TheUnitHRHeadwillcommunicate,eitherorallyorinwriting,allemployeespecifications.Basedon thisyoumayreferyourcandidates'directlytotheconcernedUnitHRHead.Howeveralist containingcompletedetailsofthesecandidatesmustbesenttotheCorporateHumanResources Dept.Thiswillenableaclosercoordinationofthecandidatesbeingreferredbyyouandensurethat thereisnoduplicationofeffortsbyourUnitsmeetingthesamecandidatemorethanonce.
