INTRODUCTION
We have decided to make a project on University Management System.
I have visited many universities in Pakistan. The management system of
all these universities is not very efficient. Some universities have
computerized system but it is not very fast.
We have decided to make a management system which will be user
friendly, and more accurate than the previous systems.
OBJECTIVE
We will produce a management system which will provide user friendly
environment which facilitates the user to do many operations on our
software and will be using biometric devices. It will produce ease for
the management of the university.
Once we have completed our project we would want to present this
system to our Universities, so that they can benefit from the numerous
advantages of technology (time-saving, efficient, faster processing, less
chance of loss etc.) and also improve their overall management and
image.

This module will be having student ID as unique key and will be having the
following information: Full name, age, gender, section, class, course, subjects,
scholarships, fees paid, and date of birth, income, grades, CGPA,attendance etc.
Staff Management System
The following information would be stored about each staff member:
ID, Name, qualification, Age, Attendance, Salary, Category (e.g. teaching staff, IT
staff, assistants, coordinators, guards, sweepers, gardeners, sports staff etc.), date
of joining, no. of years working, address, phone number, Subject taught.
Fee Management System
This will have the information of student ID, Fees Due, fee paid, scholarships,
security, tuition fees, and other charges.
Admissions
Form number, date, cnic number, admission fee, personal information. This table
will be having all the information about the information of the person.
