In order to ensure that inquiries made by internal and external customers through the customer service line of MQC (under the Marketing Office) and proper documentations are made and filed under the Quality Management System Office regarding school activities and announcements, please be guided with the following procedures: All activities and programs both internal and external (e.g. educational trips, awards night, team buildings, competitions, overnight activities of students approved by the school, outreach projects, student conventions and conferences and the likes) should be coordinated and have the Marketing Office and Quality Management System Office (for official school activities and programs) be informed. This is for the purpose of having an information bank for inquiries and proper documentations are noted for submissions. Information should be done upon approval of the activity and inform the aforementioned offices by accomplishing the Activity Information Sheet with attached necessary annexes. (Refer to Annex A Activity Information Sheet) In the event of cancellation or re-scheduling of activities, the organizer should also inform the Marketing and Quality Management System Office of such updates.
