He can also infuse lightning chakra into the rotation technique for additional power and use it for speed similar to A. His eye colour is bright white as a result living underground for most of his life. His only other distinguishable feature is his hair which has never been cut or maintained and hangs in a huge dreaded up mess half way down his back. Affiliation: Originally from the hidden village of the mist but is now a member of Akatsuki. Abilities: NIN 9/10 TAI 6/10 GEN 0/10 POWER 8/10 MIND 6/10 SPEED 7/10 STAM 8/10 SIGN 5/10 Jutsu: Was trained by Orochimaru and shares all the same white snake abilities as him as well as various jutsus using his nature affiliations of water and fire and shadow clones. Zakura was also able to achieve dragon sage mode by using shadow clones during his training. Kekkei Gekkai: Steam Release. Steam is formed inside his body using fire and water and is pushed out the chakra points. Can be used to create a mist of steam or huge balls to be thrown and burn enemies. Personality: After experiencing a very rough, tortuous childhood under the watch of Oro, Zakura has been filled with hate and enjoys nothing more than hurting people as it is all he knows. He will never speak unless it is 100% necessary. His own abilities have left him an ugly scarred mess forcing him to resent himself more than anyone else.

If he sends it to his eyes, he can predict moves easier (not as well as the sharingan). He can heighten his sense of hearing or smell. Costs a lot of chakra so he can only heighten one sense at a time. He is a sensory type ninja who can read chakra surroundings of up to a mile (so far). He is formidably fast and can last a long time in combat if needed to. Though strategy wise, he may not be as smart as some Shinobi, he knows how to fight and conserve chakra when he needs to in a fight. He has terrific chakra control. He is trying to learn to fly, like the tsuchikage, but he can't (and probably never will). Kekkai Genkai- Thunder movement. He heightens his speed impossible to see (except a sharingan user) and heightens all of his senses. (His eyes turn blue, it's kinda cool). It's a move he uses as last minute or in dire need. This is because it uses massive amounts of chakra and causes him to bleed from his eyes, nose and ears (gross, but hey, the jutsu works!). He can also use this ability to heighten his sensory skills. PERSONALITY: Good heart. Might say the wrong thing, but would never hurt anyone intentionally. But he is a womanizer. Tries to hit on any woman (even during combat) whether it be friend or foe. He is horrible at it though. He loves to drink. He goes out every time he gets back from a stressful mission. He takes a bath then hits the local joint to drink! He unsuccessfully tries to hit on women. And when he gets drunk, his sensory abilities kick in...but not in a good way. But he is more of an entertaining drunk than an annoying one. If he drinks to much, he senses a "pink rabbit" that is trying to follow him everywhere he goes. One time, he was so drunk, he hired a sketch artist to draw a picture of the rabbit, and posted the fliers everywhere saying "beware" (his comrades give him A LOT of crap about

that). Unfortunately for him, his village does not have a local AA. He loves being around people. Though he enjoys being alone as well. He likes to think but he constantly pushes his depressing past behind him... In the most dire situations the Ultimitore clan uses the ice armor jutsu. They are coated mid-evil styled armor which still allows them to fight without being damaged. The armor features blades along the hands, feet, and helmet allow the user to use it as a weapon and shield. The only way they can be harmed when this jutsu is in effect is if a powerful enough attack manages to shatter the armor. The main drawback of this jutsu is that it uses a massive amount of chakra and will melt once the user has reached their limit. If the user does not end the jutsu at their limit they will die. If used in combination with Ice Release: Ice Blade truly a force to be reckoned with. -KEKKAI GENKAI ABILITIES: Ice Release PERSONALITY: Unlike the majority of his very serious clan Soren is very laid back and carefree. He likes to crack stupid jokes in tense situations as a defense mechanism. Despite acting unlike his clan Soren cares for the greatly and it is his dream to become the strongest Ultimatore whoever lived. Chakra chain jutsu: after using this seal a chain made of pure chakra are released from each hand of the user and can be attached to any object or person. They are a group of ninja that work together and believe in "self-improvement", through jutsu and medical changes. Most covet Ocular Kekkai Genkai for their immense power, and willing members go through a rite of passage around the age of 12 in which Optic nerves are extended throughout the body. This results in the member having any from 2-16 extra eye sockets, though they need to know medicalnin to be able to accept the new eyes into their body, which also takes around a 2 week period to "recover" and be accepted into the new body. Masaki himself has 6 additional eye sockets, one in his chest, one in the back of his head, two in the palm of his hands and two at the base of his neck. He has no previously acquired eyes and they are all empty. PERSONALITY: Masaki Gami is a very snide individual, that acts friendly around others who are respectful to him. He is incredibly intelligent, spending the majority of his day studying medical and historical books. He is trying to get stronger to be able to continue self experimentation and advance the knowledge of jutsu. He likes people when he is working with them, or working out tactics with them. He understands that a team working together is much more effective than a team that isn't, and he is more than willing to drop his mocking attitude to achieve victory.

Boulder toss: Hurls giant boulders at opponets Flame Enchant: Can shroud his small sword with flames and any other weapons including bones. Explosive Flame Clones: Summons 3 clones engulfed in flame, cant use any jutsu, explode on contact with the enemy. Firewall: Takes a few minutes to prepare but creates a wall of flames. 10 ft high 20 ft wide. Thriller: Creates a bone clone able to use all jutsus, although health of clone is only 3/4 it lasts for about 7 minutes. Takes up a whole lotta chakra. -KEKKAI GENKAI ABILITIES: Shikotsumyaku. Finger bullets: Fire off finger bones as bullets. Insta-bone: Manipulated bones can pierce out through the body. Used to keep opponets at bay, and not close nor able to hold or latch onto him. Bone sword: Bone sword Thriller: Described above. Bone Explode: Charges up chakra inside to release an explosion of bones from his body. Takes up decent charka. PERSONALITY: very mellow and positive. Likes to hang out and help out his friends. It's very hard to get Zeke angry because he's always so chill. During battle he's not the one to charge in without prior strategizing. Likes using teamwork and is a great team player.

Username : Katarumi NAME: Fuyu Kobayashi GENDER: Male AGE: 23 HEIGHT: 5' 5" WEIGHT: 115 APPEARANCE: Fuyu is rather plain in appearance; you wouldn't really be able to pick him out from a crowd. He is moderately short and lithe, with a skin tone best described as simply 'average'. His brownish-red hair is curly towards the tips, but wavy for most of the hair's length, and reaches to the top of his shoulders. His eyes are about the same color as his hair, if maybe a bit warmer in color. He carries a Shamisen and a Shakuhachi. Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder: Same as in the anime; the user projects a wave of electricity from their palms, varying in strength from a small spark to a devastating blow capable of shattering rock. Fuyu, being more precision-focused than power-focused, is unable to conjure the awesome displays of power that high level users of this Jutsu can. He makes up for it by using this Jutsu in a shorter range, allowing less of the charge to dissipate through the air, and by focusing on points where the nervous system can be disrupted (i.e. spine, heart, sciatic nerve). His sole non-music based jutsu; he continues to work on his lightning mastery, but it is rather difficult for him. Snake's Calmness - If Orochimaru remains a major respected figure in Otogakure history (with the prerequisite of Fuyu being an Otonin): This song calls upon the calmness of the Great Snake, featuring a calm, deliberate, and bold plucking technique in order to bolster ally's chakra control for the duration of the song, plus some time depending on how long the song is played (longer duration = longer effects, even beyond the end of

the song). If condition is not true, this Jutsu does not exist. Shamisen exclusive. Battlefield Lullaby: Battlefield Lullaby features soft, gentle plucking technique. Initial stages of the song may cause confusion in the enemy ranks due to random music playing, but this confusion soon dulls into a slow-witted acceptance as the victim's moves and mind becomes lethargic with sleepiness. If played long enough, enemies may fall asleep completely. Also useful for insomniac allies. Shamisen exclusive. Hawk's Scream: A Shakuhachi exclusive technique that is simply a chakra directed and boosted burst of high-pitched sound. If focused well enough on an unsuspecting target, the sound can disrupt enemies for several seconds. In battle situations, it usually only buys Fuyu a second or a second and a half at most, unless the enemy has sensitive ears, though ringing of the ears or temporary deafness can last up to half a minute in both cases. Fuyu has the ability to cast the sound in different directions, similar to a ventriloquist, in some situations. In open, flat, or large areas with few obstructions, Fuyu is unable to cast the sound away. The effectiveness of his ventriloquistic actions depends on the number of objects the sound can bounce off of. Similarly, the disorienting effect of the Jutsu is multiplied by the number of obstructions surrounding the point the sound emanates from (whether it is from Fuyu or a 'thrown' point), and is strengthened greatly in caves or other areas that have profound echos. Oddly, Fuyu is exceptionally weak to this technique. If the victim can find a way to throw the sound back on Fuyu, he'll be dazed for longer than usual and his temporary deafness weakens his other sound-based jutsu. Resonant Frequency: A very draining jutsu. Using any of his instruments, Fuyu can find the resonant frequency of most materials. Then, he uses this Jutsu by firing a blast of sound from his Shakuhachi at the precise frequency, shattering the material. Often useful as creating a small cave for shelter. Does not work on most organics, as varying densities of organic matter results in different resonant frequencies. Fuyu has memorized the frequency of most rocky outcropping around his village (whichever village it is) the metal used in traditional ninja weapons and armor, and some types of processed wood. The more basic and less dense the material, the less effort is needed to determine the frequency and blast it. A new type of rock may only take ten to thirty seconds to determine the frequency, and may only take a good chunk of his chakra. Metallic objects, particularly alloy as opposed to more 'pure' metals, can take upwards of thirty minutes to find the frequency for and will devour the vast majority of Fuyu's chakra. -KEKKAI GENKAI ABILITIES: None; No clan. PERSONALITY: Despite his Jutsu being loud, Fuyu himself is quiet and reserved. Though this gives him a mysterious air some people may regard as 'cool', his silence is born out of awkwardness. Loyalty is not his strong suit; one moment, he may be your ally, helping you through all sorts of trouble. The next...well, he may still be your ally, or he may not. This often goes back to his awkwardness causing him to not form bonds as well as

other ninja, and as such he has fewer qualms about jumping ship if he perceives the fight is turning against him. In day to day life, he is almost a sort of creepy ghost, following people around but saying little or nothing. He enjoys the company of people, but does not know how to seek it, so instead he pretty much stalks people. If his stalkee expresses any sort of negative emotion about being creeped on, he often misses the hint and simply continues his stalker ways anyway. If he does realize that his stalkee wants nothing to do with him, he'll follow from a farther distance, playing mournful songs at them until they relent and let him follow closer again. If they don't relent...well, they're going to be hearing a lot of depressing music for the new few weeks. Or months. Or years. Oddly enough, if a stalkee becomes too affectionate or romantic towards him, Fuyu backs away for unknown reasons. Perhaps he has commitment issues, as evidenced by his lack of loyalty. Maybe his stalkees aren't objects of his romantic desire, but rather just a manifestation of his need for human interactions. Who knows? He sure doesn't. He doesn't even really have any sort of goal in life at this point. Instead he just sort of drifts along on the winds, doing whatever pleases him, which is music about ninety-eight percent of the time. He'll probably find something to live for soon, or else he'll be swept away by the raging gusts that are about to descend on the land.

Suta is still unable to access the 7th plane without dying. And if the user is able to use this ability without dying, they are disabled for several days. There are several branches of Shamanism that young ones will choose to follow. The main ones being: Elemental: Every ninja that has ever been able to control all five elements (Water, fire, lightning, earth, wind) has either been a decedent or ancestor of the Shaman. Elementalist Shaman focus on honing their skill in these elements. As a genin they are limited to just one element, but as they become stronger they will soon be able to use the rest. At chunin they typically develop the ability to use 3 different elements, and jounin they can use all 5. But not necessarily very well. A Elemantalist Shaman Focuses on the first plane in order to gain control over the 5 elements. They can enter the other planes, up to the 4th plane, but can't use them as effectively as other branches of Shamanism. Summoning: Since Shaman are able to speak with beings from other planes, they are also able to summon these beings to assist them. These Shaman specialize in the 2nd and 5th planes. Which allow them to summon spiritual animals from the 2nd plane. And gain greater knowledge of summoning from the 5th plane. Restoration: These are the healers among the Shaman. They focus on the 1st, 5th, and 6th planes to heal. Their primary plane for healing is the 1st plane, as it allows them to use the elements to heal allies. The 5th plane expands their knowledge of the healing elements. And the 6th plane puts the user into an almost "Christ-like" state of healing. Much like Tsunades Yin seal. Spiritual Scholar: This specialization focuses entirely on the 7 planes of existence. Trying to grow stronger through each plane. But unlike the Elementalist, a Spiritual Scholar Shaman cannot gain use out of more than 3 elements. They are also unable to summon the higher level summons from the 2nd and 5th planes. And unlike the Restoration Shaman they are unable to use the 1st plane for healing. The idea behind this tree is perfecting the 3rd, 4th, and 7th planes. Unlike other clans, the Nonden does not have many members, because of the highly dangerous jutsu it practices. The Nonden are proud people, usually huge in size compared to regular shinobi. They wield big weapons, and are known for their superior strength, overpowering even the tailed beasts themselves. Hybrid dark/light chakra users can use both in combat as they please, for offense or defense. The more dark chakra you use in combat, the more your eyes turn black and when it reaches a certain limit the user can open Dark Mode. The more light chakra you use in combat, the more your eyes turn bright yellow, and when it

reaches a certain limit the user can open Light Mode. Hybrid users can only open one mode at a time. Or so it is said. When they are born, the Nonden eyes have a unique red iris, but their eyes are bound to change during their lifetime. There is another slight difference between dark and light users. The dark users tend to big and burly, while light users are lighter and faster. However both of them tend to be bigger than the average ninja. Personality: Katsu is usually serious and calculated, but when he is in the presence of a friend or a person similar to him, he quickly becomes goofy and unpredictable. When facing a powerful foe he keeps his calm, but can be affected by his emotions and go on a rampage. He likes to say random things when he is bored, and can become quite annoying if he is sleep deprived. Family Background: His mother, Aoi Nonden was a powerful medical Light user ninja that died during the Kyuubi attack on Konoha, sacrificing herself to heal and save a large portion of the village fighters. Katsus father, Takeshi Nonden left the village before he was even born. He is now regarded as a fugitive, has a bounty on his head and is known as the leader of the Light Order. Abilties: Kekkai Genkai: Kakeru- The few Nonden of Konoha can multiply the chakra within their body. This greatly enhances speed and chakra as well as strength. The jutsu, however can decrease their endurance dependent on how much they multiply by. The amount does not matter whether it be "2X" "4X" up to "100X". The more it multiplies however, the greater the risk to the body. "2X" does not affect but by "5X" the users endurance drops faster. At "10X" the user begins to tear open the skin causing bleeding. At 15x, bones begin to crack and by 20x many smaller bones completely shatter. After 50x, when the Kekkai Genkai wears off, the user passes out along with previous enhancements after 20x causing organ ruptures. The "100x" use is said to turn the users body to ash after the Kekkai Genkai wears off. No matter how much chakra is used, the user will return to a small amount of chakra that was used to start the Kekkai Genkai unless the "100x" is used. Main attack: Kaosuburdo- This is a personal sword fighting style that Katsu developed. It is called Chaotic Blades and it is used when Katsus Kakeru is below 5x. Because of his small stature, Katsu cant be an efficient fighter with his two swords. Thats why instead of fighting like a normal person, he uses his small power boost from Kakeru to fling the swords at an enemy. The swords are chained to a rotating device on Katsus back so he can pull his swords back after he flings them, or pull himself to the swords location. He also uses the momentum from both swords to continue attacking the enemy, without giving him any time to cast jutsus. Because he has a very low speed when using Kaosubrdo, he uses one or both of his swords as shields, because of their huge size compared to himself. Once his Kakeru goes above 5x, he gains enough strength and speed to fight normal with his two swords. When using this style above 20x, Katsu can nullify the force of gravity and practically fly, by continuously throwing his swords in one

direction. Dark chakra jutsu: Gekido Imbues his Norans Divider sword with dark chakra, boosting its cutting abilities. Dark chakra jutsu: Shi no ky Creates a big sphere of dark chakra that can be thrown at an enemy or location. The spheres slow everything down and pull everything towards them for a short period of time before exploding. (Requires a lot of chakra and the spheres travel quite slow, they can be easily dodged.) Light Chakra jutsu: Anbureikaburu Imbues his Syndras Calling sword with light chakra, making it unbreakable. (this jutsu spreads to the chains the 2 swords are attached to, but can not spread into his other sword) Dark Chakra Mode: Dkusouru This chakra mode can only be activated after a long use of dark chakra jutsu. Only the most skilled and experienced warriors are able to get this power. Most Nonden Warriors die in battle before they are able to use this jutsu. The average age of awakening this jutsu is around 36 years old. Katsu managed to awaken it at 22. This jutsu is called Dark soul, or just dark chakra mode, and it engulfs the user in a thick skin of dark chakra. While using this mode, the light chakra ability vanishes completely and can not be used for at least 2 hours after the dark chakra mode runs out. The thick dark chakra around Katsu, both empowers him, giving him more speed and more strength but also damaging him the more it is used. The dark energy flows out of his eyes, making them even darker than before and granting him true sight (he is able to see invisible units and demons). Katsu can summon the great Demon Noran to fight for him, by sticking his Norans Divider sword into the ground. Light Chakra Mode: Kami no tate During this mode, Katsu looses all his dark chakra abilities. In return he gains enlightenment, his eyes start pouring light energy and he can deflect most ninjutsu attacks with his eyes. During this mode he can also summon Syndras Shield. This is a huge shield that can absorb even the most powerful types of ninjutsu. The downside is it drains a huge amount of chakra for each second it is used. So continuous usage of the shield will drain Katsus chakra very fast.

The Chakra will create a network beneath the users feet and can sense any disturbances. Kokuma's ability is limited and can be quite costly to his chakra. He is limited to a 20 feet radius and is unable to detect who or what is causing the disturbance. History: Kokuma was born in a small village southwest of the village hidden in the Leaves, called Honeysap. Here he was raised by his mother, Kiori and father, Oyuka. His father was originally from the village hidden in the leaf but moved out to Honeysap after meeting Kokumas mother. Kokumas childhood consisted of either running around the village playing ninja with

the other children in the village or working hard on his fathers farm. He help raise the animals and crop, and was taught the correct way to kill an animal according to their religion. He was also homeschooled in herbalism as well as animal husbandry. He loved playing ninja and always dreamed of becoming one and seeing the world. Honeysap was overseen by a small temple of monks called the Shizen Clan. For over 3 centuries they protected and helped the village and in turn the village provided food and other services for the monks. The living arrangement was completely mutual and very welcomed by the villagers. Kokuma was taught the teachings of the religion from a young age and brought up to respect people and nature only kill what is necessary for his own survival. At the age of 10 Kokuma began his work at the temple, as did all the other children in the village. It was here he first learnt the art of shinobi and began his training. They discovered quickly his nature of Earth and taught him Doton: Kengan no Jutsu. He stuggled to master it and it 2 years he finally cracked it. Shortly after his 12th birthday Kokuma was summoned by the master of the temple, Hirito. He explained to Kokuma that he had a special training session just for him. Instantly Kokuma agreed and the two left for 6 months. Upon their return Kokuma had mastered Shizen: Tsuru Keimusho, a skill that many of the monks do not posses. He was so happy but his father forbade him to ever use it. At the age of 13, while his father and mother were away on a business trip to the leaf village, Kokuma was left in charge. His father was not too happy to leave him alone but his mother convinced him and off they went. 3 nights into his free week, some local bandits snuck onto the farm and tried to steal some of the animals. Kokuma was awaken by the screams and cries of his cattle as they were forced onto a nearby wagon. Grabbing a nearby axe, Kokuma was able to sneak up on his opponents by sticking to the trees, which laid on the edge of his farm. He sat there in the dark and watched as two men loaded a couple of cows before slowly pushing the wagon into the trees where Kokuma waited. As they entered the forest Kokuma struck immediately. Jumping down from the trees, he let his axe slice through the back of the enemys knee, causing him to collapse. The other bandit quickly pulled out a knife and attacked Kokuma. The forest filled with the sound of metal clashing as Kokuma tried his best to block or parry the bandits moves but he overpowered him. The bandit saw an opening and kicked Kokuma hard in the chest causing him to fly back a few yards back and collapse on the ground. The bandit would of finished him off then and there had he not heard voices calling out and coming closer. Quickly he grabbed his friend and ran off into the night with the stolen goods. Kokuma was found by one of the local monks who returned him to the temple so that he could heal. His father returned a couple of days later after receiving word of the attack. He was delighted to see his son alright but was so angry at one of the monks,which still today Kokuma didn't understand. He heard his father and the head monk Hirito arguing outside his room, but could not make out any

of the words. As soon as he was healed, his father, his mother and himself packed up their bags and moved back to the village hidden in the leaf. When he asked his father why did they move, all he said was Because a man must choose his own destiny. His mother opened up a small flower shop while his father went into trade with the local farmers bring in food for the other shops and restaurants. Kokuma helped out around the shop for a while but then was accepted into the ninja academy at the age of 14. Since he was older than the other students it took him awhile to learn all the techniques but at the age of 16 he finally passed and became a genin of the hidden leaf. PERSONALITY: From a young age Kokuma has always been very laid back and a little lazy, much to his fathers dismay. He can make friends quite easily and spent his childhood playing with the other children from the village, when he wasn't forced to work by his father. Kokuma is starting to believe there are just too many rules in the world, and that people should be free. Kokuma has two dreams for his future, to see the world and to help the people around him and will do anything to fulfill those dreams.

It is a technique wrapped up in many mysteries. It was said that no method in existence can defeat this technique. In an

instant, multiple mirrors of ice are created around the enemy, reflecting nothing but Hayate. The opponent is trapped in a dome of twenty-one floating mirrors made out of ice. Twelve remain at ground level, eight float above the first twelve and angled toward the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. Once Hayate has entered the mirrors, it's possible for him to move between the mirrors at the speed of light. It's near impossible to follow attacks sent out from this incredible movement. As every mirror shows his reflection, one could say it's impossible to see all of Hayate's attacks. Even if the opponent tries to attack the real body, Hayate will have already moved to another mirror. Without eyes like the Sharingan, it will be impossible to keep track of him. Though the mirrors are made from ice, the mirrors are resistant to Fire Release techniques. After his eleventh birthday, the insane scientist decided to kill Allen, the last of his failed experiments, which caused the the boy's left arm to react and transform into a monstrous white claw, and using it, Allen instinctively killed the man. He was later found by Cross Marian, a Jounin who trained Allen until his 15th birthday, when he left the teen at Konoha to become a proper ninja before disappearing again. He can fly, track enemies by their scent (though it is unknown how he can smell anything without a nose), and record anything that he has seen before. Although he is a summon, he is hardly seen far from Allen, hardly ever going back to his world. The Cursed Eye: When activated, Allen's eye becomes red and its pupil becomes an upside-down pentagram. It allows him to see through any stationary Genjutsu (for example, genjutsu that are used over a location to hide it) and the Henge. PERSONALITY: Allen portrays himself as kind and polite when not in battle, and is also unassuming and borderline naive when interacting with allies. But when betting or practicing any form of gambling, he becomes very greedy

and dark because of his teacher's habits of leaving him to deal with conartists and gamblers. Allen has to eat a lot of food in each meal because of his cursed arm, which drains a lot of energy from him even when not in use. He is moderately short and lithe, with a skin tone best described as simply 'average'. His brownish-red hair is curly towards the tips, but wavy for most of the hair's length, and reaches to the top of his shoulders. His eyes are about the same color as his hair, if maybe a bit warmer in color. He carries a Shamisen and a Shakuhachi. The Shamisen's strings are chakra-enhanced, making them less likely to break, though they can still be deliberately cut. The Shakuhachi is much more sturdy unless burned. Both instruments are of red mahogany wood, and as such are rather prone to fire Jutsu. The effects of the Jutsu start as subtle as the song, growing more dangerous as the song continues. The first stages of the song start with vague hallucinations; shadows moving of their own accord, magnifying the sound of the victim's beating heart. As the song continues, the victim's terror increases, and the final stages of the song can cause the victim to lash out at allies, act rashly, hurt themselves or simply freeze up in fear. Played with either the shakuhachi or the shamisen. Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder: Same as in the anime; the user projects a wave of electricity from their palms, varying in strength from a small spark to a devastating blow capable of shattering rock. Fuyu, being more precision-focused than power-focused, is unable to conjure the awesome displays of power that high level users of this Jutsu can. He makes up for it by using this Jutsu in a shorter range, allowing less of the charge to dissipate through the air, and by focusing on points where the nervous system can be disrupted (i.e. spine, heart, sciatic nerve). His sole non-music based jutsu; he continues to work on his lightning mastery, but it is rather difficult for him. Snake's Calmness - If Orochimaru remains a major respected figure in Otogakure history (with the prerequisite of Fuyu being an Otonin): This song calls upon the calmness of the Great Snake, featuring a calm, deliberate, and bold plucking technique in order to bolster ally's chakra

control for the duration of the song, plus some time depending on how long the song is played (longer duration = longer effects, even beyond the end of the song). If condition is not true, this Jutsu does not exist. Shamisen exclusive. Battlefield Lullaby: Battlefield Lullaby features soft, gentle plucking technique. Initial stages of the song may cause confusion in the enemy ranks due to random music playing, but this confusion soon dulls into a slow-witted acceptance as the victim's moves and mind becomes lethargic with sleepiness. If played long enough, enemies may fall asleep completely. Also useful for insomniac allies. Shamisen exclusive. Hawk's Scream: A Shakuhachi exclusive technique that is simply a chakra directed and boosted burst of high-pitched sound. If focused well enough on an unsuspecting target, the sound can disrupt enemies for several seconds. In battle situations, it usually only buys Fuyu a second or a second and a half at most, unless the enemy has sensitive ears, though ringing of the ears or temporary deafness can last up to half a minute in both cases. Fuyu has the ability to cast the sound in different directions, similar to a ventriloquist, in some situations. In open, flat, or large areas with few obstructions, Fuyu is unable to cast the sound away. The effectiveness of his ventriloquistic actions depends on the number of objects the sound can bounce off of. Similarly, the disorienting effect of the Jutsu is multiplied by the number of obstructions surrounding the point the sound emanates from (whether it is from Fuyu or a 'thrown' point), and is strengthened greatly in caves or other areas that have profound echos. Oddly, Fuyu is exceptionally weak to this technique. If the victim can find a way to throw the sound back on Fuyu, he'll be dazed for longer than usual and his temporary deafness weakens his other sound-based jutsu. Resonant Frequency: A very draining jutsu. Using any of his instruments, Fuyu can find the resonant frequency of most materials. Then, he uses this Jutsu by firing a blast of sound from his Shakuhachi at the precise frequency, shattering the material. Often useful as creating a small cave for shelter. Does not work on most organics, as varying densities of organic matter results in different resonant frequencies. Fuyu has memorized the frequency of most rocky outcropping around his village (whichever village it is) the metal used in traditional ninja weapons and armor, and some types of processed wood. The more basic and less dense the material, the less effort is needed to determine the frequency and blast it. A new type of rock may only take ten to thirty seconds to determine the frequency, and may only take a good chunk of his chakra. Metallic objects, particularly alloy as opposed to more 'pure' metals, can take upwards of thirty minutes to find the frequency for and will devour the vast majority of Fuyu's chakra. -KEKKAI GENKAI ABILITIES: None; No clan. PERSONALITY: Despite his Jutsu being loud, Fuyu himself is quiet and reserved. Though this gives him a mysterious air some people may regard

as 'cool', his silence is born out of awkwardness. Loyalty is not his strong suit; one moment, he may be your ally, helping you through all sorts of trouble. The next...well, he may still be your ally, or he may not. This often goes back to his awkwardness causing him to not form bonds as well as other ninja, and as such he has fewer qualms about jumping ship if he perceives the fight is turning against him. In day to day life, he is almost a sort of creepy ghost, following people around but saying little or nothing. He enjoys the company of people, but does not know how to seek it, so instead he pretty much stalks people. If his stalkee expresses any sort of negative emotion about being creeped on, he often misses the hint and simply continues his stalker ways anyway. If he does realize that his stalkee wants nothing to do with him, he'll follow from a farther distance, playing mournful songs at them until they relent and let him follow closer again. If they don't relent...well, they're going to be hearing a lot of depressing music for the new few weeks. Or months. Or years. Oddly enough, if a stalkee becomes too affectionate or romantic towards him, Fuyu backs away for unknown reasons. Perhaps he has commitment issues, as evidenced by his lack of loyalty. Maybe his stalkees aren't objects of his romantic desire, but rather just a manifestation of his need for human interactions. Who knows? He sure doesn't. He doesn't even really have any sort of goal in life at this point. Instead he just sort of drifts along on the winds, doing whatever pleases him, which is music about ninety-eight percent of the time. He'll probably find something to live for soon, or else he'll be swept away by the raging gusts that are about to descend on the land.
