Audit Result A) Internal Audit Results Internal audit was conducted on 13 September from 2 to 4 pm. The lead auditor presented the audit findings of the ISCC audit conducted. A total of X non-conformities were raised. The members discussed the finding and discuss the root-causes and how to close the findings. Please refer to attachment.

Risk Management Training was conducted on 11 September 2012 morning and Risk Register was created on that

ISCC self -assessment was conducted based on Risk Register. 4 Mass Balance The members noted that Mass Balance record 5. sample template has been created for the Mill GHG inventory Training on GHG calculations was conducted on 11 September afternoon and the GHG values were 6. calculated Purchased of ISCC-certified material The members noted that the ISCC-certified FFB has not been purchased as estates has not been ISCC-certified. It was noted that our group consisting of three estates will be going for ISCC certification. A template of List of ISCC-Certified FFB Suppliers has been created for audit 7 purposes. Sales of ISCC Product GM explained that ISCC-certified CPO is handled by Medan office. A sample contract will be created to show how ISCC-certified CPO will be handled. A template on List of Customers, Invoices, Delivery Order has been prepared for audit purposes. The sale documents must show that (a) it is ISCC-certified material, (b) the ISCCcertificate number and (c) the GHG Value in kg 8 CO2eq/ton Review of ISCC Policy There is no change on Policies related to sustainability except the policy on Social aspects.

Training Needs The in-house training for ISCC has been identified. a) ISCC Awareness training (10.9.12) b) Risk Management training (11.9.12) am c) GHG calculation training (11.9.12) pm d) Internal Auditing training (12.9.12) e) Training for personnel handling ISCC certified material Weighing Bridge employees (12.9.12) Employees creating DO, (12.9.12) Warehouse employees (12.9.12) Besides that, individual department trainings also have been conducted by respective Department Heads. Other Issues The meeting adjourned at 4.30 pm with words of thanks from GM. Conclusion The management review concluded that the ISCC system can function effectively. The ISCC Audit will be conducted by SGS in October/November 2012
