1.0 Our Understanding of Your Needs

You plan to engage the students into some educational yet creative activity in the coming few days. The activity may be something which serves one of the purposes of technical learning and development along with fun and practical teaching. It is in this context that Mr. V K Pandey had a conversation with Reshu Singh on behalf of Mr. Ankit Das of Infinovo TeachS. It was discussed between the two that a 1 day Workshop on Using Linux and making it work for you can be held for the students.

Methodology

Workshop to be conducted in 3 sessions overall (2.5 hours each) First 1 hour of each session will be mostly Theoretical and Lecture based Video-based learning using Projector Practical-oriented approach to learn and use Linux (Ubuntu 11.10) on hands using VMWare Printed notes and CDs (with Linux distros) to be distributed among all participants registered for the workshop Discussions and Interactive approach during the workshop besides Technical methods to keep the participants motivated. This will include discussions about Entrepreneurs and Eminent people who worked in different fields of technology and their lives Certificates to participants shall be provided as a token of appreciation at the end of workshop Surprise yet interactive tests (quiz) will be taken during the workshop to ascertain the actual knowledge being gathered

Terms and Conditions

1. There are two options for the payment: a) If the institution is making the full payment, it needs to be in favour of Dhaval Gulhane b) In case students are doing individual payments, the same needs to be collected by few appointed coordinators (student representatives) and handed over to their HoD(s) office. 100% amount is to be paid by the last day of any workshop (before the session begins) in Cash / cheque (as collected). The institution will hold 20% of the total Workshop fee for their developmental purposes while 80% has to be paid to Infinovo TeachS. This distribution is non-negotiable. The institution would be responsible for all arrangements made for the Workshop including venue, projector equipment, general stationary, seating etc. Validity Period: This proposal is valid for the next 30 days. One set of reading material would be provided to the Institution, and another set to the participants.

Our other domains include Content writing on the web and self-branding. This all is just to name a few and we constantly try to update our knowledge multi-dimensionally. Counselling is also a major part of our workshops towards sharing of knowledge.

About the Trainer Dhaval Gulhane has worked as an instructor at Epitome Technologies in Chikhli (Maharashtra). He has conducted several workshops and seminars on various open source technologies like Android and Linux in different parts of Maharashtra. He also ranked first at a national level Software development event organized at IIT Kanpur among 57 teams from different parts of Asia.
