Social Skills Classes

The next 8-week session starts this February!


Thursday evenings at Potential Inc., Newtown PA Individually tailored lessons conducted in a small staff to student ratio to increase emotion management skills, conversation skills, cooperative play skills, friendship management skills & more! Parents assist in the skills that are targeted by choosing off of a menu of social skills. Lessons are taught using research-based interventions that include: social stories; video modeling; & role-play. At the end of each session, parents are given concrete information on targeted skills and strategies used to allow for generalization across settings. Therefore, I would like you to rank the topics from 1-4, 1 being the most important topic for your child. I will review the parent surveys, group the children accordingly, and begin each session with the most common topics.
