Syllabus for IBPS Clerk Exam 2012 is need to be known before starting preparation for IBPS Clerk CWE Exam 2012. This post is for newcomers only.IBPS Clerk Exam 2012 consists of 5 sections. 1. 1. Reasoning Syllabus for IBPS Clerk Exam 2012:

Verbal Reasoning: Analogy, Coding Decoding, Blood Relation, Sitting Arrangement, Circle solving Puzzle, Greater than less than solving, Series Completion, Syllogism, Decision Making, Letter number series, Statement Reasoning

Non-verbal Reasoning: Series Completion, Analogy, and Classification

No need to worry about non verbal. They are really easy if you practice well in practice session. Concentrate on the given question. You need to focus on completely on the question without thinking about your gf/bf. OK..

2. Numerical Ability Syllabus for IBPS Clerk Exam 2012:

Numbers, Simplification, Roots, Average, Surds & Indices, Percentage, Profit & Loss, Ratio & Proportion, Partnership, Chain Rule, Time & Work, Pipes & Cisterns, Time & Distance, Problems on Trains, Boats & Streams, Alligation, Simple Interest, Compound Interest, Stocks & Shares, Clocks, Mensuration, Permutation & combination, Probability, Heights & Distances.

All are simple and easy to solve questions. Dont say that you are not maths student. These are very basic maths questions where 10th class student can also solve. Arent you passed 10th Class?

3. General English Syllabus for IBPS Clerk 2012 Online Exam:

Vocabulary: Synonyms, Antonyms, Sentence Completion

Grammar: Active Passive Voice, Direct Indirect Speech

Comprehension Passage, Passage Correction, Sentence Correction, Correct Spelling Identification.

This is the section where many students getting failed. Most of them are scoring well in other sections and getting failed in General English. I recommend you to practice and learn from the previous Bank Clerk exam papers. Read the English news paper daily (everyone say this thing, because this is that much important). By doing this you can score well in English section and you can also answer the current affairs questions in general awareness section.

4. General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry:

Questions in this component will be aimed at testing the candidates general awareness of the environments around him and its application to society. - Knowledge of current affairs related to Sports, Economic Affairs, National Affairs, International Affairs, Bilateral Affairs, Science and Technology, Awards, Persons in News. - General Banking terms.

This is the section where everyone can perform well. You can easily score high marks in less time.

5. Computer Knowledge Syllabus for IBPS Clerk Online Exam 2012:

General Knowledge on Computer usage and application. - Basic Hardware and Software - Computer Applications MS Word, Excel and Power Point

In this section also you can score high marks in less time, if you prepare well. This is very easy section for students who have computers background and it is also easy even if you are noncomputers background because there are very basic questions related to computers.
