Tandoori club Sandwich Recipe Ingredients

Recipe Method
Chop the 2 cup roasted chicken, mix with 1/4 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp pepper, 3/4 tsp mustard powder, 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 2 tbsp ketchup. Slightly toast 8 bread slices, apply mayonnaise and put prepared chicken mixture. Cover with second slice of bread. Now put one salad leaves, cucumber slices, tomato slices and a piece of omelets, cover with last 3rd slice of bread. Cut into 4 triangular pieces, fix with tooth picks and serve with fires and Coleslaw salad. Method for Roast Chicken Marinate 2 chicken breasts with 2 tbsp national Tandori Masala, tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Cook marinated chicken in pan with 2 tbsp oil and 1/2 cup of water till tender. Take off from flame and shred the chicken.

Sweet & Sour Noodles Recipe Ingredients

Recipe Method
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 3 4 cloves of chopped garlic and 2 sliced chicken breast. 2. Cook till its color turn to golden brown. 3. Now add 2 beaten egg and fry for 1 2 minutes. 4. Then add 2 3 chopped pineapple rings, 1 chopped capsicum and 2 chopped spring onion leaves. Fry well for 2 3 minutes. 5. Now add packet of boiled egg noodles, toss for 1 2 minutes. 6. Add 2 tbsp tomato paste, 3 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp Worchester sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar and cup honey. 7. Cook for 2 3 minutes. 8. Lastly add salt to taste, tsp black pepper powder, 50 gm chopped peanuts and 1 cup bean sprouts. Fry well on high flame.

9. Then dish it out and serve.

Masala Chicken Macroni

Macaroni packet Chicken mince kg Maggie Umda Maza 1 sachet Green onion 250 gm Onion 1 Tomatoes 2 Capsicum 2 Cabbage 1 cup Oil cup Tomato ketchup cup Red chili flakes 1 tsp Oregano 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Black pepper tsp Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp Soya sauce 2 tbsp Vinegar 2 tbsp

Recipe Method
1. Take cup oil in the pan, heat it and saut 2 tsp ginger garlic paste. Add in chopped onion and saut it. then add in kg chicken mince and 1 sachet Maggie umda maza. Cover the pan for 10 minutes. Then add in 2 tomatoes, 1 tsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp salt, tsp black pepper, 1 tsp oregano, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soya sauce and cup tomato ketchup. Cover the pan for some time. Now add in 2 capsicum, 250 gm green onion, 1 cup cabbage and packet macaroni. Mix everything, simmer for 5 minutes and serve. Egg Chop Roll

1. Chop the boiled eggs and add in 2 tsp chopped green chilies, bunch green coriander, 1 tsp black pepper, tsp black salt and 2 tbsp corn flour. Mix everything together. Put the mixture in the roll wraps and roll them. Dip them in egg and fry. Baked Chicken Pasta

Recipe Method
1. Boil packet pasta and keep it aside. 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp garlic paste and sliced chicken, fry till its color turn to golden brown. 3. Now add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped spring onion, bunch of parsley, 1 chopped capsicum and fry for 2 3 minutes.

4. Add in salt to taste, tsp black pepper and cup fresh cream. Mix well and add boiled pasta. 5. Dissolve 2 tbsp corn flour in 250 ml of milk. Slowly pour it to the wok and mix gently. 6. Lastly add packets of grated mozzarella cheese and 1 cup sliced mushrooms. 7. Turn the flame off, put mixture in an oven proof dish, cover top with tomato slices. 8. Lastly spread bread crumbs and grated cheddar cheese on top. 9. Bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 15 20 minutes. 10. Then remove and serve hot. Potato Loaf

Recipe Method
1. In a pan put together kg mince, 1 cup water, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp black salt, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp all spice powder, cup yogurt, 1 tsp chili powder and 1 chopped onion. 2. Cook on low flame till water dries and mince is tender. 3. Finely mash kg boiled potatoes, put in butter paper and roll using a rolling pin. 4. Now spread with chicken filling and roll. 5. Brush top with 1 beaten egg. Spread cup grated cheddar cheese. 6. Lastly bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Baked Pasta Lasagna

Recipe Method
To prepare white sauce, add cup butter and 2-3 tbsp flour in a pan. Saut it for 2-3 mins. Add 1 cup yukni and stir it again for 2-3 mins. Add 1 pound milk in the pan and keep on stirring till the white sauce it thick. To prepare chicken sauce, put 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan fry 6-7 cloves of garlic in it. Add 300 gm chicken in the pan and fry it. Add and cook 3-4 tomatoes in it. Then add cup tomato puree, 1 tsp black pepper , 1 tsp red pepper, 1/3 tsp oregano and salt to taste. Cook it till the mixture is thick. Remove it from the flame. To boil pasta, boil some water in the pan. Add 1 tbsp oil and a pack of pasta in it. Boil it for 10 mins than transfer the pasta in cold water and add 2tbsp oil in it. For topping put some white sauce on the oven tray put a layer of pasta and then a layer of meat sauce cover it again with the white sauce. Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese from the top. Repeat all the layers. Sprinkle oregano on the baking dish in the end. Pre-heat the oven at 200 C and bake the pasta for 10-15 mins.

Potato & Red Pepper Frittata

packet 1 tbsp tsp 3 tbsp to taste

Recipe Method Finely chop 4 boiled potatoes and 1 red capsicum. In wok heat 3 tbsp oil, add 1 chopped onion and 3 4 cloves of crushed garlic. Fry well till onion is tender. Now add chopped capsicum and potatoes. Beat 3 eggs in a bowl, add 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves and salt to taste. Now add beaten egg to the wok and cook on low flame. Remove egg mixture in an oven proof tray. Spread top with packet of grated mozzarella cheese. Bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 5 6 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot.

Creamy Pineapple And Chicken Salad Recipe Ingredients

Recipe Method
In a bowl mix all together 2 boiled and chopped chicken breast, 1 cup pineapple cubes, 1 cucumber cut into cubes, 3 tbsp sweet corn, tsp salt, tsp white pepper, 2 tbsp cream and 3 tbsp mayonnaise. Serve chilled.

Smoked Chicken Pasta Recipe Ingredients


2 cups Bow pasta boiled 1/2 cup Sweet corn 2 Egg whites (boiled and chopped) 10 to 12 Black olives 1 Tomato (cut into tiny cubes) 1 Capsicum (cut into tiny cubes) 3 tbsp Sweet corn. 1/2 cup Chicken tikka chunks chopped 4 ounces Cheddar cheese chopped in cubes 1 tsp Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Olive oil 2 tbsp Vinegar 1/2 tsp Garlic 1 tsp Sugar

Recipe Method
In a bowl mix all together 2 cups boiled bow pasta, cup sweet corn, 2 boiled and chopped egg whites, 10 to 12 black olives, 1 tomato cut into tiny cubes, 1 capsicum cut into tiny cubes, 3 tbsp sweet corn, cup chopped chicken tikka chunks, 4 ounces cheddar cheese chopped in cubes, 1 tsp crushed red chili, tsp salt, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp vinegar, tsp garlic and 1 tsp sugar. Serve over a bed of salad leaves.

Boiled Macroni 1 cup Boiled chicken 200 gm Eggs 4 Black pepper tsp Salt tsp Red chili flakes tsp Green chilies 2 Green coriander 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs 1 cup Dough as required Oil to fry

Recipe Method
1. Beat 2 eggs and add in 2 tbsp green coriander and green chilies. Make an omelet out of it and then cut it into pieces. Now take 1 cup macaroni, 200 gm chicken, tsp black pepper, tsp salt, omelet and tsp red chili flakes in a bowl and mix everything together. Roll the knitted dough and put mixture on it. Wrap it in the square shape and dip them in eggs. Roll them in bread crumbs and deep fry them till golden brown.

Chicken Fried Noodles

Chicken breast kg Carrot 1 Capsicum 1 Spring onion 2 Egg beaten half Egg noodles packet Garlic chopped 4 5 cloves Crushed black pepper 1 tsp Brown sugar 2 tbsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Corn flour 2 tbsp Chili sauce 4 tbsp Oil for fry Salt to taste

Recipe Method
1. Boil packet egg noodles and then fry with oil. 2. Remove and keep aside. 3. Cut kg chicken into strips, marinate with 2 tbsp corn flour, salt to taste, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and half beaten egg. 4. Mix well and deep fry till golden brown. 5. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add 4 5 cloves of chopped garlic and fry well. 6. Now add 2 tbsp lemon juice, 4 tbsp chili sauce, 1 chopped carrot, 1 chopped capsicum, 2 chopped spring onion, 2 tbsp brown sugar and fried chicken. 7. Cook well. Spread on top of boiled noodles and serve. Fried Cheese Sandwich

Recipe Ingredients
8 slices Bread 4 Cheese slices 2 to 3 beaten Eggs as required Mustard paste as required Plain flour as required Corn crumbs

Recipe Method
Remove crust from 8 slices of bread. Spread slices with mustard paste, place a slice of cheese on top. Cover with another slice of paste. Dust sandwich lightly with flour, dip in 2 to 3 beaten egg, roll in corn crumbs, fry in fry pan till light golden. Cut into quarter, serve hot.
