CONFIGURAO OPC SIMATIC NET SIMATIC STEP 7 V5.4

Este tutorial tem por objetivo descrever como feita a configurao do OPC Simatic NET utilizando o CLP S7-300 com software de programao Simatic Step 7 V5.4.

Estrutura para Realizao dos Testes

Micro computador comunicando em rede Ethernet com o CLP S7-300.

Configurao do OPC

1 - Inserir uma PC Station no projeto;

2 - Colocar o nome da PC Station conforme o nome do computador. Exemplo: VMPC09;

3 - Clicar sobre a PC Station e logo aps dois cliques em Configuration. A tela abaixo ser aberta;

4 - Inserir o IE General no Slot 2 e o OPC Server no Slot 3 (Padro Automatec). Os mesmos se encontram no lado direito da tela, na opo SIMATIC PC Station; Caminhos: IE General: SIMATIC PC Station > CP Industrial Ethernet > IE General; OPC Server: SIMATIC PC Station > User Aplplication > OPC Server;

Ao inserir o IE General a seguinte tela ser aberta:

5 - Configurar o campo IP address conforme o IP da mquina; 6 - Selecionar a Subnet Ethernet. Caso no tenha essa opo, clicar no boto New e inserir uma rede. Aps selecionar a Subnet, clicar em OK. A configurao deve ficar semelhante a imagem abaixo;

7 - Clique em Save and Compile e Feche o HWConfig; 8 - Abrir o Configuration Console no seguinte caminho: Iniciar > SIMATIC > SIMATIC NET > Configuration Console;

9 - Ir at a aba General da placa de rede instalada no micro, que se encontra na opo Modules; 10 - Em Mode of the Module selecionar a opo Configured Mode; 11 - Colocar o Index 2 (para que fique igual a configurao no Simatic); 12 - Clicar em Apply; 13 - Clicar no cone do Station Configuration, perto do relgio do Windows; 14 - Clicar com o boto direito do mouse sobre a linha 3 > Add. A seguinte tela ser aberta:

15 - Em Type, selecionar OPC Server; 16 - Em Index selecionar 3; 17 - Clicar em OK; 18 No Simatic Manager, abrir o NetPro. (Options > Configure Network); 19 - Na PC Station, dar um clique em OPC Server. Na tabela que abrir na parte inferior clicar com o boto direito do mouse > Insert New Conection. A seguinte tela ser aberta:

20 - Selecione a CPU e clique em OK;

21 - Em Local ID, digitar OPC ou o nome da conexo que ser usada depois no cliente OPC; 22 - Clicar em OK; 23 - Clique em Save and Compile; 24 - Clicar com o boto direito do mouse sobre a PC Station > Download > Selected Stations; 25 - Fazer o Download do programa para o CLP.
