VistaMed has all of the needed catheter manufacturing capabilities in house which allows for quick turn around time for prototype delivery and iteration. Quick turn around time in the prototype phase is key to saving our clients precious time and cost in the development phase of a project. VistaMed has a proven track record of working with our clients to get them through the design phase quickly and on their way to a production ready product. Once the design is approved, VistaMed also has the quality and engineering resources to validate all of the manufacturing process and take the product into large scale production.

VistaMed works with our customers in all phases of the design and development cycle to deliver complex catheter solutions to the medical device industry. VistaMed offers a complete turnkey package, which includes design, extrusion, assembly, labeling, packaging and sterilization.

PRODUCTS
VistaMed offers a comprehensive range of tight tolerance extrusions including multi-lumen, multi-layer, wire reinforced, balloon and bump/taper tubing. In addition to extrusion, VistaMed also has many secondary operations including injection molding, over molding, tip forming, braiding, balloon forming, CNC drilling, welding and laser machining capabilities thus giving VistaMed the ability to manufacture a wide range of finished medical devices. VistaMed has two manufacturing sites in Ireland; one dedicated to extrusion and the other to the production semi-finished and finished devices. Our manufacturing sites are ISO 13485 certified and FDA registered. Products produced in our clean room facilities include; PTFE lined guiding catheters, steerable catheters, balloon catheters, endoscopic catheters, urological catheter, micro perfusion pain management catheters as well as ancillary devices such as dilators and introducers.
