EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Idea Integration is excited to partner with Clarity Integrated, Inc. to perform the Requirements and Analysis for a web portal that will support their customers and users in self-managing their communications products and services. This effort will provide Clarity the basis from which they can develop the value-added tools and services to differentiate themselves in the telecommunications marketplace. Allowing customers to have access to real-time account information and the ability to view and pay their bills online and order new products and services 24X7 will support Claritys goal of being a single source provider of communications services and an organization that values customer retention and service. Idea Integration will gather the requirements and perform a detailed analysis for the integrated Web Portal that will bring critical customer, product and service information on-line for Claritys internal and external users. Idea will work within Claritys existing OSS implementation solution and timeframes to ensure the Web Portal platform will integrate with the backend applications through the EAI solution. Ideas primary goals and objectives for this engagement will be to support the initial release of the Web Portal based on Claritys Phase I OSS implementation schedule. Idea will deliver the following key items as part of the scope of this engagement: Architecture Definition for the Web Portal Detailed Requirements Detailed Analysis Idea will utilize our RoadMap methodology for program management and life cycle development to define the architecture, gather the requirements and perform an analysis for the Web Portal solution. We are confident that the approach outlined in this proposal clearly demonstrates that Idea Integration understands Claritys business; is highly qualified to deliver the desired services and has a proven approach for performing the work.
