PR PERSON

Position Role:
A PR Person has an important role in implementing communication strategies and
reflecting thougrough all his results the AIESEC brand promise.
AIESEC XP Stage: Taking Responsability

Structure integration:

Department/Project: Communication Department  PR sub-department

Regular hours worked:


Approx. 16h/week.

Responsibilities
1. Designs media materials such as press releases, radio sports, etc; 20%
2. May design communication plans for AIESEC activities 10%
3. Positioning in the student environment – newspapers and radio (identify means of
promotion); 5%
4. Renewing of the old media partnerships, realization of new ones and maintaining
the relationship with press accounts (with PR Resp.); 20%
5. Responsible of any PR related activities within projects (i.e. press conferences –
together with VP Comm.); 10%
6. May be involved in the following activities: the BBW event, writing articols for
keeping the site updated, designing the monthly NSL, organizing press
conferences, evaluating projects. 30%
7. Identify events witch can be useful either for positioning or for realization of new
contacts; attend to them; 5%
TOTAL 100 %

Key performance indicators for the job


Have at least 5 media articoles released every month.
Have at least 3 press accounts. Signing at least one partnership.
Be present at all the area and subarea meetings.
