Data collection
Data means collection of facts and figures.for the study I use will 1.primary data 2.secondary data.

Primary data Primary data are originated by a researcher for the specific purpose of addressing the problem at hand. To achieve the objective of project study, I will require primary data. So I will collect primary data. Basic methods of obtaining primary data, namely: (1.) (2.) (3.) (4.) Questionnaire Observation Experiments interview

for my study i will use the questionnaire method. Questionnaire is the most reliable source of collecting primary data.

Secondary data Secondary data are the data that have already been collected for purposes other than problem at hand. These data can be located quickly and inexpensively. In the form of secondary data I will use some books magazines, online database .

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research design research design is a blueprint or framework for carry out research. It specifies the details of the procedures necessary for obtaining the required information. It basically of two type. 1. Exploratory research 2. Conclusive research For the study I will use Exploratory research design, because I will conduct research through survey.

Sampling plan (1).Sampling Sampling method refers to the procedure in which few units are selected from the total population, constitute a sample (2).sample unit sample unit specify who and what should be included. As sample unit I will select Bareilly. (3).sample size sample size specify no. of respondents selected for the research work. I will select sample size of 25. 5 Retailers & 20 consumers (4.)sampling techniques/methods there are two type of sampling methods 1. Probability sampling 2. Non-probability sampling Probability sampling when each element of population has a Known and non zero probability of being selected. 1. Simple random sampling

2. Systematic sampling 3. stratified sampling 4. cluster sampling Non probability sampling when the probability of an element being selected is not known and cannot be determined. 1. Convenience sampling 2. Judgmental sampling 3. Quota sampling 4. Snowball sampling For my study I will use convenience ,non probability method. Convenience method convenience sample are sometimes called accident sample because those entering into the sample by accident they just happen to be at the right place and at the right time that is where and when the information for the study is being collected.

Rationale of study This study will provide telecom sector that how many consumers have interest in their brand and come to know buying behavior of the consumers as well as their competitors.
