The food is fun, creative and delicious, thanks to chef Joe Halout, who comes up with innovative dishes with an accent on classic American fare and regional dishes. Its a great blend of cultural avors, including Jons own Greek heritage with Gyros and Spanikopita, as well as Hongs Asian heritage with stir-fried and barbecued dishes, and many Spanish inuenced dishes. Well be introducing our new Winter menu early next year, says Jon, so stop in and check out the new menu with old favorites and new dishes, some that have been daily specials.

The wall is always owing at the Tequila Bar at the Hill Top, inspired by Jon and Hongs visits to Mexico. There are more than 40 different kinds of tequila, including the sampler that allows you to taste three selections from some of the nest tequilas south of the border. If you want to learn more about tequila, this is the place. Jon has made it into a ne art, not unlike wine tasting, with different kinds of tequila that are surprisingly smooth and distinctive. Stop by the Hill Top Inn Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for food and 11 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. for the bar.
