BCM-300 is a 2.5 day intermediate course. Participants will acquire the essential skills and knowledge of
business impact analysis, risk analysis, testing and exercising and keeping Business Continuity (BC) plans
current. BCM-300 will also introduce the essential steps of developing business continuity and disaster
recovery strategies, design and implementation of BC plans, preparing and conducting awareness and
training programs.
