This book was used to give me background information on Steve Jobs's life and how he came to be the inovator and inventor that he was. It talked about his ideas for technology and how he came about them. It also talked about his original team and his co-producers, or the people that helped to make the Apple computer the way it was. Its not surprising for me to find out that out of four categories Apple holds the top scores in all of them. This is just another way Apple is leading the industry. The best part about it is that, for its competition to keep up they have to better up in the service they provide. This is great for all consumers, never minding which computer you use.

Here we see Apple enthusiasts and critiques opinion of the new iPad from Apple. Its very convenient to companies to here client feedback. In this case, Apple is quite different, although it has great customer service; Apple is known to not always listen openly to

their critics. In this article we see people sharing their views on the new product, either good or not so good.

In this article the author describes how Apple has become more than just another computer company. What really caught my attention was the detail Farhad gives us by listing specific qualities of, not just Apple as company, but of its CEO Steve Jobs. I enjoyed all the testimonies of Apple employees. I really enjoyed the segment that talks about it marketing techniques; how they use different methods to make their clients literally worship their products. This piece helps us understand a little bit more in depth the company, and how they are leading the industry by being different and thinking out of the box.

I really enjoyed how the authors talks about Apples strategy, and how an important part of it is not trying to please everyone. Sometimes people lose sight of one thing, Apple is in it not only to provide innovative products, but to also make money.

While my website is on Apple, it is essential to know who is their competition, and what they bring to the table. This article is very technical and hard to understand if you are not a developer, but I think it gives us an idea of why and how Apple differs from competing companies. It gives us a side by side comparison between Apples IOS operating system and Google Android. Although it fails to deliver a verdict between the two, it helped me understand that the difference between them are not that noticeable, which tells us something very important, that Apples success is something beyond their software.
