Greetings dear friends and family! Happy Thanksgiving season! As many of you will soon be gathering together to give thanks to the Lord and enjoy time with your family, I give thanks to the Lord for your continued prayer support and nancial gifts. I am in constant awe of the goodness of the Lord that is revealed to me through your partnership. program specically for those interested in starting, strengthening or joining a house of prayer in the nations. This program served 50 corporate settings! At IHOP we believe that it is benecial to partner on earth with the existing 24/7 prayer and worship meeting happening in heaven right now (Revelation 4-5). Think about it- those elders and four living creatures NEVER get tired of saying, HOLY, HOLY, HOLY! 24/7 prayer and worship exists because THE LORD IS WORTHY of it. I have had the privilege of teaching monthly on intimacy with God and the prayer and worship movement. My heart comes alive in sharing my experience in beginning a prayer furnace on campus and being encountered by the Lord in the prayer and worship movement. I get so excited to share on the beauty of Jesus and our partnership with Him as priests and friends of the Bridegroom (preparing the earth for His return)! There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone come to understand their identity as sons and daughters of God!

I wanted to share a current personal update! For several months now I have been asking the Lord to show me a way in which I could generate a little more income to live on and save on. Since jumping into full time ministry, the Lord has been faithful to raise up a team of amazing individuals who serve alongside me in prayer support and nancial support making it possible to serve the Lord and the nations as my full time job. I have never been in need and provision not come! THE LORD ALWAYS provides! Recently, I asked the Lord to show me a way to generate more income while having an avenue to minister through at the same time and I believe this opportunity has arrived! As of September 30th I have launched a small business as a MARY KAY BEAUTY CONSULTANT! Crazy right!?! I know. I never saw myself involved in something like this, but I have already seen the Lord use this to bless women in my community with facials, fellowship, and encouragement! I love seeing women who dont know the Lord come into my home, receive a facial, hear about Jesus and leave feeling valued, beautiful, and loved! I am hoping to use this income to pay off a small amount of debt and save up for my future family. As long as the Lord continues to breathe on this, I will continue doing this on the side.

TESTIMONY!
Just recently during our November IMMERSE training program I taught on intimacy with God and shared a little bit about myself, my testimony, how the Lord encountered me in a heavenly visitation and the joy we have in knowing our identity as sons and daughters and our function as the partners with Christ in love. I just heard today from our director that a certain man from Canada has opened up and shared that before IMMERSE he had tried various religions and that he wasnt able to see how it was possible to have a relationship with God. He mentioned that he viewed Christianity as a story and he couldnt nd himself in it. Until this Monday, November 12, 2012. For the rst time in his life, he said that while sitting in my teaching he felt the presence of the Lord on the inside and knew it was the Lord who was touching him!! This young man has since engaged many in conversation on who God is and has received Jesus as His Lord and Savior. He is also getting baptized this weekend before he leaves!! This guy is not going home the same way he left! Im sure he will seem unrecognizable and will be used mightily of the Lord in his region! PRAISE

THE LORD!!!!!!!

One last note, in light of the recent tragedy that has occurred here in Grandview, MO with the murder of a former IHOP intern, Bethany Deaton I would like to make a comment. Regardless of what the media relays as information or investigative interests I would like to reassure you that the two men (Micah Moore and Tyler Deaton) were not operating and leading their cult group under IHOPs name and with IHOP leadership approval. The meetings that took place were all outside of IHOP and done in secrecy. IHOP staff and leadership were COMPLETELY unaware of what was really taking place behind closed doors as everyone involved were skilled at keeping their operations secret. We are praying for Bethanys family and asking the Lord to release justice on her behalf that all involved would be exposed. IHOP leadership is working closely with law enforcement to uncover as much as they can. Thank you for your prayers. Your prayers for our leadership and community are greatly appreciated. As you can imagine, the whole base has been a bit shocked and taken back. Pray for salvation to go forth, for the men involved to come clean, and for justice to be released.
