1) ORBITRON TRADLINK : We are supplying Integrated Fully Automatic Milk Collection System - IAMCS to the milk unions and their member societies. We are supplying this system is to all the milk unions of Gujarat, Maharastra, Andra Pradesh, Haryana, TamilNadu and Kerala. This system is very helpful to the Milk Dairies for instantly recording and keeping up to date and accurate records- member wise, shift wise, date wise, periodical or month wise and source wise (separately for buffalo milk and cow milk) computerized accounts/ records of the dairy for all transactions. It totally eliminates the need to keep manual record keeping in the dairy and thus the clerical work is totally eliminated. Our IAMCS is consisting of Computer, Monitor, Printer, CPU, Processor, Keyboard, Card Reader Machine, Electronic Weighing Scale with platform and fully Automatic Electronic Fat Measuring Machine (FATOMATIC) with optional items like Uninterrupted Power Supply System (UPS), Electronic Power Conditioning System (EPCOS), Spike busters, Electronic Timers Invertors and Hardware Lock etc. This IAMCS System totally is windows based and the software is connectable with internet and LAN based also with Milk Collection System. We have also installed our Lan based software in many societies in Gujarat and having different modules like Masters, Accounting, Stock & Inventory, Credits and Debits of dairies as well as members. a) Statistical Net Weight Control System :

Prompt Group is investing in system solutions in order to offer complete from the sensor. Ethernet Networking, state of the art software o validation consulting. Statistical Net Weight Control is the most used SQC software in the market. New generation software platform based on 32 bit database and Ethernet connectivity. A system specialist prepares this document. The purpose is to document how PROMPT Group can fulfill the users requirements for the planned new computerized in Process Control System for the Packing departments based on Statistical Net Weight Control System.

b) Load Cell Based Weight System for Bulk Milk Cooling Tanks :
Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Load Cell based Weighment System for Bulk Milk Cooling tanks of 1000L, 2000L, 3000 L and 5000 L capacities including all accessories on turnkey basis to be installed at Village Dairy Cooperative societies to ensure weight and temperature capture at one minute interval and generating required reports.

These systems would be installed in village Dairy Co-operative Society (DCS) having Bulk Milk Coolers installed, which collects the milk everyday in the morning & evening from milk producers. The Bulk Milk Coolers collects the milk from the producers and chill them till dairy's route Tanker picks it up. The Weighment systems should be able to provide the current NET weight (ie. After deducting the dead weight of the equipment) at a given point of time. The weight will be displayed prominently via a display indicator and there should be provision of RS 232 connectivity for the same. These systems would be installed in the existing operational Bulk Milk Coolers. The care should be taken by the supplier to ensure minimal disturbances to the routine operations of the unit.
