Occupancy Load Factor for Offices on 2-6F; Area / Occupancy Load Factor Group 4. Storey Exit Width for Apartments on 7-9F; 24 people per floor = 750mm minimum clear width.

Storey Exit Width for Offices on 2-6F; 75 people per floor = 850mm minimum clear width.

Storey Exit Width for Nightclub on 1F; 600 people pre floor = 1050mm + (380 X 5mm) = 2950mm minimum clear width. Requirement for 3 individual exit stairs of 1000mm as per; Table 1.3- more than 500 people = 3 escape routes. (REF) p.27; Building Regulations 2006, Technical Guidance Document B, Fire Safety.

Final Exit Widths for Nightclub on 1F; 1 storey of 600 people = 1050 + (380 X 5mm) = 2950mm
