Microsoft Outlook Any ware on to your workstations . . . Before configuring Microsoft outlook any ware all of must have minimum Microsoft Office 2003 /2007 Installed onto his or her workstation /Laptops. Secondly download the certificate through the link provided Import the certificate in your pc which you have recently downloaded Verify weather the certificate have being properly installed on to his workstations Connect to internet (Dial-up/Broadband) Start configuring your outlook Profile Do not select CacheMode while configuring your outlook profile Verify weather any configurations saved is property dialog box are according to the document which is classified in to Four parts Downloading the Certificate from server Importing the downloaded Certificate Verifying The installed Certificate Configure Microsoft outlook profile on your Workstation Before all this we will be downloading the certificate please follow the process below Connect to internet & type the Url: -https://mail.orientindia.net/certsrv

This Document shows how to import the downloaded Certificate on to your Workstation WinXp or Win2000 professional Phase 1

Expand the certificate Console Select Enterprise Trust All Task- Import Certificate Import Wizard One Certificate Import Wizard Browse Next Certificate Import Wizard Three Completing Certificate Import Wizard Import successful

With this 12 figures we have only imported the certificate in our workstation. Lets see the diag pasted below for further reference Fig:-01

Click Ok & save the console name the console as Certificate this console would be required to view the certificate which has being installed on your workstation once completed exit the mmc

Now we proceed with viewing the certificate which has being imported by Going to the saved

Fourth phase describes how to configuring profile for using Microsoft Outlook Click on Start- Setting Control Panel Mail (in some scenarios you may not find the Mail icon which is in control panel) Then u may click on start programs Microsoft Outlook & start proceeding further .
