With reference to the discussions you had with us, we are pleased to designate you as DA. You are requested to join us from 24th November 2011. In addition, you will be entitled to all benefits to your scale and grade, as per company policy, laid down from time to time. 3. You shall be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date of joining the organization. Based on your performance, management may decide to take you on regular rolls of the company after completion of the probation period. Management may at its own discretion extend the probation period. Your appointment will be further subject to the verification of your credentials, testimonials and other particulars mentioned by you in your application, at the time of your appointment. In case it comes to the notice of the management that the particulars given by you in your application were wrong, your appointment shall be deemed to be automatically cancelled irrespective of whether you have joined duty upon your selection. In such a contingency, you shall be liable to be discharged forthwith. Your services during the period of probation can be terminated giving 7 days notice or seven days basic salary in lieu thereof without assigning any reason thereof. Likewise probationer can also terminate his/her employment by giving 7 days notice or serenading his/her seven days basic salary in lieu thereof. After confirmation, both employees as well as employer may terminate the contract of employment by giving 15 days notice period or serenading fifteen days basic salary in lieu thereof. Your resignation shall become effective as soon as the management accepts it. The management can withhold its acceptance in respect of your resignation in case dues are recoverable from you or if you are under suspension and/or disciplinary proceedings are pending or contemplated against you or for any other reasons. After having elected to resign and given the intimation to this effect, you shall be debarred from withdrawing your resignation except with the prior written permission of the management.
