SITE RESPONSIBLE

Position Role:

The Site Responsible person is that person who permanently reshapes and develops the site
content, keeping it updated and attractive.

Structure integration:

Department/Project:
Communication Department  PR Sub department. Report to PR RESP. Keeps in
contact with ADV RESPa and IS manager.

Regular hours worked:


Approx. 12 h/week. There will be some busier moments…

Responsibilities

1. Develops a very attractive structure for our site 20%


2. Develops new content and sometime asks a PR person to help him in writing
content every month 40%
3. Works with the Advertising sub department for advertising and promoting our site
through a nice advertising content. 20%
4. Identifies new means for promoting our site and new functionalities for it 10%
5. Does customer care for the LGP and our sponsors 10%

Key performance indicators for the job

- Design a new structure for the site within 6 weeks after taking this role.
- Updating every month with fresh new content the site.
- Increasing the traffic with at least 15% than at the beginning of his role.
- Provide support every time needed for the er people in doing customer care tasks related to
web promotion for our partner and/or sponsors.
