Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of Cell sites, Day to day alarm handling and fault rectification. Commissioning and Integration of Nokia BTS (metro & ultra-flexi), NEC SDH, Nokia PDH & SDH links (Flexi 16E1 and Flexi 40E1 7Gc, 15Gc and 18Gc). Alarm Patching of BTS (Ultra and Flexi), Power Plant, and PIU on DDF and Show it to OMCR. Alarm checking & Rectification of BTS elements at OMCR. E1 connectivity between BSC & BTS sites through different media Microwave (PDH & SDH). Rectification of problems like Path loss, Channel failure, Call drop, Poor TCH assignment. Q1 management for all FIUs. Complete commissioning and alignment of 1+1 and 1+0 NEC links. Coordinating with various teams for the smooth functioning and for fault free network. Responsible for Performance Acceptance Test (ATP) of new Sites.
