Enterprise Automation is Pre-UAT testing performed to test the complete functional flow of the application to make sure all new application code is interacting as specified and the new functionality works as per Business needs. The Service Delivery Platform (SDP) allows users to request services through a web portal.The program consists of many applications. The ordering portals include QCENTRAL and QPARTNER. These portals feed the QCQUOTING, QCORDERING, and QCCOMMON applications. These applications then feed the Order Entry System (OES) which eventually feeds the provisioning systems CORE and EFLOW along with the billing systems LATIS, etc. Responsibilities: Preparation of Automation Test Plan and Proof of Concept on Provisioning Applications. Creation and Validation of Automation test scripts and application flows. Test Script development and conducting peer reviews. Building up Frame work Library functions & Class files. Reviewing test scripts and test results developed my team members. Integrating individual functions in flows and executing test scripts. Troubleshooting the issues encountered while executing the Test automation scripts and improving the performance of the scripts. Order Assembly (NetworX) is a web based ordering application that allows order flow from ordering through provisioning to billing systems from a sales lead. Primary client will be GSA reps. OA can process orders for new customers or accept change requests for existing Customers. It validates the orders and seamlessly sends them to Billing and Provisioning systems. It will also allow any order changes and fall out management. OA will interface with Project manager for workflow management, OES for COD billing data and Event Manager to status the order

Responsibilities: Understanding Requirements & Technical specifications, active participation in complete test life cycle - design, review and execution of test cases. Performed manual testing black-box. Ensuring that content and structure of all testing documents/artifacts is documented and maintained. Effectively used TOAD to access back end Data Base for test results comparison. Perform database testing, and check if all the database queries are executing correctly, data is retrieved correctly and also updated correctly. The listings are updated every 24 to 48 hours to ensure they are the most current available. CTL Search is a revenue generating tool to the company. Responsibilities: Participating in requirement gathering. Analyzing user requirements, identifying test cases and setting up test data. Designed the Test cases to enable testing the functional requirement with Positive, Negative conditions. Executed test cases and verified actual results against expected results Conducted manual testing and developed scripts in MS WORD. Product Pricer( Qpricer) is a price quoting tool and is used to obtain the least cost route information for the QCC loops and private line by calculating the pricing information using the Node List data and the cost data provided by NDA. 90% of the quotes are built using APIs rather than GUI. The application is used by both legacy Centurylink and legacy Qwest users. This is a revenue generating application for the company. Responsibilities: Actively involved in Functional meetings with Onsite/Offshore Team. Prepare/Update/Execute the Test Procedures through Mercury Quality Centre 9.0. Prepared the Test plans and testing cases and extensively performed the System, Integration Testing, Compatibility Testing and Obscure Scenarios.

Involved in entire SDLC from the requirement phase to final deployment. Reporting defects through Quality Centre and follow up with Development team to get a fix.
