The Declaration of Reclamation

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they
are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable Rights, that among these are
Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. —

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their
just powers from the consent of the governed, —

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the
Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government,
laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form,
as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be
changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown
that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right
themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same
Object evinces a design to reduce them
Under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such
Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. —

Such has been the patient sufferance of the citizens of these United States of
America; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former
Systems of Government. The history of the present two-party system is a history of
repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment
of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to
a candid world.
The current body of elected officials, members primarily of the Republican and
Democratic parties, have over the last century shared control of the day to day
operations of our governmental infrastructure and in doing so have created an
environment leading to the destruction of personal liberty and individual rights,
freedom of choice, and equality under the law.

The list of grievances is long, some injuries include:


1. Allowing the creation and sustained operation of The Federal Reserve System,
a banking cartel that controls the monetary system in all forms, burdening the
citizens with the hidden tax of inflation and other ills associated with the
current fiat monetary system.
... we conclude that the [Federal] Reserve Banks are not federal ... but are
independent privately owned and locally controlled corporations... without day to
day direction from the federal government.

issuing power (of money) should be taken away from the banks and restored to the

2. Enforcement of the 16th amendment, which was never properly ratified by the
states, creating a tax on the wages of individuals, violating constitutional
limits on taxation.

3. Forcing an agenda of Socialist World Government based on the model of
collectivism.

whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small,
complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and

The sovereignty fetish is still so strong in the public mind, that there would
appear to be little chance of winning popular assent to American membership in
anything approaching a super-state organization. Much will depend on the kind of
approach which is used in further popular education. -

4. Creating the illusion of fair elections by using electronic voting devices
and corporate money to alter electoral results.
Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a

5. Perpetuating war against the false foe of “terrorism” to curtail
constitutional rights, grow government and advance the ideals of collectivism.

6. Engaging in a foreign policy that creates enemies, not allies.

7. Systematically destroying the educational infrastructure of America by
promoting the ideals of collectivism and creating an environment designed to
indoctrinate our youth.
"Parent choice'' proceeds from the belief that the purpose of education is to
provide individual students with an education. In fact, educating the individual
is but a means to the true end of education, which is to create a viable social
order to which individuals contribute and by which they are sustained. "Family
choice'' is, therefore, basically selfish and anti-social in that it focuses on
the "wants'' of a single family rather than the "needs'' of society. -Association

8. Gradually destroying American sovereignty by neglecting our national
boarders and creating avenues for illegal immigration and the creation of the
North American Union.

“harmonizing” U.S., Canadian and Mexican policies, regulations and practices in
ways that may actually undermine our security and sovereignty. For instance,
measures that would make it easier to move goods and people across borders could

frontiers and prevent illegal immigration. Such secretiveness seems not to be
accidental. The public interest group Judicial Watch had to resort to use of the
Freedom of Information Act to obtain notes from a “North American Forum”
conference, attended by U.S. government and corporate officials. Conferees made
reference to using a practice called “evolution by stealth” to prevent significant
opposition from developing to the desired end-state: a supranational North

9. Invading the privacy of Americans, listening to our phone calls,
investigating our financial ventures, and reading our email, all under the
pretense of security.

prevent the people of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping
their own arms; or to raise standing armies, unless necessary for the defense of
the United States, or of some one or more of them; or to prevent the people from
petitioning, in a peaceable and orderly manner, the federal legislature, for a
redress of grievances; or to subject the people to unreasonable searches and
seizures of their persons, papers or possessions.” -Samuel Adams

10. Attacking our constitutional right to bear arms, thereby limiting our
ability to protect our property from either criminals or a tyrannical government.
Our task of creating a socialist America can only succeed when those who would

11. Contributing to economic turmoil and high jobless rates through the illegal
income tax, corporate bailouts, foolish fiscal policy and inflationary spending.

12. Removing freedom of choice in healthcare through the creation of a cartel in
the industry.

This is only a partial list of abuses the American people have suffered at the
hands of the current two-party system. On many occasions the citizens have sought
redress for our grievances, only to be denied by those elected to represent our
best interests in a government of the people, for the people, and by the people.
We have from time to time reminded them of our constitutional rights, of the
values that Americans hold dear, and of the sacrifices of our fore fathers. Our
pleas have fallen on deaf ears.

Therefore, claiming our birthright as free men, as free AMERICANS, we join forces
to declare that no longer will we stand by idle as our constitutional rights to
life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are torn from our grasp.

A website is currently being built to organize a movement to reclaim our


governmental infrastructure and offer simple solutions to many of America's most
