Requirements: Pendidikan : S1 Teknik Geologi/Geofisika/Perminyakan/Pertambangan, Teknik Kimia, Teknik Mesin, dan Teknik Fisika, diutamakan S2 Geoscience, Engineering, Manajemen/Business
Kemampuan dan Kompetensi Memiliki kompetensi/keahlian di bidang renewable energi tertentu. Memiliki pengetahuan dalam bidang manajemen resiko dan pererencanaan investasi. Meiliki pengetahuan dalam bidang perencanaan dan evaluasi strategi usaha hulu. Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris dan komputer yang sangat baik

Our client is a major distributor and contract hire company specializing on reputable European made trucks and other heavy equipment. With its head office in Jakarta, it has set up site offices across Indonesia to be closer to its principal clients, mostly in the mining, forestry and agricultural sectors. It has immediate requirement for:
Plant Manager
Kalimantan Timur Responsibilities: Oversee the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of trucks and/or heavy equipment for hire and address/resolve customer complaints. Initiates, implements, and manages the maintenance program based on best practices with emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance. Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary. Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of trucks and/or heavy equipment. Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems. Hires and supervises plant maintenance personnel; ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner. Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues. Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians. Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the maintenance department; ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures. Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs. Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc. Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
Requirements: Male, at least 35 years old, minimum Diploma degree in related technical field. In-depth knowledge of trucks and heavy equipment is a must. Minimum 10 years experience in repairs and maintenance of such assets Ability to supervise maintenance and inventory staff.
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Excellent communication, leadership and inter-personal skills. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software, e.g., word processing, email, and spreadsheets
