendered the outcome to Sai Baba and the angels and I was deeply affected as I saw many, many souls being healed and returned to the light. Many of these young girls and women are probably walking the earth at this time just like this young lady; the difference being that they will no longer feel the pain too as through the Grace of Sai Baba, the angels and the Reiki/Seichim healing, they are healed and more importantly, they are free now to get on with their lives. Such is the Grace of God. This young lady reported that since the healing, she no longer feels fearful when she goes out and the nightmares have stopped. I was contacted by a young lady in Singapore. She wrote to me telling me that whenever someone mentioned marriage or if a marriage proposal came her way, she fainted and on numerous occasions had to be taken to hospital for medical attention. I was curious as I had never done a case like this before, so I asked the young lady to send me a photograph of her. When it arrived, I did an attunement by proxy on her photograph. Later, I was asked by Sai Baba to do a past life on her. We went back in time and it was in old time India. I could see a funeral being performed. A body was being cremated and there was a crowd. I was asked to approach the scene and as I did, I recognised this young lady. She was young and very pretty. She was dressed as a bride and was standing next to the body that was being cremated. I introduced myself and asked her to explain what was going on. She pointed to the body stating that that was her husband and in keeping with the tradition, she was to be burnt alive with her husband. I could see and feel the fear in her body and her voice. She was burnt alive in that incarnation, so whenever, a marriage proposal was put forth to her in this lifetime, she fainted. Flashbacks from her past life would make her faint. I then asked Sai Baba how I could help her overcome this dilemma. I was instructed to do the mantras on her as I would in an attunement. I was then asked to inform this young lady to find a Hindu priest (she was a Hindu in her past life); her parents were to buy a dummymangalsutra(the necklace that is placed by the intended husband at the time of the marriage vows in a Hindu wedding ceremony) and the priest had to perform a wedding ceremony and then perform a divorce ceremony. The aim was to free her from that tragic lifetime. The outcome has been promising. The young lady has stopped fainting and is currently seeing a young man and I wish them well. Just like any other case, Sai Baba instructed me to connect with Him and His angels and we did healings for all the brides who were burnt alive (the satiritual) and sent their souls up to the light. It is also heart warming to know of all the hard work that has gone into outlawing and banning this very painful ritual. In the healing session, Sai Baba also instructed me to do healings for all those unfortunate women who died in tragic circumstances due to dowry related deaths. These ignorant people who kill or murder in the name of caste, greed and ritual may not realise or they tend to undermine the law of karma and to them I say, GOD IS WATCHING YOU and so you sow, so shall you reap, if not in this lifetime, it will definitely be added in your

akashicrecords. Maybe its time to wake up spiritually and practise the path of Dharma (right living), Prema(love) and Ahimsa(non-violence). A very depressed lady in her mid-thirties came to see me. She had fallen head over heels in love with a guy. He loved her, made a lot of promises and then left her to go overseas. Months later, he told her quite bluntly that he had found someone else and has no desire to continue his relationship with her. She was devastated. She had trusted him and saw a future with him. Due to her fragile nature, I did her healing in stages. First I did the attunement process and we were asked to access the past life she shared with this man. We went back in time to Japan. He was in the air force. During World War 2, he was sent to Hawaii after they got engaged. Surprise! Surprise! He left for Hawaii and never returned. In this lifetime, too, he left to go overseas, then sent her a letter ending their relationship. She started crying but we were able to heal and cut the ties that binded her to that lifetime. Her self esteem was very low but she continued to come for healings on a regular basis. She did heaps of healings on herself, including cutting ties with him in this lifetime and she was asked to set him free so that she need not look for him in her next lifetime and the rest of this lifetime. The outcome was very positive. She has finally moved forward, completing a PhD that she was struggling to finish and has come full-circle and I wish her all the best for she deserves ALL THE BEST. Her confidence and self-esteem has blossomed. I was contacted a few years ago about a movie called Water. This lady had watched it and told me that it was about little girls who had married very young, (some as early as seven years old) and then widowed because their husbands had died and are then sent to widow ashrams, because the family could not cope with having another mouth to feed for the rest of their lives. They had to live the life of widows as sanctioned by the Hindu faith eating plain food, not allowed to eat sweets, had to shave their hair and had to look as unattractive as possible. She asked me if we could do healing for widows that have been locked away in widow ashrams Isnt it sad? If they were not burnt alive, they were locked away in widow ashrams. Imagine being called a widow at the age of seven. With Sai Babas permission, we did the healings and were very touched by His Grace when in our inner scene, we were shown Sai Baba and His angels tearing down brick by brick these buildings and witnessed these women being embraced into mainstream society and saw many of them working in the health and teaching fields. We thanked Sai Baba for giving us the opportunity to do this healing. In 2004,a teacher contacted me about a case. A fellow teachers daughter had decided she could not eat or drink because if she did, she was going to die. The mother was naturally distressed and was at a loss on how to cope with this eight year old. She was deliberating between taking her to a psychologist or me. She decided to give reiki and spiritual healing a go. When I first met this child, I was saddened by the level of distress this child was experiencing. I explained the work to her mother and to her and her older sibling, her sister of ten years. I started the attunement process. I knew I had to do a past life with her but how do I get an eight year old to do it with me? I asked her if she experienced nightmares and she said, Yes. At this point, I had gone back in time, somewhere in Europe. There was a bridge and a black car. It

was foggy and cold. In the car was a young lady, who was the driver and a young girl, dressed in a black coat. I asked her if she could see what I was seeing and she answered, Yes. That is my nightmare. And she started saying, I cant eat. I cant swallow. I am going to die. What we both witnessed was a car losing control and landing in a very deep river. This poor child was still alive when the car went down. I observed the driver slummed over the wheel. This frightened child was trying to open the door and couldnt and she was choking from the rising water. That was what she meant when she said, I cant eat. I cant swallow. She was experiencing the sensation of being choked. We completed the healings and for a child, she did extremely well. When we came out of the session, she placed both her hands on her throat and said that it still hurt but not like before and she could swallow. Just to make sure, I offered her a chocolate and she was able to eat it and asked for another, which was a positive sign. I asked her mother to bring her back and Ill re-attune her. You see, she was in a car crash with her mother prior to experiencing this trauma. Obviously, the accident caused the flashbacks about that lifetime where she drowned. In cases like this, I always ask them to return either for another attunement or chakra balance and it helps them to move on. Her mother did not bring her back for further healings as her daughter picked up and I wish them well. The hardest cases are those of people who do not follow instructions. They really have no faith in the work I do and harass me constantly to help them. It becomes a case of doomed if you do, doomed if you dont. For me the most difficult cases were of supposed Sai devotees. They go to great lengths to assure you that they have faith in Sai Baba. Sadly they dont even know what the word faith means. To me, their faith equals to the monkey mind. They come to me and also go to several other healers of different therapies. They are a bit like doctor shoppers. No remedy is good enough. In the first instance, I actually did a past life with one such family. I was a priest (the only male incarnation Ive ever taken) in a Shiva temple in India. I was doing my evening puja when I heard a commotion and on investigation found that the local villagers had brought a deceased man on a stretcher to the temple. They wanted me to bring him back to life. I had the gift of healing in that lifetime too. On close examination of the deceased, I recognised him as the father of the present family. He had absolutely no faith in me and often ridiculed my work when I went to their house to help his grandson who had mysteriously become paralysed from the waist down and his son who seemed to be experiencing fathom chest pains. Going back to the inner scene of the past life, I was troubled, for I was told that his time was finished. I was not given permission to bring the dead back to life as that is Gods job, not mine. I was also shown that they were rich, controlled the entire village but had no faith in God. They warned me they will be back and if I did not do as they said, there would be consequences. I was troubled and prayed to LordShiva I heard them return. They were carrying sticks that were lit and they were chanting threats. I did not leave the inner sanction of the temple. I prayed to LordShivato save me from this dilemma and I witnessed myself setting my body on fire rather than do what these people were demanding of me. It was horrific and I asked Baba how I could have done anything so drastic and He asked me to look closely and as I did, I witnessed

another amazing sight. As I was about to set fire to myself, my soul came out of my body through the third eye and merged in the statue of LordShiva. Such is the Grace of the Lord on His faithful devotee. In this lifetime, when I realised that this family were just wasting my precious time and really had no faith in the healing, would not follow instructions, wanted quick fixes (thus the doctor shopping syndrome), I asked permission from Baba and cut ties with this family and have since surrendered them to Sai Baba, asking only that His will be done. In another case, a woman told me that she gets messages but when I connected with her, they were coming from a lower vibration, that is, she was experiencing auditory hallucinations. She was also experiencing visual hallucinations. She refused to see a psychiatrist stating that she had faith in Baba and my healings. Unfortunately, she would also see someone else for naturopathic medication. I did not know what she was given as the tablets had no names but what troubled me was that it was exacerbating her auditory and visual hallucinations. She became quite fragile and I warned her that she was on the verge of a psychotic breakdown and advised her to seek professional help. She declined, had a psychotic breakdown and I copped a lot of blame. It was unpleasant but a good lesson in itself. I now reserve the right to say, No, I cannot help you, something I was unable to do and again asked Sai Baba for forgiveness and surrendered her to his care. I cut ties with her as she would ring me constantly in the absence of her husband, who had lost faith in me, and according to her, called me derogatory names. That surprised me as he went to great lengths to tell me what a spiritual person he is. This case affected me deeply. I questioned my sevaand was prepared to give it away. I spent weeks and weeks troubled about it and I meditated and asked Baba for guidance and the answer was, No. You cannot give it away. You were not the doer then and you are not the doer now. You are my instrument and you serve me, Amma. That was in 2002 and I reckon I would have done more than 400 attunements and healings since them. Thank you Baba for your guidance and always guide, guard and protect me in this sacred work that I do in YOUR NAME. Aum Sri Sai Ram. Case History 7 A man in his early thirties was referred to me and whenever I get a referral, the first thing I do is surrender the case to Sai Baba and ask His permission to commence healing (the only exception is when they say they are Sai devotees as mentioned in the previous chapters) and as the person is talking to me on the phone, I scan the person. It is amazing the amount of information that sometimes filters through a phone call. Well, we agreed to meet and I was stunned when I initially met him. I knew that he had not been well but he looked thin and totally in need of Divine healing. After getting his history, I asked him to which form of Divinity was I going to connect him to and he said, Lord Jesus. I evoked the energy of Lord Jesus and there was a problem. Lord Jesus was present but He was standing outside my reiki room door and would not come in. When I asked Him the reason, Lord Jesus who always appears in His cream coloured gown, lifted it up and my heart wanted to scream in pain for the sight was one of extreme torture whiplashes all over His torso, legs and blood stains

everywhere. He (Lord Jesus) told me that this man was a Roman soldier during His Divine time on earth and He asked him to represent all the Roman soldiers and ask forgiveness for their actions. This young man was more than willing to do as he was told and when he finished, Lord Jesus again lifted His gown and there was not a single trace of blood or mark on His Divine body and He slipped into the room and I commenced his healing. This beautiful being, who spiritual prior to his was healing, is even more closer to the Lord now. His faith is seeing him through this incarnations physical problems and through him as an instrument, we were able to go back in time and heal all the Roman soldiers, who in their ignorance and the propaganda that was rife at that time to defame the Son of God were not only healed but forgiven. Do you know what that means? It means it is erased from their akashicrecords; the deed is settled; the karma resolved. Such is the Grace of the Lord. So you can imagine the sadness and pain I feel when people even today in their ignorance accumulate karmic consequences by defiling the Lord. Through this sacred work, I will tell you that Lord Jesus is Divinity. He is the Son of GOD. DIVINITY IS OMNIPRESENT, OMNIPOTENT AND OMNISCIENCE. Case History 8 In May 2006, a case was referred to me. It was a Fijian gentleman who had been diagnosed with cancer and had undergone treatment. When I first met him and his wife, I felt his cancer was his calling card back to Divinity. His relatives had been talking to him about Sai Baba and he was seeking a place of spirituality in his own psyche. As with any other case, I explained the attunement process, the symbols, the mantrasbefore the attunement is done so that the person receiving it is fully aware of what is being done to them. This is very important for if you wish someone to make the spiritual connection, understanding it is the first process for it instils faith (remember the saying faith as small as a mustard seed, Often the attunement is that mustard seed). Anyway he was happy to receive it and I connected him to LordKrishnaand LordHanuman. Over the weeks, his faith started to grow, strengthen would be more appropriate. He was coming for weekly chakra balances when and on one occasion, I said to his wife that Sai Baba had asked me to attune her too and thanked her for her patience. I connected her to LordKrishnaand Lord Hanuman too. It was LordKrishnawho was more significant for her, for during the process, I was asked to tell her to buy a picture or statue of LordKrishnaand she was also told to get GopalaKrishna (symbolic for her as she had apparently been a devotee in a past life of GopalaKrishnaLordKrishna playing the flute) in India. After the attunement, I explained to them that a picture or statue becomes living Divinity when these sacred shiva/shaktisymbols are placed on them and I explained about the vortex theory that I had read in The Fourth Dimension written by Brother Jagadeesan where Divinity comes in and out of pictures and idols. Due to circumstances that day, I had planned to go to their home that afternoon to do her husbands chakra balance. When I arrived at their home, they showed me a picture and an idol of LordKrishna, I bathed the idol and then placed the shivashaktipranicsymbols on the picture and idol and as I

was about to commence the husbands chakra balance, the statue of LordKrishnaasked for warm milk with a drop of honey. I left their home that day feeling very peaceful that their beloved LordKrishnawill look after them and hear their prayers as I focus on his healing. I shared a couple of stories with the wife, which I would like to share with you (the reader) about my beloved SaiKrishna The wife had an ulcer and was experiencing severe gastric reflux and I told her in the eighties, my ulcer too was very troublesome. On our first trip to Prasanthi Nilayam, India in 1988, I took my sick five year old daughter to Swami. I had been to the doctors prior to the trip and my doctor, at that time, informed me that I had to go for a gastro copy on my return. However, when I returned, the ulcer had healed itself. I did not even ask Swami to heal me as I focused on my daughters very fragile health whilst at the ashram On our second trip to India in 1989, we had Swamis darshan in Whitefield. The stress of coping with a very sick child took a toll on my health and I was diagnosed with a duodenal ulcer and I would wake up every morning around two a.m. with severe epigastric pain. On this trip, I met a German lady who gave me a copy of Bhagavatha Vahini (the story of Lord Krishna as given by Sai Baba himself) and asked me to read it. When we arrived back in Australia, I went through my book collection and realised that I already had a copy of this book and decided to donate this copy to the Sai Centre as I had not started reading it. That night as usual I was woken up at approximately two a.m. with severe pain and as I doubled up in pain, I was suddenly aware of SaiKrishna standing next to my bed. He was tall, very tall approximately 13 to 15 feet in height and very, very dark, so dark that it appeared blue and the love that emanated from HIM was awesome and all consuming and He said in a kind voice, Give me your ulcer, I am going to take it from you, and read the book. It was given to you to read. I was going to donate the book that evening to our local Sai Centre at Mill Park. I was also referred to a specialist and was booked for an appointment with him on Monday for a gastro copy. Well, I did not go anywhere that weekend and I finished the book. Monday morning found me at the specialist and I was wondering what to tell him because I did not wake up Saturday or Sunday morning with pain. The specialist is a Mauritian gentleman and when he saw me, I just told him about the vision and further told him that if he did not believe me, it was quite alright as long as he did not think I was hallucinating. I was relieved and overjoyed when he told me that he believes in Sai Baba too and believed what I had told him. On examination, I did not need the gastro copy and the ulcer settled over the coming years. My G.P. did put me on ulcer medication driven stress and irregular eating but I never experienced pain like I did in the past. Last year, my G.P. organised a gastro copy/colonoscopy examination for me and the same specialist (surgeon) performed the procedure for me. I do not have an ulcer anymore and have since stopped my ulcer medication. It is a good example of faith, which was as small as a mustard seed initially and grew to the principle of surrender, trust and acceptance the three requirements of every devotee. I accessed that lifetime when I was a gopi of LordKrishna and have always felt drawn to LordKrishnawho has come as SaiKrishna . My GopalKrishnahears the prayers of all His devotees. I have been blessed to meet some gopisin this lifetime and they are as loyal to Lord Krishna now as they were then.

As I left this couples home that day, I informed them that their house was now a temple for their beloved LordKrishna has installed Himself in their home and in their hearts and it is up to them to have the discipline to maintain this Divine relationship. Case History 9 In the following two chakra balance cases, I would like to further stress how Swami works through us. A couple had come for their fortnightly chakra balances and as I scanned the husband, his auric field indicated sadness and melancholy and he was at that time, being treated for a tumour in his stomach and we spoke about the emotions he was going through at that time. He also stated that he was having problems concentrating when he meditates and Swami said to tell him to stop concentrating so hard as meditation is an allowance. He needs to allow his mind to wonder and see where it takes him as Swami stated that he was suppressing a lot of his emotions and frustrations when he should be feeling, experiencing and honouring each and every emotion and then Swami said, Ask him to cry. He was told to find a few minutes every day to address this issue. Well, that was a surprise for me! I am an instrument of Sai. He is Danvantari the Divine Doctor. This mans wife suggested that perhaps her husband needed counselling and I informed her that I am a professional counsellor too and went on to help him even suggesting St. Johns wort (asking him to check with his physician first). I felt extremely good about my advice; however when I started his chakra balance, Swamis voice came through loud and clear and He said to me, No St. Johns wort, Amma. This man needs to reflect on his life, the highs, the lows, the pain he caused others and the pain others caused him. It is called reflection and contemplation. Swami called it contemplation and this man was asked to contemplate his life on a daily basis. He then said, It is the last chapter of his life. He likened it to the life review when one crosses over, and stated this was Grace Grace that He has showered on this man to reflect and grow whilst he is still in this body; healing future karma now instead of carrying it over into his spiritual account. This is how powerful this ShivaShaktipranichealingis when Divine Grace is evoked. Just before they came, Swami had asked me to re-read Swamis autobiography, Satyam Shivam Sundaram by Professor Kasturi and the chapter I had read talked about building the general hospital on the hills of Prasanthi Nilayam. Swami spoke about remedies and how if people had a stomach ache, each one of us would have a specific form of treatment designed just for that person and Swami indicated that for this person, this was his treatment. Swami also told him to visualise his Lord Krishna, as he is a Lord Krishna devotee, and him playing the flute to Lord Krishna. Swami asked me to tell him to liken himself to the flute straight (that is, disciplined) and hollow; extract all negative thought forms and allow his mind to be hollow so that he can breathe in the breath of His Lord Krishna when he thinks of Him and prays to Him. As for the wife, the Divine Doctor prescribed DEVOTION. She was asked where she visualised Lord Krishna when she prayed to him and she stated, In front of me, and

Swami stated, Ask her to visualise Him in her heart chakra, further stating that God is as far or as near as a devotee wants Him to be. He then told me to tell her the story of the man drowning and calling God for help and who was almost at his last breath when God came and rescued him. The drowning man asked God why it took him so long to save him and God replied that He had to climb over mountains and hills and had to come a long way because he visualised God to be at some faraway place. He also told his devotee, If only you had placed me in your heart. I would have rescued you straight away. Such Grace! Swami is preparing this lady for widowhood by installing HIMSELF as HER SUPPORT when the time comes, as her husband will cross over before her. This man is terminally ill and the Divine Doctor has given each of them their prescribed medications. Swami also asked me to tell him to soak mungdhalland eat them just as they start sprouting to give him energy. He had been complaining to Lord Krishna that he feels useless and lethargic all the time and found it frustrating as he was a very active man. The Divine Doctor also prescribed molasses a couple of times a week to help his insides more. In conclusion, I would like to emphasise the importance of TOTAL SURRENDER when doing healings and taking instructions from MY BELOVED FATHER, MOTHER GOD BHAGWAN SRI SATYA SAI BABA who is omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient at every healing, Death will come to all of us one day. The preparation is unique for each and every one of us. A lot will depend on where the individual is spiritually. In this case, Swami is conducting this mans life review and teaching the wife (who will be the future widow) total dependence on her Lord Krishna and He has started this process by asking her to INSTALL HIM in her heart and my job is to FOLLOW DIVINE INSTRUCTIONS as given to me for SAI BABA IS GOD and He knows every human beings past, present and future. He has not come to punish but to help us HEAL in every sense of the word. So, my dear reader, what prescription has the Divine Doctor in store for you? Are you ready ..? Are your bags packed ..? P.S. Do not be misled and think that you should stop enjoying your life. Have fun, laugh and be happy but in the same token change your values and thought forms. Start practising the FIVE Human Values that Swami has given us. He informs me that he is learning a lot on the other side and will return as a Prema Sai devotee one day As requested by an Australian young lady of

English descent, I would like to include a past life that I did with her. We were in the process of doing her attunement when I was asked to access a past life she had in South Africa. She was born into a German family and it was the time of black slavery and in keeping with the culture of the time, she had an arranged marriage. This man was quite cold towards her but was a good provider and husband. They had a head slave who was a very good looking young man and she found herself emotionally drawn towards him as her husband was away for long periods of time. Unfortunately for her, the fascination turned into a sexual affair and to her horror, she found herself pregnant. Being very nave, she thought her husband, the women and the community would forgive her and allow her to keep the child. Imagine her horror, when she was humiliated in the presence of the elders, and her husband was present and they found a solution for her. (She had no say in any of the decisions that were made for her). The women escorted her to a room and performed a manual abortion on her and even in the session, this young lady couldnt stop sobbing from the emotional pain and humiliation that she was put through. Later her husband told her she was not to set foot out of the house unless he gave her permission. That night, she could hear the men in the drawing room drinking alcohol and making plans and then she heard them leaving. As we followed the scene in the session, we observed that they went to the young slave man and each one of them physically attacked him and he was powerless against them and when they were done with him, they hung him from a tree and left him there as a message to the other slaves of what would happen if they ever crossed the line between black and white. This young lady was heartbroken when she heard what had happened as her feelings for him were quite genuine and in the session, we found out that she could not bear to live the life that was dictated for her and she left him and ended up being a teacher, teaching English to the African children. (This was how her relationship started with the slave boy) She did not remarry. She just wanted the arrogance and the costly price of human life in racial sensitive issues acknowledged. We have come a long way from racial intolerance but I have done many other similar lifetimes and I feel personally, we still have a long way to go. In the spirit world, we are beyond caste, creed, colour, nationality, and let me warn you, that the law of karma is such that for every action, there is a consequence and reaction and the person committing the act is accountable and often the punishment is tenfold. Do not for one moment fool yourself that if you are born in this lifetime in a superior race, that that will be guaranteed in your next and following lifetimes, for it will be determined by your actions in your present lifetime. Yes, she committed adultery, but I dont believe death was the answer. Maybe we need to look at more humane ways and in that respect, we have come a long way. We have learnt to forgive and this is largely due to noble souls like Martin Luther King and others like him who teach tolerance and learning to live in harmony for when you think about it, in this young ladys story, on that fateful night, it was two souls that were killed one of the unborn child and one of a human being who crossed the social line. In conclusion, when I do my global healings, and I feel the pain of all the innocent lives that are killed on a daily basis, whether it be of a religious nature or otherwise, I ask Sai Baba to open up the hearts of these people and fill them with his Divine love and light for they are so blinded by rage and hatred that they need our prayers more than anyone else on this planet. Only then can we have peace on earth and the brotherhood of mankind. So my daily prayer to Sai Baba and His angels is, Whisper in their ears, melt their hearts of stone and let truth prevail. And the truth is - God lives in each and every one of us and God is love; nothing but pure love and where

there is love, there is no hatred. In 2005, I had planned to go to Sai Ma for my sixth darshan. Yet, I could not come up with a date to fly out. For once, I did not have money problems, just setting the date was the problem. So, I commenced meditating on it, asking Sai Ma for help with this issue. The answer came back soon after. I need you to stay back; your sevais required here. All plans to travel were cancelled one day before I was to commence my six weeks of annual leave. I had never taken so much leave before and wondered what I was going to do? On the first day of my leave, my neighbour from across the road approached me. He stated that he had been praying to Mother Mary to ask me to come outside and as I felt compelled to check my letterbox, he asked me if I could read some blood results for him (this gifted handyman cannot read or write). I froze when I saw the results leukaemia was staring back at me and I was quiet. Im just anaemic, arent I, Jessie? Ive started taking multivitamins for my tiredness. I should be okay. No! I stated, Youre going to need treatment. Seeing how stressed he was, I offered to do a reiki attunement and commenced healing on him. He asked how he could repay me as I do not charge for attunements. For the last three to four years, Ive wanted to move my reiki room to the back of the garage and this beautiful Gods instrument did it for me. That was his seva. By the way, he is in remission. No treatment of any form was necessary, according to the doctor. I had accompanied him to the specialist. This man and his girlfriend are both illiterates and would ask me to come over and read them stories from the Bible and Sai Babas books. One day, Sai Baba had asked me to go over and read him a chapter on the manifestations of His viburthiand the Divine healing power that it contains. I could feel tension when I walked into their home. The girlfriend looked uneasy and uncomfortable with my presence and I asked them what was wrong. She told me that they had gone to church the evening before and the priest told them that they needed to cleanse themselves and only follow the churchs directions as they were told that Sai Baba is the anti-Christ. I had taken some viburthithat I had in my possession which was given to me in Pransanthi Nilayam on my last visit. (This is viburthithat Baba materializes from his hand which Baba gives to his devotees.) My neighbour said that he had a splitting headache and this has been ongoing, so I had given him some viburthiprior to the girlfriends comments. When the girlfriend had finished talking, he looked at me and stated that his headache was gone but stated that he no longer wanted to participate in the readings or have anything to do with Sai Baba. They had to ask for forgiveness from Lord Jesus and from then on, will only follow the instructions given to them by their priest. Words fail to describe the pain I felt as I left that house. When will this madness ever end? I surrendered him and his girlfriend to Sai Baba and maintained a superficial contact from that day onwards and my heart goes out to all those people who cannot read and write and have the intelligence to discriminate truth from untruth or be able to seek Divinity for themselves in a non-judgemental way. I shall always continue to pray for them and ask God, in His Grace, to bring them out of the darkness into the light one day where Divinity is beyond judgement. My extraordinary pilgrimage (yatra)to Hemkunt Sahib. I had made up my mind to go on a pilgrimage to one of the Sikhs most spiritual temples in India for my 50thbirthday. This was in 2004. I have been doing the

attunements and healings and working as a psychiatric nurse without much of a break. Emotionally, I was totally worn out battling family issues, the hardest part of which was accepting that my relationship with my ex-husband, turned defector, was over. He had found someone else and had moved on in his life since 2000. The prospect of facing my senior years on my own was overwhelming at times. My Guru Bhagwan Sri Satya Sai Baba taught me resilience resilience in the face of difficulties. I was also helping my youngest brother through some very difficult and painful times. My brother is not open to my work so all I can do is send him situational healing. (Remember you have to be open to receive reiki.) Anyway, I needed to get away, have some spiritual time to myself. My children were very happy for me and they agreed it would be the best gift. I organised a guided tour through Leo Brothers, who are based in Malaysia (the country of my birth and all my family are still over there). This family dedicate their lives organising spiritual tours to all the significant Sikh temples in India. I met up with the group in Kuala Lumpur. I promised myself that there would be no healings on this trip and this was to be strictly a holiday. On all my previous trips to Malaysia, the bulk of my time was utilised in doing healings and attunements and I absolutely enjoyed it as it was my seva We landed in Delhi and that was the start of the pilgrimage. I would learn a great deal of the Sikh history and our beloved Gurus and every temple that I visited, I would send reiki to the past to heal the pain and trauma that I could still feel trapped in the thought forms of the walls of the temples and the surrounding atmosphere. Some were very painful as the devotees in the olden days met with their demise in very horrific and painful ways at the hands of the Muslims who wanted to convert India into a Muslim country. This was then. That is why it is called history. The present needs healing tons of it and as I did the healings, Sai Baba and His angels took over and many souls were sent to the light as they had been trapped in these places for so long. No one in the group was aware of what I was doing. This is the silent seva that Baba talks about service in total surrender for the uplift of mankind. The Sikh history and its journey is a painful one and we now need it to be a loving journey loving GuruNanakand all our Gurus,especially GuruGobindSinghand his entire family for sacrificing everything to bring forth the birth of the Khalsa I feel very blessed to be born in a Sikh family for I find it the easiest path to God-realisation through karmayogaand bhaktiyoga the two main practises of the Sikh faith. You can go to any Sikh temple and you will be served with food and it emphasises that we give to charity and perform acts of charity ourselves and to sing praises to God everyday of our life and this is further enhanced by our daily prayers and other significant prayers that we perform for peace and God realisation. Such is the teaching of our beloved Guru Nanak, who started this practice and all his teachings and the teachings of all our Gurus can be found in our Holy Book the GuruGranthSahib Our Living Guru and I take this one step further and proclaim the Living Avatar whose glories we sing has been walking this planet in human form and He resides in India. His name is Bhagwan Sri Satya Sai Baba, who will return as PremaBabain His next incarnation. Words cannot describe the ecstasy and bliss that one feels when

praying and singing devotional songs and hymns to God who is in our midst. Blessed and fortunate are those whose third eye is open to receive this act of Grace from the Divine, for many still live in darkness and in denial and one of my prayers is to bring my fellow Sikh travellers out of the darkness into the light so that they too can embrace the Grace of Sai Baba. Going back to my pilgrimage, the highlight of the spiritual trip or yatrawas going to HemkuntSahibwhich is 15, 240 feet above sea level, nestled in the most beautiful spiritual Himalayas the mountain of the Gods. Being a Sai devotee, I was able to pay homage to SherawaliMaawho is worshipped here and LordShiva, whose pilgrimage is in Badrinath. The most amazing truth is that Sai Baba is ShivaShakti, that is, he is SherawaliMaaand LordShiva.This is the only time in the history of mankind that God has come in human form as God, our Mother (SherawaliMaa)and God, our Father (Lord Shiva). His presence is symbolic in these sacred mountains. On our first day at Rishikesh, I was sitting outside our hotel waiting for the coach to pick us to start the ascent to the mountains. A fellow lady traveller came and sat beside me and started talking about her life and then she said, You know, I am a Reiki Level 1 and my master left and I dont know what to do as I want to be a Reiki Level 2 and continue my journey. I was dumbfounded. My mind was saying, Dont answer as this is your holiday, and my heart was saying, But this is your sevato Sai Baba. You cant ignore the plea of His child. As she talked, I battled with my own dilemma and finally I told her that I was not only a Reiki/Seichim Master but that I can attune her with all the levels (including the Master level) as taught to me by my Guru, Sai Baba and I will give her the reiki prayer as given to me by my Guru and she can practise it on a daily basis for her spiritual growth and her spiritual journey. I also informed her that the reiki that I do is Divine Reiki and I call it Shiva/Shakti (Reiki/Seichim), pranic(cosmic) attunement and I am sitting in Rishikesh, one of the most spiritual places in India and the symbolic meaning and truth of my work just hit me too and I was overwhelmed with emotion. I also told her that I connect people to the God form that they have faith in and I also connect them to the archangels and the angels and their own guardian angel who will help them remember and embrace why they took this incarnation as I also do past life healings. There, I said it all, on the doorstep of the hotel we were staying in and words cannot explain the expression on the ladys face. She told me we were meant to meet synchronicity and serendipity. The amazing thing was, she came from Perth and I came from Melbourne and we both went on this pilgrimage with a group in Malaysia. I surrendered everything thereon to Sai Baba and I was blessed to do three attunements on that lap of our pilgrimage. I did her attunement that night in a town called Rudraprayag. Being a Sikh, I connected her to our Gurus including GuruGobindSinghJiand as I did, He came in my inner vision. He was on the same horse, with his beloved eagle, who flew a few feet ahead of him. He looked so Divine and so grand in the finest of silk clothes. He wore red and oh, he looked so handsome and he said t me, I protect the

Hemkunt yatrisand these mountains and all those who come to Hemkunt to have my darshan.Tell them that I will roam these sacred sites as long as they keep coming. He then rode into the mountains. Being human, word got around and my next attunement was in the beautiful little township of Joshimath. This lady had made up her mind that she was going to take her last breath in Hemkunt. She was so shocked when I told her after her attunement that she was not going to die. She started crying and even showed me the new clothes that she brought for the occasion. She was asked to donate the clothes as she still had a good ten years ahead of her! She was disappointed and frankly didnt believe me and on the morning we were going to Hemkunt from Gobind Dam, a very sacred temple that is a halfway house to HemkuntSahib and we had stayed there the previous night, she wore her new clothes. (The journey to Hemkunt is difficult and is broken down with us stopping at different places such as Rudharpriag, Joshimath and Gobind Ghat). I was sharing the room with her and her sister-in-law, who was the lady in Rishikesh. I teased her saying, So youve made up your mind. You dont believe me. Go, go, and see your Guru in your new clothes but you are coming back alive! and I gave her a hug. She started crying and admitted that she wanted to escape karma and lifes responsibilities and hoped she could finish her life in this sacred place. She even told us not to worry about bringing her ashes back as she will be happy for them to be left there. Well, imagine her disappointment when she returned alive with the rest of the group. I spent the rest of the pilgrimage back to Rishikesh with the sisters and gave her the encouragement to carry on and taught them the Reiki prayer and some mantras Well, I thought my work was done and I could enjoy the rest of the trip. Imagine my surprise, as we came back from Joshimath and a lady in her early thirties approached me in the lobby of the guest house. She is a Malaysian and had heard about the work I do and she said that she was recently widowed and made a promise to her dead husband that she would undertake this pilgrimage and as she spoke, her deceased husband appeared in my inner scene and I described him to this beautiful but lonely widow. She started crying as he had quite a few messages for her and I promised to do her attunement in Rishikesh as we were all exhausted and again, I was blessed to be able to help a fellow traveller. Even now, when I reflect on my trip, the highlights will always be the sevathat I was able to perform through the Grace of my Guru. When we were in HemkuntSahib, there is a sacred ceremony whereby, you bathe in the icy cold water at the lake in HemkuntSahibto cleanse your soul. It is like a baptism ceremony. I did all my mantrasas well, as I knew I will never go back there in this incarnation. It is a very difficult pilgrimage to undertake and I thank Sai Baba for giving me the opportunity. What a blessed 50thbirthday present! In all, I performed 35 attunements during that trip (the rest were in Malaysia and Singapore). So you see my friends, when you totally surrender to serve the Lord, you lead an extraordinary life and you travel the path less travelled but let me assure you the bliss you experience is beyond HUMAN COMPREHENSION. I encourage you to come and travel the journey of the extraordinary and the less travelled for the REWARD IS UPLIFTING! Past Lives, Promises ... and the Attunement Process

I have done healings after healings of past lives on many, many cases and many more experiences of my own past lives and His underlying message has been the same. Human beings or rather the human spirit thrives on love, especially when it is given unconditionally. (This word unconditional love seems to be a rarity in our times and this saddens me as it reflects how selfish and self-absorbed we have become). In the olden days, we loved each other, we accepted each other for who were and more importantly, we loved each other for who the other person was. We didnt dictate, we didnt manipulate and most importantly, we didnt try to change the person we loved. So why, this chapter, you might ask? Because deep down, each one of us is seeking that perfect soul who would love us with no conditions and in all these cases of perfect love not perfect lives, I had to awaken the soul of the deceased partner as the person who came for healing had ties that had binded them beyond the grave. I ask the person who had come for healing what was the last thing they had said to their loved one as promises will follow you and influence your next incarnation. This is how powerful our thought forms and our words are. Case No. 1 A young lady who simply could not find the right man in this lifetime had promised her beloved at his deathbed that she will look for him in her next life but he did not make that same commitment. He moved on and married in this lifetime. It was her words that binded her. During the attunement process, this young lady was asked to connect with that man and we did the healing from that lifetime. In the healing, I was asked to tell this young lady to rephrase her last words from I will look for you in my next lifetime to I thank you for the love you showered on me and I set you free and in so doing, I set myself free. Once we did the healing, this young lady found someone new and has moved on in her present lifetime. Case No. 2 I have also done past life healings on quite a few people, both male and female who lost touch with people they had loved. In one instance, a young lady was married against her will and then left the relationship. She loved another man and he loved her but they never had the opportunity to build on that love to form a relationship. Their emotions were left unresolved and in this lifetime, whenever they met socially, they were drawn to each other like magnets soul magnets. During the attunement process, again, by addressing that past life, they were able to free themselves. This process is done by bringing the souls of that lifetime together to bring closure so that even in the next lifetime, they would not go looking for unresolved emotional ties. This is how powerful the attunement process is. It is a combination of the ShivaShaktipranicsymbols (reiki) and the cutting the ties work. A few examples of how the pranic symbols work; one symbol heals the soul in every lifetime; another symbol heals the emotional pain; and the most powerful symbol called Aum Hon Sha Zey Sho Nin, gives me permission to access the akashic(soul) records of each one of these individuals. It presents the person with the opportunity of dealing with past lives whilst still alive in the present body, thus reducing future incarnations and with the knowledge from Cutting the ties that bind of which I am a facilitator, the healing is completed. The pranicmantrasthat I use during an attunement help with the process.

This work is extremely sacred and serious and must be done by experienced people, as through the Grace of God, you are the healer, not the doer; for in Divine reiki, God is the ultimate doer, rewriting peoples akashicrecords. You may call it Divine Grace. This also applies to people who are soul mates of a negative kind. That is, they are placed in your life for karmic lessons that are needed to be learnt and do not forget that you chose them as part of this incarnations contract. However, the process of healing is the same; the outcome is extremely positive as that negative soul mate now becomes a positive soul mate when the lesson is learnt, resolved and set free. So you see, nothing in life is insignificant or without intention. People will come into your life at different stages; the most important thing to remember is that they have come for a reason - to learn the lesson/lessons you want to learn in this incarnation. So truly speaking, until one does not get self-realisation or God realisation, we are just recycled souls coming back over and over again to settle our debts or free ourselves from bondages or often both. So the next time you are drawn to someone or just cant stand them, your guardian angel is sending you a reminder..so why dont you do something about it..for there is no escaping the law of karma.and this is done by detachment, not attachment. In a minority of cases, like-minded souls will seek each other out for the main purpose of absolute mergence of the soul with their chosen Divine form. They are highly evolved souls who, have been here many, many times and play the game of life. They know the truth of the ultimate reality of human existence. Their devotion and focus is single minded; they perform service with no personal gain other than to serve their Lord and to encourage and inspire like-minded souls to join them. When a person comes for healing so as to progress on their spiritual journey, to me it is an honour and Divine blessing as they travel the road less travelled like myself. These are the soul mates of a higher vibrationary energy. Their love is pure and unconditional and they are in the minority and it is my dream to change this ratio to one of the majority. So who ever is willing to evolve is given the opportunity, wherever they are in the journey fathers, mothers, single people, separated, divorced whatever your social status, caste, creed or colour, it does not matter. You perform your duty but you will learn to live a life less ordinary as you start living an extraordinary life for you have Divine Grace and this is earned through spiritual practice. In the sacred Divine work that I perform in total surrender to God, a single attunement commences a persons spiritual journey and growth. To me, it is totally inspiring when I know the person has the dedication and discipline to do his/her daily prayer to the form of Divinity that he/she has been connected to. As in the process of the attunement, his/her form of Divinity and the archangels and angels take over where I have left off and all a person needs is faith as small as a mustard seed to commence his/her journey. Crossing Over and unfinished business I thought I had finished writing my second book but I was wrong. I did four more attunements the first day off from work and I was asked by my Guru to include these in this book.

The first attunement was on an Italian Catholic lady. She lost her mother to leukaemia approximately six years ago and recently lost her father and was struggling with the grieving process and family related issues to bring closure to her parents will and request. Talking to people from the other side was nothing new to me and I have great respect for people like John Edward and the series A Ghost Whisperer for bringing people the knowledge and understanding of this very realistic and profound experience and I always say that I am blessed to have been given this gift as well. I was worried initially as I have never met this lady and she did not have a clue of what I did and I thought, What if her parents didnt show up? I was duly reminded by Sai Baba that nothing is a coincidence, so why should I be worried when the Divine has organised this meeting? It was an absolutely beautiful session. Amidst the tears, this duty bound daughter received so many messages and was told different aspects of information that only she knew to help her with the grieving process. She willingly accepted the attunement and she was told that she was not an orphan as God, her true father and mother, was connected to her, as were Mother Mary and Lord Jesus, the archangels and the angels. Isnt that Amazing Grace? From feeling lonely, empty and abandoned (as she described it), she now felt totally relieved and at peace. Even her husband could not take her pain or feel her emotions and was at a loss as to what to do. It was Divine coincidence that he worked in my unit one day and Divine coincidence that we just happened to talk about death and crossing over and messages from the other side and I was not sure if he was surprised or shocked that someone could help his wife as counselling had not provided any results. I reminded him that besides being a psychiatric nurse, I am also a professional counsellor. I had just progressed to being a professional counsellor of the spiritual kind. I wish this family well and Gods Grace. This lady was a spiritual person before her traumas and she stated that she lost herself, shut down for years and years and is today reconnected and that is comforting for I know she will be alright. My next three attunements of the day were with a Sri Lankan family. As I drove to their place, (I offer this service for the elderly and the disabled) I couldnt help but wonder at the fragility of life. Life, which, a lot of us take for granted. A sister, who is hurting, because her brother would not honour the wishes of their deceased mother, a father who gave up on his self-absorbed son even before his death and I could still feel the disappointment and sorrow in his voice as he spoke from the other side. Why? Why do we hurt those that we are supposed to love? Why cant we solve differences whilst they are still with us? I will always carry the image of that beautiful mother who, even though she had crossed over, for years now, was hitting the chest area, telling me of the pain in her heart. If there is one message I can give, it is this WE DO NOT DIE, WE SIMPLY CROSS OVER. Our physical bodies perish but the soul lives on; so please if you need to heal with a loved one, do it now and remember to hug your loved ones and let them know what they mean to you, from your grandparents to your siblings and friends. You chose each one of them in this lifetime and remember to forgive the nonsoul mates or karmic relationships that you chose as well. A word of advice people think they have to approach the person to ask for their forgiveness. This is not necessarily so especially if the other person is coming from an ego-based platform. It will not help your own self- esteem. Do it silently with

God as your witness and remember to send that person heaps of love and light. This is enough but very powerful for that person will pick up your vibrations and you have created an opportunity for healing to take place. When I reached the house of this devoted family, I was offered a beautiful lunch and as I ate and chatted with them before starting the attunement, I marvel at the devotion of this family unit. Two sisters, both single, the older in her 60s, taking care of her younger sibling in her early 50s, and together, they are taking care of their mother who is in her mid-80s. Their mother has a fear of death, a very common symptom but has difficulty verbalising it and she has some health issues. The attunement process empowers people and also helps them to make peace with their Maker when they are connected to their chosen form of Divinity and it helps them not only forgive but also ask for forgiveness and accept the other side and in every similar case that I have done, a representative always steps forward and wants them to know that they will be there to greet them when it is time. Isnt that awesome! We never cross over alone. Once we reach the light, there is always someone. Sometimes a committee of relatives will be waiting to greet you. In this ladys case, her deceased husband appeared on my first visit and besides telling her that he was waiting for her, he asked if I could attune him and I did. To me, it is Grace to be able to do an attunement on people from the other side and I have done quite a few such attunements. Believe me, they get attuned just like you and me and it should also improve their next incarnation. (I also attuned the two sisters that day to Sai Baba and surrendered their past, present and future to His Divine Will. It is a very humbling experience.) That day, I was informed by Sai Baba that I was to reattune her. (I was going to do a chakra balance on her as I had already attuned her). As I commenced, I was overwhelmed for in my inner scene, I witnessed two souls gathering and preparing her akashicfile for this lifetime they informed me that, that was their role. I surrendered the outcome of the attunement to Sai Baba as they are Sai Baba devotees, asking that His Will be done. Her daughter rang me that night and I informed her to do the GayatriMantrawhen her mother wakes up restless in the early hours of the morning. Her soul is preparing for its journey back to her true home Gods Kingdom. The Shirdi Baba phenomena More than 26 years ago when I started to acknowledge Sai Baba, I used to find it amusing that Sai Baba would come in my dreams with his current Divine face but He would dress as ShirdiBaba. I assumed that it was because deep down, I was in conflict with myself; that is, being a Sikh and praying to a Guru who was not a Sikh and didnt cover his head. (I was very nave about Swamis Divinity in the first few years). This phenomena took place over a period of two years and as I started to accept Him, He appeared to me in His current clothes and I felt at peace with my own conscience when praying to Him, whilst being a Sikh. I realised that it was to Him that Guru Nanak prayed and sang devotional hymns and the same applies to all our Gurus. For the last few years, I have had a deep longing to go to Shirdiand have ShirdiBabasdarshanand this feeling has got stronger and stronger and I feel deep down that I have known ShirdiBabaand it was only recently that Sai Baba in one of my dreams informed me that indeed I have been his devotee during Shirditimes and

also told me that He was trying to tell me that the two Babas were the same by coming in my dreams in His present body but with ShirdiBabas mode of dress. It only took me almost 27 years to make the connection. Anyway, in the last couple of years I have been helping a very young teenager, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and she had come to me for healing from time to time. For me, the biggest frustration was that this beautiful teenager had a lot of faith in the work I do but her parents did not. It would take them over two years to make the connection and it was through their own karmic lessons. A couple of weeks ago, this young teenager started to experience some symptoms and asked her mother to arrange an appointment with me. I was recovering from the flu and did not want to venture into that very cold, windy and wet evening into my garage (where I do my healings), so I decided to do her healing in my bedroom. I have an altar next to my bed. I also have a beautiful picture of ShirdiBabaabove my bed and a garland that I had bought in Joshimath, (up in the Himalayas,) is placed on that picture. A week earlier, on Sai Babas instructions, I was asked to reattune her. She had returned after a span of many months and had stopped doing her daily reiki prayer which I call your Divine medicine, prescribed by the Divine Doctor himself. As I had done the attunement the week before, ShirdiBabas energy was evoked (as requested) and I connected her to ShirdiBabaas well as her other Divine forms. That day, I had called her for a chakra balance (that was the first time her mother had agreed to follow my instructions with regards to her healing and promised to bring her for regular chakra balances following her attunement). As I connected, Sai Baba asked me to play a DVD of Him giving darshan.(I have a music system, a television and DVD in my bedroom as I call my bedroom, my ashram ) and half-way through the chakra balance, the picture of ShirdiBabaspoke. This was the first time that picture spoke and the message was so clear. She is my bhakta (devotee). I will take care of her. You bring her to my temple. Tell them she will be alright when she gets mydarshan. (Approximately a week ago, the sisters had given me the address and pujatimes of a newly opened Shirdi Babatemple in Camberwell whereby a marble form of Shirdi Babawas brought from Jaipur, India and installed in this sacred place DIVINE COINCIDENCE. After the chakra balance, I informed both mother and daughter of their messages from ShirdiBabaand her mother gave me permission to take her that Sunday and it worked out well as I was not working on that day. It was a beautiful experience and I felt blessed to be part of this auspicious moment. Her father came along and commented on the coincidence when both father and daughter did the arthiat the same time. (Men and women formed separate lines and just went to offer arthiwhen their turn came, so you do not know who was next as some take more time with their individual arthis). To me, it was Divinely driven as something shifted in the father. The following week I decided to go to Shirdi Babas temple again. It was Mothers Day and I wanted to do something special. It was awesome but I felt uneasy and kept

wondering why. I soon found out when it was time for my personal arthi.As I prayed, I was shown in my scene that, that morning at approximately 3.30 am, my beautiful dog, Simi, who sleeps with me, started barking and I was exhausted and wanted to sleep and in my frustration, I smacked her twice to stop her barking. Shirdi Baba showed me a scene from the movie, ShirdikeSaiBaba, where someone had hit a dog and it was bleeding on the leg and in my inner scene, Baba lifted his gown and showed me the stained blood on his leg. Although I did not smack my dog hard, I smacked her all the same and I felt ashamed and asked for forgiveness from ShirdiBabaand have been more mindful of my actions since then. Once I asked for forgiveness, I did have an auspicious time. So you see my friend, there is NOTHING GOD IS NOT A WITNESS TO! I go regularly to Shirdi Babas temple and I know in my heart that statue is very much alive and hears ones prayers. Future Souls Once, when I was at my osteopath, a beautiful gentle soul who is very interested in the work I do, asked me more questions. She is only twenty-four and I told her that young people are very spiritually-tuned; old souls, I call them; they come back at this special time when spirituality is at its peak to learn and they absorb knowledge like a sponge. As we shared views about souls and the death process, I was asked to share another process of the soul journey with her. I started to tell her about a day at work. I was in the office with a couple of workmates and standing opposite me was a young lady. She had just got married and was planning to go overseas for a holiday and as I was listening to her talk, the most amazing thing happened. I became aware of the presence of a soul. He appeared behind her and started having a conversation with me. He told me to tell her that he was going to re-incarnate soon and had chosen her as his mother. This young European lady looked feisty and I was not keen to pass on the information. She was also not spiritually tuned but the soul insisted that I tell her and so, amidst her holiday plans, I told her that she was going to fall pregnant in about eight weeks time and it would be a boy. The response was just as I expected. After a repertoire of abuse, she said, I dont have time to fall pregnant. What is the matter with you? I dont want children for a few years. I want to enjoy life first. I told her that I was only the messenger and I backed off. I must admit, the experience startled me too. Anyway, off she went on her holidays and just a few months later, on her return, I heard that she was pregnant and was now the mother of a beautiful baby boy. I left that workplace the next year and lost touch with this young lady. A couple of months ago, I was shopping at my local Woolworth store and heard a voice call out my name. To my surprise it was this young lady and she informed me she is now the mother of 3 boys and is thoroughly enjoying being a mother. Healing of specific issues In 2006, my daughter was in Singapore visiting her fiance and her family. Both of them are old souls in young bodies and struggle with the unkindness and inhumanity that they have witnessed especially to cats and kittens. My daughter has always been drawn to animals (we have three cats and a dog) and my future son-in-law is the same. During her visit, both of them found a stray kitten that was left to die. They took it to the vet who told them it would have died within a week as it was sick and

malnourished. Together, they nursed it back to health and then gave it to a family that would love and nurture it. I asked Sai Baba how my daughter could help with this problem, which is obviously dear to her heart without bringing strays home (she is after all a guest in her future mother-in-laws home) and I was directed to a book that her father had given to her on her birthday in April that she forgot to pack called The Big Book of Angels. At first I thought I would post it to her but I was worried about the time factor and her emotions, so with permission, I opened the book and asked for Divine Guidance and there it was Angels in charge of cities, planets, animals, etc and as I read it, I knew she was sent there for a reason. Being a visitor, she could not work but could send heaps and heaps of healing to the city and its animals, especially the cats and surrender their present and future to God and the angels. Both of them are Reiki Masters in their own right and practise it diligently. So I feel blessed that they have been given the opportunity to serve their beloved four pawed friends. You, too, can do the same if you feel strongly about any issue in your country, for example, animal cruelty, chid sex industry, aggressive or uncaring government, drug issues, forest destruction, racism, pollution of seas, killing of wildlife, whales, dolphins; the list goes on and on. First evoke the energy of your chosen God form or call directly on God. Then evoke the energy of the archangels and the angels in charge of whatever issues you feel strongly about (and it can be several issues). Visualise on a daily basis God and His archangels and angels hearing your prayer and you become an instrument. Ask THEM to pour love and light through you to the city, country you live in and the issues that trouble you. It is a joint effort between you and your Divine helpers. But remember, you, too have to do it. Ask God and His angels to fill your heart chakra with their Divine love and light, then visualise it going from your heart chakra to wherever you wish to direct it; then sit back and watch God and His angels perform their miracles. You have to be dedicated and do it daily. Together, we can bring a better world but it has to start with you and me and everyone else. God be with you. Physical and mental unwellness I know the signs when my Guru Sai Baba wants a chapter written. I was reminded of this healing I did a few years ago. It was on a lady in her mid 40s the mother of one of my sons mates. It was through the son that the mother initially came for healing. He was visiting us one day when I asked what was troubling him as he looked really down and he said his mother had been diagnosed with breast cancer and there was all this hush hush and no one was telling him what was really going on. My heart went out to this young man in his early 20s and I could see the pain in his eyes - the fear that he might lose his mother to cancer. I asked him to ask his mother to contact me and I went over to their place to do her attunement which is something I do for those who are unwell. As usual, there was a visitor from the other side. It was this ladys grandmother and she told me to tell her that she was watching over her and asked her to remember her Macedonian roots and told me to tell her about herbs and soups that they had made in the old country. This lady was quite depressed. She did not think she would pull through but as I scanned her, I was told to inform her not to fear as she will go into remission. She had just had the surgery and was preparing for chemotherapy. When I evoked the energy of the angels, her whole house was surrounded by them. It was an awesome sight. Once I did the attunement, she was

able to come for chakra balances. The attunement process gives one selfempowerment and inner strength and it speeds up the recovery process and the chakra balance builds and strengthens a persons chakra or ShivaShakti energy and in similar cases that I have done, I find the persons will power strengthens as long as the person has faith and total surrender faith in themselves and the Divine and allow God and His angels to take over once the sickness/issue is totally surrendered. According to this lady, the medical team reduced the amount of chemotherapy treatments and she has been in remission since and life goes on especially for us mothers. We simply go back to the role of mothers. This lady is a gifted artist and was asked to go back to drawing and she was told to draw pictures of angels. She can see them too. I pray that one day she does! In another recent case, someone who came for attunement a couple of years ago had been diagnosed with stage two breast cancer - a highly spiritual being who had placed all her faith in God. I have been sending her absent healing and hope to see her personally to give her chakra balances in the near future. However, I was told by my Guru, Sai Baba, one evening that it is very important that we be very clear in our message to God when we pray to HIM in whatever form we see Him. You cannot ask God to heal you and then when feeling down, say, Take me back. Your intention when you pray must be very specific and clear. Positive thoughts produce positive results. Negative thoughts produce negative results and in the same token, if the person feels they are ready to go, that sends the notion of returning home into play. So what is it you want, is the question, for it determines the outcome. It also saddens me that even in serious cases like the ones mentioned, the husbands are not open to healing. Just because they are sceptical and judgemental, they have nothing positive to say about my work. They judge me on my past and judge me as a human trying to do superhuman things which are best left to experts like priests and those who have titles. If only they will open their heart chakras and see me as a human, serving God in the only way I know how, that is, being His servant and serving His children. A couple of years ago, a workmate who claims to be a Sai devotee gave my first book to his wife to read and she contacted me. When I am talking to someone on the phone, I automatically tune in to their vibrations and to Swami and listen to them and to what Baba is telling me about them. In this instance, I was worried as this woman stated that she gets messages from Swami and she does, as she is a very spiritual person. Unfortunately she was also attracting lower vibrations which meant, she was tuning in to auditory hallucinations. She was emotionally quite fragile but for me the dilemma was that if she did not focus on her healing, she was likely to suffer a psychotic breakdown. Unfortunately, besides coming to me, she was being treated by a naturopath who besides giving her unmarked tablets would give her messages that played havoc on her fragile mind. Towards the end, I found it exhausting as I would focus on her healing and she would receive double messages from me and this naturopath. Her husband who claims to be very spiritual, in his frustration, started verbally abusing me to her. So she had a third unrequired pressure and she would ring me in his absence. On many occasions, I suggested that she see a psychiatrist and be treated for her auditory and visual hallucinations but she refused, stating that she has

faith in Sai Baba. She did have the breakdown and I got the blame. I surrendered her to Sai Baba. The spiritual plane is a very fine line between sanity and psychosis. I have sat in many interviews with psychiatrists where I have heard patients describe spiritual psychoses. My heart goes out to them for I know what they are experiencing but psychiatrists, being clinically trained, are not open to and fail to understand spiritual unwellness. In severe cases, treatment is not only required but necessary. It is a false belief that if you believe in Sai Baba or any form of Divinity, you will be exempt from illness mental or physical. So please try not to blame the servant. I am reminded of another case I did many years ago on a young adult who was experiencing drug induced psychosis. It was a healthy relationship because his father respected me as a psychiatric nurse and a spiritual healer. He would even take my letter of recommendation for treatment to their family G.P. who was treating his sons psychosis and together as a team with the focus on stabilising the young man paid off. His mother rang to say that his symptoms are controlled and the last I heard, the young man was able to hold a job. Each one of us is an individual, a unique individual. We came here with our very own contracts and we play the role we chose. I have encountered many, many people and I have found it very interesting that I have crossed people who have travelled with me in my past where I was involved in healing work and the most amazing truth for me is that, those who were judgemental of me in those lifetimes, found me in this lifetime too and surprise! they are judgemental in this lifetime too. I am reminded of similar patterns of behaviour which only heal through healing and I initiated this process for myself whereby with Sai Babas help, I have cut ties with this minority group so that I can focus on the majority. These minority groups need to reflect on their contract so that they, too, can move forward. My responsibility to them is to send them tons and tons of love and light, which I do as part of my unconditional seva. To die or not to die the dilemma of a suicide mind. Case 1 An angry young man wraps his car around an electric pole and is shaken badly; he was so angry with life in general that he wanted to end it all. When I first met him, this young man was a total mess. There was so much anger for so young a person. Basically, he was angry with the whole world and maybe, even the universe. He had witnessed much pain in his life. Born in a Tamil family in hostile Sri Lanka, he witnessed two of his best mates shot in his presence. He had to flee his beloved country and try and fit in on foreign soil, trying his hardest to adapt. He worked and studied; he had just enrolled in University when I first met him. He has faced many trials and tribulations since our first meeting but I am proud of him. In spite of his loses, he does not have the anger anymore. Through the healings, he has matured and forgiven a lot of his past and present issues. Although he does not do his reiki prayer on a daily basis, he has much faith in the Divine energy and it is this faith that has seen him through the good times and especially the bad and not so good times. He keeps in touch with me intermittently and will call me if he has an issue which is overwhelming or if he cannot come for a healing, I send him absent/distant healing and he responses well to it. Through Gods Grace, he should graduate this year (2006) and may get the break that he has long awaited for. As his Reiki Master, I send him

the pranic Divine energy to every situation in his life past, present and future. It is really another version of faith healing, for as you know miracles only happen to those who believe in them. In this instance, this young man used to tell me of tiny coincidences of a Divine kind that helped him when the going was rough, sometimes impossible. The thoughts of suicide have long gone as he can sense a future. Good things are yet to come his way as he waits patiently. So grateful is he for the Divine assistance that he donated two very comfortable stools that I use for attunements and healings and I thank him for his unconditional gift. Case 2 An ex-workmate mentioned on a few occasions that she needed to bring her adopted son for healing. He was a professional who unfortunately fell victim to the world of chemical and alcohol dependence. Unfortunately for her, it was too late and he never made it to my reiki. He committed suicide. I, too, was upset when I got the news. This young mans widow came to me for healing and we asked permission from the Divine to access the last few hours of his earthly existence. It was important for her as she blamed herself as did his adopted mother for his death. As we relived the scene, it was very comforting for her to know that at the very last moment, he changed his mind and tried to unleash the rope from around his neck but failed as he was intoxicated and had taken tablets on top of that. The comfort she drew was from the part that he did try to undo the undoable; so guilt and anger gave way to closure and forgiveness and she said, I feel much more peaceful and I can now get on with the job of raising our children. This family and everyone else that have come for attunements and healings stay on my healing list. I need not hear from them. I just need to pray for them and send them healing wherever they are. I also asked permission from Sai Baba and the angels and helped him to cross over. He was first given the opportunity to speak to his wife and family and had messages for them. Words always fail to describe the emotions and release of emotions at a time like this and the word humility fails to describe what I feel at such a time. Soul Stories A friend visited one afternoon and were discussing my book and the episode of The Ghost Whisperer that we had seen the night before, when suddenly I became aware of a few visitors from the other side who wanted to be remembered in our book. They wanted their stories told to help people cope with the death process and these are their messages. The first thing they all spoke about was the fear and panic that they experienced when they realised that they were no longer in their physical bodies. Case 1 is about the doctor who went jogging one Sunday morning. He had made plans to meet the family later in the afternoon (had a heart attack early afternoon and was approached by a cyclist who tried to revive him but could not). I was on duty that afternoon and was going through the obituary list in the newspaper looking for the surname Singh as I did the previous day. I just knew I had to find this surname and I knew that someone with this surname was going to have a heart attack. When I became aware of this being, he stated that he wanted to get back into his body as he had planned the day and death was not on his agenda. I said to him that I could not

cross the line but I could help him get to the light and he said, No, not yet as he had some loose ends to take care of and he left. I did not know who he was until a month later when a case was referred to me about a widow who had recently lost her husband. She came to me with her two teenage children for a healing and for messages from the other side. She was emotionally very, very fragile as this man took full responsibility of running the house and left his widow very overwhelmed with the responsibility of organising the funeral and taking care of all the legal matters that followed. When I connected with her, he appeared very quickly and that was when I recognised him and he had a lot to say and he was in a hurry to get his messages across. He told me that he had gone to his family home that afternoon after visiting me, and he kept trying to get the attention of his wife and children and the other family members that were present but no one could hear him or see him and he found that very frightening. He said that he then went to the funeral parlour where his body was resting (this process took two to three days). It was only then that he realised that it was all useless; he could not get back into his body and returned to the family home. It was as if he was a silent witness to the pain and agony his family was going through and he reflected on the life that he had just completed and he realised that although he was a doctor, he had abused his body by neglecting it and felt that he could have been a better doctor if he had paid more attention to the process we call life rather than take it for granted. His family coming for healing was a closure for him for after they said their goodbyes, he said he was ready to go to the light. To me, this whole process was Divinely driven. The family came back for further healing sessions to help them through the grieving process and this father should feel very proud of his son who has achieved his dreams and I wish the family well. Case 2 Now, for the other spirit that came through very strongly. This spirit was introduced to me in 2004. My first encounter with him was in the Himalayas in the little township of Rudharpriag when his widow approached me in the foyer of the guest house on our way to HemkuntSahib She had just found out that I was a Reiki Master who also spoke to spirits from the other side and as she started to speak, he came through very strongly. He gave me statements to tell her to verify his presence and he was pointing to his head and collapsing and it seemed to be in an open space as though they were playing a game. His wife said that he had gone to play football that fatal evening and they were to meet later for dinner. He felt a pain in his head and collapsed. He died instantly and the autopsy showed he had a haemorrhage in his brain. He was only in his thirties and he left behind a young widow and two very young children but he had a beautiful sense of humour and he made his widow see the funny side of life even at the time of his demise and reassured her that until the children became adults, he will always look out for them. I made the time to do her attunement when we got back to Rishikesh. During the attunement, her deceased husband was present and as he had reassured her that he will always look out for her and the children, he gave her permission to remarry. The amazing thing about this story is that I was from Australia, she was from Malaysia and this divinely timed coincidence took place up in the Himalayas in India. So you see, when a spirit wants to come through with a message, it will make coincidences like this happen. His widow told me that she had come on this pilgrimage looking for answers and she wanted to communicate with her deceased husband as she was unable to bring closure to his death and she had been through her grieving process for two years. Case 3 A young soul was in coma in intensive care and wanted me to send a message to his family and because I do not go door knocking, I connected with Sai Baba and His

angels, and surrendered the request to them. And, all the other spirits that would appear had similar messages and these were; one, they were not ready to die and two, it was all a big mistake and they should be let into their physical bodies again and three, the fear and the panic because they had agendas waiting for them, for each one of them when they woke up that morning had agendas for the day and death was not one of them. So let this be a huge wake up call to all of us. You can plan everything in your life except your time of departure from this physical world and this is when Sai Baba reminds us, Are your bags packed? Are you ready? The spiritual significance of this comment is that FIND TIME TO MAKE YOUR DIVINE CONNECTION SO THAT WHEN YOUR TIME COMES, YOUR DIVINE ESCORT WILL REPLACE THE PANIC AND FEAR FOR AT THE END OF THE DAY, EACH ONE OF US HAS A USE BY DATE. Case 4 - Two nights after writing this chapter, I had a feeling I was going to get more visitors from the other side. And there, as I was having a shower, (spirits appear to you at any given time irrespective of what you are doing) I became aware of two visitors; one of them was my stepmother and the other was a lady whose daughter had come for an attunement a week ago. And they both had the same message for me and it was, What about us mothers? You have not told our stories. Ask us about the pain we feel when we have crossed over and are forgotten. There is so much myth about the dead that people are frightened of calling on us as it is taboo in many cultures but we mothers want you to know that we feel very sad and forgotten when we dont get invited to special events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, birth of our grandchildren and even calling on us when someone is ready to cross over as we can be there to greet them. We do know when someone is crossing over but it is nice to be asked as well. We are the mothers, the mothers who brought these children into this world and when we shed our physical bodies, we didnt go away. We only crossed over. And until such time that we are ready to take our next incarnation, the family ties are never broken. They are just forgotten. I will give some examples of their messages and this happened in my family on a few occasions. My younger halfsisters were planning their weddings and on each occasion, they forgot to invite their mother and she visited me and told me, So and so is getting married. Not only wasnt I invited but they prepared all these new clothes for the wedding and no one bought new clothes in my name. All they ask is to be included. My step-mother said to me that her biggest regret was that she didnt see any of her children get married whilst she was alive but she did attend every wedding from the other side. Imagine the agony, the loneliness, and the emptiness they feel. So please remember to include them in your special events. They do not ask to be invited every day and as a sign of respect, offer them whatever food is prepared. Offer it in their name; you can do a silent prayer if you like and then share that plate with the family. On many occasions, my step-mother has informed me of the happiness she experiences when she is remembered. Imagine them as the unseen guest and the silent listener in every conversation, at every occasion. They are trying to tell us not to fear them, We are not the ghosts that are depicted in the movies. And as you can see from the stories, they were someones father, mother, son or nephew, so I hope, through them, we can be more mindful and appreciative of the process we call death.

Case 5 - There are a lot more messages from the other side. A mother once visited when I was teaching her son the Reiki/Seichim symbols. She wanted him to know that she understood his circumstances when he could not go to Malaysia to look after his bedridden mother (at that time, his children were very young). A couple of days after I had written the chapter on messages from the other side, she visited me again and asked for her story to be included too and she wanted it known that a mothers love is unconditional and remains unconditional even after they have crossed over. They hold no anger or resentment towards their children, especially in this case when the son had carried guilt in his heart all these years because he could not care for his bedridden mother. She wanted him to stop feeling guilty and he needed to hear that. Case 6 - During another healing session, a father came through very quickly when I connected with his daughter to do a chakra balance healing. She had been feeling very emotionally fragile and was experiencing constant flashbacks of being molested in her teenage years. It was time for healing and in the process, she was also able to forgive her molester and set him free and in so doing, set herself free. Her beloved father assured her that he has been and will continue watching over her and asked her to go within, that is, become spiritual and she will find the peace that she is looking for. She informed me after the session that her father was a spiritual person. Her fathers message was that when their children are hurting, they will come through if the person is open to messages; and this lady often feels his presence, especially during the bad times and her father said that was when he was trying to comfort her. Two beautiful stories of unconditional love of parents. Ownership Who owns whom? I have done a lot of cases where one partner is more dominant than the other and controls the other person in practically every area of their lives, including invading their very private spiritual space. If only people would realise that marriages are only karmic contracts and give their partners the freedom, the space and the privacy they need to grow spiritually. Marriage is like life; it comes in stages. Initially, it is the romance and thats the first phase. The second phase is the raising of the family. Both these two phases also involve a lot of sexual energy between two people. And then comes the third and most difficult phase; when the children are grown up and one partner has the desire to pursue a spiritual path and the other does not as the other party might still be attached to lower sexual energies. It puts tremendous strain on the relationship; a good solid marriage runs haywire. I have done quite a few such cases. It is easier if both parties come for healing and being a professional counsellor and a psych nurse gives me the opportunity to do some counselling work. However, often the party who is not willing to change or accept the change that is taking place in the relationship, becomes suspicious and withdrawn and this is a dangerous time for the relationship, as a lot of assumptions are made and innocent people get hurt. So the question I ask is, who belongs to whom? How should a couple cope with a crisis like this for it is a lot more common than people care to admit. These tormented parents put up a very brave superficial front in front of their children and grandchildren and they feel isolated; they suffer alone and silently. This problem is not exclusive to any religion or caste. So what is the answer?

Personally, I do not have any answers. It is a very private matter between two people. I often teach the word compromise but if only one party comes for healing, you cannot break the word compromise into two with the absentee. See, .., maybe thats where the problem is. Each one treading along their own path because you know, there will come a time in our senior years when we start tidying up our spiritual housekeeping and start making preparations for the next phase of our journey, which is exiting the physical plane. When you first fall in love, the senior years seem a very long way but I feel, having done so many troubled senior issues, perhaps young couples should open up the dialogue a lot sooner in their marriage if they want to spend their senior years together. Both of them would then have some indication as to what they are looking for in their relationship as they get older. It is part of the package we call marriage and it helps reduce the divorce rate for the trauma of starting over again or being abandoned in your senior years is very stressful and traumatic and brings on physical health issues. Personally, I have found the attunement process very helpful for the person who has come to seek help. The problem for them is dealing with the partner who is not open to any form of healing. I encourage them to send love and light and situational healing to their partners as it brings them comfort and peace in their emotionally, troubled world. Material possessions beyond the grave. In 1998, I worked with a group of people who were fascinated with buying antique jewellery and household items and naturally it aroused my curiosity. I thought to myself if spirits cross over for messages for their loved ones, could items of jewellery, etc do the same? So I asked a couple of them if I could reiki items of jewellery and the result was amazing. The most intriguing one was an antique, Victorian ring and when I placed the symbols, I went back in time Old England, to be precise. It was late spring, early summer and I found myself in a very grand building. I was shown a drawing room with a long table and many chairs. At the head of the table, I seem to recognise the lady. She looked like Queen Victoria and her clothing was as expensive as her jewellery. Then there were men and women; the men had army uniforms. It was a farewell dinner of some sort. The bay window was open and there was a slight breeze. I sensed that we were not far from the sea. It was a cool evening and I could see the fireplace but there wasnt a fire lit. They were talking and from the conversation, an engagement was to take place for one of the men dressed in army clothes and he seemed to be an important figure, He rose from his chair and there in his hand was the ring (this same ring) and he placed it on a young ladys finger. From that conversation, I gathered that he and his men were leaving for Australia soon and this young lady would follow when the house was set up. Her parents were present and there were many tears shed due to the farewells and distance that would separate them. I followed the scene; this young lady migrated and moved when the house was set up. She was miserable. She found it hard to cope with the heat, the uncivilised environment and spending long hours alone. To her credit, she settled down. I saw her setting up school with other women for the children and teaching them and she always wore that ring which was an engagement ring as later I would see a wedding band too. She did not return to her beloved England and she died in her mid to late thirties and the ring was passed around and finally ended up in the antique shop. She appeared in my inner scene and stated that she did settle down and enjoyed her role as wife and mother but always missed home (England), her parents and the family home. Her only

regret was that she never went back and I asked permission from Sai Baba (I did not work with angels at that time) and we went to England and she was able to say her farewells, after which she returned to the other side. Before she left, she had a message for the lady who bought the ring. She was happy she had it as she had no ties attached to it and knew that this lady would look after it. In another case, a lady was wearing an antique bracelet and whenever I looked at it, I would hear a female voice say, Tell her its not hers, as this lady loved the bracelet and always wore it. I asked permission to reiki it and this time we went back in time to old Australia Second World War, to be precise. I saw a young couple saying goodbye before the man went to war and his parting gift was this bracelet (a token of my love, he said). Again, I followed the story through; this young woman never saw him again and married someone else but always kept this bracelet (a token of their love) and resented this woman wearing it. Her spirit was still earth-bound. With permission from the Divine and this lady, we were able to heal the pain; her beloved was shot and killed in action and they were brought together to say their goodbyes after which she stated that she was ready to cut ties with the bracelet and set the bracelet and herself free. I then freed the bracelet of its thought forms and placed fresh Reiki/Seichim symbols on the bracelet before giving it to its present owner and those thoughts, Its not hers, stopped emanating from the bracelet. This is how powerful our attachments are to material things even when we cross over. It includes anything that is symbolic to the person; remember the case of the mother who felt pain in her chest because her son would not honour her request. In 2005, a workmate of mine and I were on our lunchbreak and for some reason, she started talking about her nanna and as she talked, her nanna came through and had many messages for her and her family. I then told her that I was being shown a tablecloth which meant a great deal to her and she showed it to me; it was handembroided and very pretty. My workmate started crying and she said that was all she wanted as a keepsake but apparently her grandmothers second husband (she remarried when her husband died) got rid of a lot of her stuff and the family were deprived of many sentimental possessions (her grandmother even showed me jewellery). This lady had many unanswered questions about her grandmother and was given answers to her questions. Well, we could say, we had an extraordinary lunchbreak as I thanked her grandmother and asked Sai Baba and His angels for giving me a blessed opportunity to help this lovely human being who so loved her nanna. She had always wondered how her grandmother died and she received clarification of that too from her grandmother. It brought closure for her and with closure comes peace. I suppose the reason I have included this chapter is to let people know that whatever you do; someone is watching; someone is listening; so please do not be disrespectful of the wishes of the dying. I am being reminded of the wishes of a father who had crossed over and made an appearance during the sons attunement and requested the son to take the ashes of his mother to India when she crosses over. The mother died a few months after his attunement and the son stated that he could not fulfil his fathers

wishes and dispersed the ashes in Melbourne. Isnt it sad? We, human beings, have become so busy that we do not have the time to fulfil the wishes of our loved ones who have crossed over. Children and Reiki This chapter is dedicated to all the young ones who have come for reiki over the years. Reiki is excellent for children who find it difficult to concentrate on their schoolwork, struggle with their studies, stress at examination times, have lost their confidence, being bullied at school, are going through difficult times like death in the family or serious illness, either them or a family member, have difficulty coping with divorce or separation of parents, are sexually abused, molested and to overcome the temptation and intimidation of peer group pressure. Reiki empowers them. In every case, the most important factor was faith. If they had faith in the Divine healing, I saw changes. Let me give you some examples. A VCE student was in the car with his mother when they had an accident. The accident brought flashbacks of a past life and this affected his concentration at school. Through the attunement and several chakra balance healings, he not only passed VCE but did quite well. An interesting case was that of a Year 11 student who was very good at her studies and suddenly shut down. When I was introduced to her, it was as if she was in a stupor. She had become so withdrawn and from her body language, I knew she had become a victim of hex. Sure enough, when I connected her to the Divine beings, I was shown a jealous mother and daughter in Sri Lanka (she had just migrated here with her family). They were so intimidated by this innocent victim that they had put a curse on her so that she would become stupid and dull and that was her presentation. However, she was a Lord Shiva devotee and would pray to Him to help her and during her session, He did. Through the Grace of God, we were able to reverse the curse and several healings later, she fully recovered and today is a teacher in her own right and as a thank you, she drew me a beautiful picture of her beloved Lord Shiva. A lady once approached me about her daughter who was a Year 10 student and was suffering from anorexia nervosa and asked if reiki would help. I asked her to have faith in Mother Mary (they were Mother Mary devotees) and surrendered the outcome to the Divine Mother. The daughter was too unwell to come and we did an absent healing for her and I taught her mother to do the reiki prayer for her daughter as she was too unwell to do it for herself. She phoned me a few months later and informed me that her daughter who had stopped eating with them was able to sit at the dinner table and eat with the family. That was the last conversation I had with them and hope this young lady who should be in her late 20s by now is well. When I brought this young lady in my inner scene during her healing session, I was amazed to see her stomach twisted and Mother Mary very gently untwisted it and then sent it heaps of healing energy; (this was before I learnt to evoke the angels and the archangels). In mid 2006, I attuned a Year 7 student, who was being taunted with racial remarks and being alienated from her friends by one particular classmate who, for some reason, did not like her. A couple of chakra balances and healings with the Cutting the

ties technique, together with help from Sai Baba and the angels, this young lady has been given coping mechanisms as her concentration was affected by the stress that she had been going through. In early 2005, a workmate of mine was very stressed about her daughter who was not doing well at school and the principal was threatening to drop her back a grade. I asked the mother to bring her daughter for an attunement stating that it was worth taking a chance. The result was extremely positive. This young lady who hated school now loves going and surprised herself by getting really good grades that year and asked her mother to personally inform me that she didnt realise studying was actually fun. What a turnaround! Thank you, Mother Mary. (She was another devotee of Mother Mary and the angels). I could go on with case after case. I am just grateful to the Divine beings and my own PoornaavatarBhagwan Sri Satya Sai Baba and His angels for the positive results. All these young people inform me that they do their reiki prayer. Those who relapsed had stopped doing their prayers and when they came back, I re-attuned them and it seems to pick them up again. Reiki/Seichim and House Cleansing In 2004, a workmate of mine approached me and asked if I could go and do a house cleansing for her. Her daughter and her two grandchildren lived with her. She said that on a very regular basis, they were woken up by someone moving around in the house. They were not scared but they wanted to know who their unnamed guest was. I was definitely interested. They lived close to the army barracks in the township of Greensborough and when I started the house cleansing (evoking Mother Marys energy as they were Mother Marys devotees), I saw their unnamed visitor. This lady told me that she felt it was a little girl and she was not wrong. In my inner scene, I saw a girl about eight years old. I also noticed another spirit of about six years old. She informed me that it was her brother and when I explained who I was, and asked her how I could help her, she said that she and her brother were looking for their parents and have been at that house every since it was built. I decided to do some Reiki/Seichim healings to find out the history of the place. My workmate was then just a tenant there and suddenly the whole inner scene changed. The brick veneer house became a log cabin and so did the entire estate. I saw horse sand carts instead of cars and I saw the whole area coming up. It was after the time of Captain Cooks discovery of Australia and townships were being built. The army had come to this part of Victoria, Australia. Besides the convicts that were helping to build the towns, I noticed shiploads of people being brought from Ireland. They were carpenters, bakers, farmers, laundrymen and women, cooks, cleaners, etc and these people were employed by the army personnel. I noticed trees being chopped down and log cabins being made for these people. The parents of this girl and her brother worked for the army and would leave for work about 4:30 in the morning. The parents would leave a log fire for the children on cold, winter mornings. I was then shown another segment of the scene and there I saw aborigines and they were very overwhelmed by the presence of these people and that was their hunting ground. In time, food was in short supply. They resented the newcomers and on more than one occasion, I saw them defending what was their own land but in the process, people

got killed including them. In the ignorance of events of the times that was then, these children were killed and their spirits have been earth bound as they were waiting for their parents to return. I explained to the children that their parents would have died a long time ago and explained about life in those days and asked if I could help them to go to the light and reunite with their loved ones as I could see family members on the other side waiting to greet them and they crossed over very quickly. My workmate reported that there have been no more frequent visitors although she did give the girl and her brother permission to visit. In 2006, I was asked to do a house cleansing on a spirit that was haunting a house. It was a young aborigine boy. When I reikied the scene (healing done by proxy house cleaning can be done hands on or by proxy and all you need is the address of the house). When I received the phone call, I said to the person, that I would do the cleansing later that afternoon, but before I could say goodbye, this young aborigine boy of about sixteen was standing next to me. I was hoping to finish a pile of ironing before doing this case but he begged me to help him cross over to the light as he has been waiting for a long time for someone to help him cross over and the elders were waiting for him and he could see them and they could see him. I saw many wise elders who asked for souls that were trapped to be sent to the light as well and I completed their request later. It was an amazing but heartbreaking sight for there were souls trapped in caves, billabongs, prison cells, custody centres, remand centres and also those that were drowned in creeks. When I connected with Sai Baba and the angels to free these souls, I was told it would be a long process and I was to check in from time to time. This was about three p.m. The next day, about 24 hours later, souls were still being sent up to the light. I was informed by Sai Baba that it was from the beginning to the present time. Words cannot describe the emotion I felt as I witnessed these souls, one by one, crossing over as they went to the light and the expression of gratitude from the elders summed it all up and the process was initiated by this sixteen year old spirit. I asked him to tell me his story. He said that on that fateful day he had woken up to go hunting for wild rabbits for his familys meal and as he was focussing on his prey, he did not notice some army personnel behind him and he was shot at close range and ever since that day, his soul had been searching for his parents. Imagine the relief he experienced as he was merging into the light and I thanked him for giving me the opportunity of freeing all the other souls too. I suppose, as a Reiki Master and a spiritual healer, I just feel the pain of both sides of these incidences but that is history. We have come a long way in building this beautiful country. We need to be respectful and mindful of each others cultures, traditions and heritage. I dedicate this chapter to all the souls, irrespective of their caste, creed, colour and religion who sacrificed their lives so that we can enjoy the comforts that we take for granted today. If only governments and politicians and every citizen of every country would honour the country that they call home, we would have peace overnight. History should be left in the past tense; what is done cannot be undone but the future is determined by the present and each one of us has a contribution to make towards the fatherhood of God and the brotherhood of mankind GIVE PEACE A CHANCE. This is the message from the angels. The Healing Power of Viburthi In her childhood, my daughter, Sharan, who was diagnosed with chronic renal failure, was always sick and had a very poor appetite.

Everything that she ate had a metal taste but I always marvelled on the amount of viburthishe would eat, to the point she was called the viburthichild and we used to receive viburthiin the mail for her. To all those generous sisters and brothers, I say, Thank you. At one stage, I was worried about the large quantities she would eat and one day, I told her, Baba did not say you should eat so much viburthi . Imagine my surprise when Baba came in my dream that night and said to me, And dont tell lies! Well, I did not question it after that. The amazing truth is that it kept her alive. Even her specialist had given up on her as she was too weak to be considered for a transplant. It was only on the eve of her transplant that her specialist informed Sharan and I that it was our faith in God that made the impossible, possible. Such is the Grace of Sai Baba. In mid 2006, I was going through my Sai Baba books and decided to lend the book Sathyam, Shivam, Sundaram to a friend when Swami said, No, Amma. I want you to read my autobiography again. Only this time you will be reading it as part of your sadhana(spiritual journey). I had read this book prior to Sharans transplant. I was amazed as this time I read about Swamis omnipotence, omniscience and omnipresence the miracles, the Divine leelasand then the chapter on viburthi. I had forgotten about the powerful medicine viburthiis when taken and used with total faith. (Sharan stopped eating it after her transplant). Every night I eat Swamis special prasad. I also use it in attunements and healings when requested by Swami but the knowledge that I had rediscovered this chapter gave me so much more understanding of the power and significance of viburthi. I was intrigued. In 1993,when I took my daughter, Sharan to Sai Babas ashram(chapter on Faith) we shared accommodation with a mother and daughter from UK who knew one of the doctors in Prasanthi Nilayam General Hospital. This Doctor got to know us quite well and offered to look after my daughter. She also met Sai Baba on a daily basis and discussed cases with HIM. She encouraged my daughter to write to Sai Baba and also discussed Sharans case with HIM and Baba in HIS infinite grace gave 12 packets of viburthi that had been materialised by HIS Divine Palm and Sharan went into remission until the time of dialysis. We also experienced several miracles. The biggest was, one day while we were at the Super specialist hospital(this doctor referred us there as Sharan was very anaemic)Sai Baba came and we saw HIM enter the blood bank and I remember thinking what would GOD want from a blood bank? and that afternoon when we were resting I dreamt Sai Baba setting up a blood infusion and giving Sharan blood and when Sharans blood test results were checked she was not anaemic anymore! When I asked the doctor to explain (I told her about the dream) she laughed and said it was one of Sai Babas leelas (divine miracles)So just remember the secret formula FAITH in SAI BABA and in the viburthiand the mantras, for it works. There was so much darshan , so much sambashan,the ultimate of which was the manifestation of the lingams This trip was different, very little darshan, BUT on the inner level, Swamis Shiva Shakti Pranic Energyhas increased tenfold, nay a thousand fold!! and every night I could feel Swamis presence even in the dormitories. A few days ago, during one of my inner one to one conversations with Swami, I asked Him if He went round Prasanthi Nilayam, dormitory by dormitory when suddenly He showed me this scene - HIS DIVINE FACE became large and it covered all of Prasanthi Nilayam and the surrounding villages. HIS DIVINE FACE was facing Prasanthi Nilayam and the surrounding villages and HIS DIVINE EYES radiated into every space and place and this image IS CONSTANT DAY AND NIGHT. OM BHUR BHUVA SWAH TAT SAVITUR VARENYAM BHARGO DEVASYA DHEEMAHI DHIYO YO NAH PRACHODAYAT O Mother! Who subsists in all the three kaalas(Time: Past, Present and Future), in all the three lokas (Lokas: Heaven, Earth and Lower regions) and in all the three gunas (Attributes: Satwa, Rajas and Thamas), I pray to Thee, to illuminate my intellect and dispel any ignorance just as the splendours sunlight dispels all darkness. I pray to Thee to make my intellect serene and bright and enlightened. The Gayathriis the Universal Prayer, enshrined in the Vedas the most ancient scripture of man. The GayathriMantrahas in it the validity of the Vedas. It contains the essence of Vedic teachings. The Gayathriis considered Vedasara; the essence of prayer fosters and sharpens the knowledge yielding faculty. As a matter of fact, the four Mahavakyas, or Core Declarations enshrined in the four Vedasare implied in the Gayathri Mantra. Each of the Four Vedashas a Core axiom enclosed in it, ThathThwamAsi (That Thou Art), PrajnaanamBrahma (Consciousness is Brahma), AyamAtmaBrahma (This self is Brahma) and AhamBrahmaasmi (I am Brahma). When all these are synthesized, the Gayathriemerges. The Gayathriis described as ChhandasaamMaathaha the Mother of the Vedas. One meaning of the Gayathriis that it is a Mantrawhich protects or fosters the gayas or Jivis. If chanted regularly, all the merit that would be obtained by the recital of the Vedas, are earned. It is addressed to the immanent and Transcendent Divine, which has been given no name but Savitha, which mean that which all this is born. The Gayathriis personified as having facets or faces; it has three parts (1) Praise, (2) Meditation and (3) Prayer. First the Divine is praised, then it is meditated upon in reverence and lastly, the appeal is made to the Divine to awaken and strengthen the intellect, the discriminating faculty of man. Dheemahi is related to the meditative aspect. Dheeyoyonahprachodayaath refers to the aspect of prayer. Aum is the first face, BhurBhuvaSwah is the second, ThathSavithurVarenam is the third, BhargoDevasya Dheemahi is the fourth, DhiyaoYoNahPrachodayatis the fifth. It is said to embody nine colours: 1) Om; 2) Bhur; 3)Bhuva; 4) Swah; 5)Thath; 6) Savithur; 7) Varenyam8)Bhargo; 9) Devasya Gayathri Idol is depicted with five faces. The Central face has a bluish complexion colour symbolizing the life force which control our five pranas(five vital airs), panchakoshas (five sheaths), pancaJnanendriyas(five sense organs),

pancha Karmendriyas(five organs of action), the Pancha Mukti (The Five-Faced One) is the motivating as well as the controlling force an principle of all the above i.e. of all the vital functions and activities of our life. Because it protects the one who recites it, it is called Gayathri.When Gayathriacts as a protector of the life forces, She is known as Savithri. Savithri is the presiding deity of the five pranas. She protects those who lead a life of Truth. This is the inner meaning. When ones intelligence and intuition are developed by the recitation of the Mantra the activating deity is Gayathri. When the life forces are protected, the guardian deity is called Savithri. When ones speech is protected, the deity is called Saraswathi Because of the protective roles of Savithri,Saraswathiand Gayathriin relation to life, speech and the intellect, Gayathri is described as Sarvadevathaaswarupini the embodiment of all the Goddesses or deities. The GayathriMantrahas to be recited 3 times a day in the morning at sunrise, at noon and at sunset. These are called SandhyaaKaala the time of coming together of night and day, of morning and evening, and of day and night. Time like man has three qualities Satwa,Rajasand Tamas. The day is divided into three parts. The four hours between 4 a.m. and 8 a.m. in the morning and between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. in the evening have the same satwaquality. The eight hours between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. are employed by all beings, including animals and birds, in the discharge of their day to day duties and are regarded as Rajasic, when the four Satvic hours of the morning 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. are used for engaging oneself in good actions like worship, virtuous deeds, keeping good company, one is sure to raise himself from the human to the Divine level. It is during the Satvic period from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. the Gayathri Mantrashould be recited. This Mantrais the embodiment of all deities, it is not related to any particular sect, caste or idol or institution. It is essential to recite the Gayathri at least three times during morning, noon and evening. This will serve to reduce the effects of the wrong acts one does everyday. It is like buying goods for cash, instead of getting the mon credit. There is accumulation of karmic debt, as each days karma is atoned forth at day itself by reciting the Gayathri. Like sunrise after the night, the Gayathri Mantra dispels the darkness of ignorance. Dheeyoyonahprachodayaath, the rays of the Gayathri Mantra illuminate the mind and intelligence and promote knowledge, wisdom and discrimination. Remember, Gayathriisa treasure you must guard through out your life. Never give up the Gayathri;you may give up orignore any other Mantra, but you should recite it at least a few times a day. It will protect you from harm, wherever you are, in bus,orcar,or railway train or plane, in a bazaar or on the road. Brahma-prakasa,the effulgence of Brahma, will descend on you and illuminate your intellect and light your path when this Mantra is chanted. Gayathri is Annapurna, the Mother, and the Sakthithat animates all Life. So do not neglect it.
