Nearest Equivalent Grade in Application : API2H, ASTM A131grade EH 36, EN10025 Gr S355K2G3 API2W, Standard American Petroleum Institute is a steel plate with high strength Characteristic : structural steel for use in welded construction of offshore structures, in selected critical portions which must resist impact, plastic fatigue loading, and lamellar tearing. API2W is intended for fabrication primarily by cold forming and welding.. The plate is produced by fully killed, fine grain steel process. Delivery Condition : Thermo-mechanical control processing (TMCP) is a rolling method in which strictly controlled both reduction and rolling temperatures with accelerated cooling control temperature in order to provide the specified mechanical properties.
