I think almost half a year is a generous amount of time. Please respond. Regards, Jenny. Date: Tue, 25 Sep 2012 04:49:31 -0500 From: sithcamaro@gmail.com Oops, sorry about that. I've been absent from all of my emails, working on all of this stuff. I've got a few things finished, and a pile of stuff that needs to be assembled. Among that pile are a few horns ready to be joined to helmets, and magnets added. I just have about 2 or 3 to fully put together, and I want to send you the best of the 5 I'll have here, since you were the first. Sorry about that holdup. :(

Hey, Wondering how it's going? Any more updates? Like I said, I was looking to get this helmet for the end of October for an event. Would really like a final date to be set if possible? See you working on lots of other projects, but not the ones you've been paid months ago to do. Please, can I get a more accurate date?? It's been over half a year now. This is getting a little silly. Thanks. Jenn. Date: Fri, 16 Nov 2012 09:08:14 -0500 From: sithcamaro@gmail.com Fret not Jennifer, my mini break will end later next week. I've 2 helmets with horns on them, and I can send you one of them once I am back home. I need to break the mundane workload up at times with other projects, to help avoid burnout. My mind also comes up with new ways to solve issues, and I end up tweaking pieces in the process. Are you a Whovian? a definite that the product will be sent out by the end of the year, or I would like a full refund. This only seems fair. I've been very patient over all of this. Please respond. Thank you. Kind Regards, Jenn. Date: Tue, 4 Dec 2012 12:07:01 +0000 To: sithcamaro@gmail.com Dear Toby, After reading a VERY VERY worrying thread of business you've done in the past. I would like a refund in full. I'm quite happy to NOT get the helmet. I would rather have my money back. I would like you to respond within the next week. Thank you. Jenn. If you could please get that for me I will shoot it out today, if not possible, tomorrow. I am sorry for the long wait. You sent me money for this before I was even finished making it (even got it $50 less than everyone else gets charged). It was so touching that you were so confident in my work, that I wanted to ensure you got the very best I could get you. I had 2 helmets in October that apparently had mishaps. But the fact that I have yet to receive them back for repairs tells me that perhaps it wasn't as bad they made it sound to be (if at all). I had hoped to get you a helmet with the latest updates, but because you had been growing impatient, I made it the best I could with what I had already been producing. I was eventually planning a complete overhaul in the design, but that would've been way too long of a wait for you. I still have yet to find the time to repair my broken collar armor from early October, or broken horn repair from Halloween, on my own stuff. My items are always in a state of revisions, trying to squeeze out the best possible stuff. So all of that

distracts me from other things at times. Again, apologies. Just get me that shipping address & I'll have this dispatched ASAP. From Jenn Date: Thu, 6 Dec 2012 16:54:25 -0600 From: sithcamaro@gmail.com I'm sorry Jenn, I do not do refunds, everything earned is immediately placed back into materials for development on orders and future projects. I have everything all ready packed up and half addressed to you. This would've already been out the door if I had your address. If you no longer wish to have it, I'm sure you can easily sell it for more to someone else (the one & only time I placed a scepter on ebay, it sold for more than twice my normal asking price). Jenn Date: Fri, 7 Dec 2012 17:47:07 -0600 From: sithcamaro@gmail.com Hello It has gone out! They say it'll be there in about 7-10 days. XXXXXXXXXXXXXX and that was through USPS. Again, I apologize for the delay, I wanted to give you the very best I could. After all, you were my first buyer. The major concern I had was with weight. Everything is mounted together solid & fine, but I would've liked to have chosen an alternate method of doing so, that would have made it a tiny bit lighter. Every ounce of that helmet makes a difference when wearing it. You never responded with one of my previous emails, when I asked if you liked Dr. Who. I was going to toss in a Cyberman helmet in addition, for your wait. But since you never answered, I did not bother. So I tried to make you as pleased as possible, I really did! Thanks T
