Getting started
A new account can be opened with a phone call to the laboratory.

Turnaround time
All sample analysis will be completed in 3-5 working days. Reports are available as soon as the analysis is completed.

Sampling supplies
Soil sampling bags and irrigation water bottles are available at no cost. Sample worksheets can be found at www.loganlabs.com.

Sample storage
Samples are retained for 6 weeks.

Confidentiality
All reports are the property of the client. Reports will not be sent to any other individual without permission from the client.

Sending samples
Soil samples do not need to be dried before shipment. Drying the samples will cut down on shipping costs. Be sure to include a sample worksheet with your samples. Pack the samples tightly in a box for shipment. If the samples can move around in the box, the samples may be compromised.

Invoicing/terms
Invoices are generated daily and a monthly statement is generated at the end of each month.
