Compact Remote Roller Shutter Garage Doors

Pilot drill tracks with 5mm drill bit. All the way Drill face of track with 13mm drill bit. through. Approx every 400mm. WARNING! Do not drill all the way through.

Slide guides onto the end plates as shown

Mark out and position the guides. Plumb sides and top.

Fix the guides to the wall with appropriate fixings.

Remove front cover and fix back box to wall

Fine tune the bottom limit so the autolocks engage. If fine tune is required see pic: 10,11,12,13 / 14,15,16,17,

Fit the white bungs and fit the cover

LEFT HAND MOTOR. 50nm MOTOR SETTINGS (Octagonal Head) Adjust WHITE limit CLOCKWISE to increase the travel of bottom limit.

LEFT HAND MOTOR. 50nm MOTOR SETTINGS (Octagonal Head) Adjust RED limit CLOCKWISE to increase the travel of top limit.

RIGHT HAND MOTOR. 50nm MOTOR SETTINGS (Octagonal Head) Adjust WHITE limit ANTI CLOCKWISE to increase the travel of the top limit

RIGHT HAND MOTOR. 50nm MOTOR SETTINGS (Octagonal Head) Adjust RED limit ANTI CLOCKWISE to increase the travel of the bottom limit.

LEFT HAND MOTOR. 100nm MOTOR SETTINGS (Square Head) Adjust WHITE limit ANTI CLOCKWISE to increase the travel of bottom limit.

LEFT HAND MOTOR. 100nm MOTOR SETTINGS (Square Head) Adjust RED limit ANTI CLOCKWISE to increase the travel of top limit.

RIGHT HAND MOTOR. 100nm MOTOR SETTINGS (Square Head) Adjust WHITE limit CLOCKWISE to increase the travel of the top limit.

RIGHT HAND MOTOR. 100nm MOTOR SETTINGS (Square Head) Adjust RED limit CLOCKWISE to increase the travel of the bottom limit.

1. In the interest of your safety and others, this door must be operated by users familiar with its operation. 2. When operating the door do not place fingers near or in guides or another moving parts at any time. 3. The person operating the door must have it in sight at any times during this operation particularity if is automatic operation. 4. Do not permit children to play with the garage door or electrical controls. 5. Do not attach any objects to , or make any modifications to the doors as this may cause damage and/or physical injury. 6. Operate the door only when adjusted and free from obstruction. 7. Should the door become difficult to operate or completely inoperable, call a technician. Repairs and adjustments should only be undertaken by qualified person. 8. Every 6 months check a tighten and loose fixings. 9. Periodically clean your door with warm water, allow to dry naturally. Do not use abrasive or caustic based cleaners. Bird droppings are caustic please remove upon detection. 10. Your new garage door needs an annual service by a competent person to maintain the CE mark and warranty.
An electrically operated rolling shutter usually has a standard control panel with a three-position switch: up, down and stop. If you would like to automate the opening and closing with a time controlled switch, a few additional wires will have to be connected. Typically, the controls are implemented as indicated in the schematic Normal Situation. If this is indeed the case, then you can see in New Situation how the shutter can be automated with a timer. There is only one method to determine the actual schematic of your control circuit, and that is to open the control box and using an ohmmeter, pencil and paper to check

out and draw the circuit. Make sure you turn the power off rst though! Connect a 230-V relay (with both the contacts and the coil rated 230 VAC) to the timer.

The changeover switch between automatic and manual control needs to be rated 230 VAC as well and may not be a hazard for the user. The relay and switch are preferably fitted in a plastic mains adapter enclosure with built-in plug, which is plugged into the timer. It is a good idea to check first if this will actually t. Because of the manual/automatic-switch, the operation is completely fail-safe and misunderstandings are out of the question. The switch prevents the issue of conflicting commands (with disastrous consequences) when, for example, the shutter is being automatically raised and manually lowered at the same time.
