Front of Line ( FOL ) Equipment Maintenance Manager

Selangor - Bukit Raja Responsibilities: Experience and Familiar with Maintaining Thermo Sonic Flip-Chip, Jetting Dispensing Equipment and Ensuring Preventive Maintenance Records and specifications are updated according to new specifictions Maintain Spare Part inventory and purchases for specifically for the Flip-Chip and Jetting Equipment Process Knowledge in terms of problem solving and ability to troble shoot production related processes Responsible to be involved in QS9000/ISO9000 Quality System Complience Experince in WI, PFMEA, Control Plan & Process Flow Leadership skills for leading the team to achive the yield improvements Working long hours to compete given task Able to review mechanical drawings and design specific to product manaufacturability To interpret failures, rejects and develop solutions and corrective actions on equipment related failures Set department and section targets and make concrete action plans; plan and propose manpower and expenses budget; review, analyze and control actual progress and expenditures in order to ensure effective utilization of budget and existing resources. Build a quality and motivated team that work towards the achievement of the department objectives. Lead and guide the Equipment Engineering team in operating with a high level of efficiency, integrityand enthusiasm, striving to achieve excellence in all endeavors. Be creative and proactive and also focus on continuous improvement. To liaise and work closely with Project Team Members, involving various departments such as MBU, Procurement Department, Mechanical Engineering Department, Electrical Engineering Department, Test Department, and customers to ensure smoothly implementation of projects.

Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. At least 8-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Must have leadership talents and skills who is willing to derive for excellence Must have good written and verbal communication skills Familiar with application knowledge in semiconductor engineering specific to dispensers. The candidate must be able to provide guidence in the selection of epoxies, solder etc. Well organized, competent communicator, work effectively with all types of engineering disciplines and manufacturing personnel

Able to multitask and working many issues at the same time to accomplish design or process objective Familiarity with Class 100 cleanroom environment and precautions. This will be an advantage Strong communicative skills for coordination with management, manufacturing, and other engineering disciplines as well as suppliers and customer Provide technical mentorship and demonstrate strong technical leadership skills, including the incorporation of best practices.
