Activity: Survey Result Presentation 2nd SEM S.Y. 2008 - 2009

Topic Description: A survey result presentation is the exposition of data gathered from the community during a conducted survey.

Date: January 22, 2008

Time: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Venue: Purok 6, Barangay Banza, Butuan City

Time Frame: Two (2) hours & thirty (30) minutes or 150 minutes

Target Clientele: Residents of Purok 6, Barangay Banza

Theme: “Kahimsug sa Katawhan alang sa Kalambuan sa Komunidad.”

General Objectives: After 2 hours and 30 minutes of survey result presentation, the residents of Purok 6, Barangay Banza will be able to:
 a. Grasp the significance of the conducted activity in their community;
b. Relate the current situation of the community to the presented data and how it affects the community as well;
c. Understand the implications of each health indicator to every community individual;
d. Appreciate the health teachings imparted relating to the health indicators;
e. Show motivation to initiate a change in their negative lifestyle by inquiry of questions.
