At Bill Prep and Surveying Ltd we specialise in the preparation of pricing documents for the construction industry.

As a quantity surveying consultancy we strive to produce accurate, timely and economic bills of quantities and cost plans. Our team of highly talented, creative and motivated individuals work closely together to maintain the high standards set upon ourselves to ensure we exceed our clients expectations.

OUR SERVICE:
Bills of Quantities Our core business is the preparation of SMM7 compliant Bills of Quantities. We are highly experienced in measuring from tender documentation ranging from stage D to stage F.

Builders Quantities Where a Builders Quantities bill is required the trade packages traditionally tendered on a specification and drawing basis will be itemised within the bill and all other elements measured to SMM7 standard.

Cost Plans Preparation of Cost Plan quantities; either following the BCIS elemental headings or working to a client specific format.

Bill Sharing We actively promote bill sharing and will invest time and effort to locate and contact as many contractors tendering for the same project to set up bill share.

Bill Prep and Surveying was established in 2005. The practice has built up a large and varied client base across all industry sectors, ranging from education to residential.

We have a large dedicated team of qualified measuring surveyors constantly producing very high quality Bills of Quantities on a wide variety of project types and values. Our objective is to provide an excellent service of the highest professional standards with complete independence and integrity.
