1) Discuss description and an incident reason and occupational disease 2) Submit proposals and recommendation to prevent or avoid repetition of incident that is similar 3) Make inspection at workplaces and equipment 4) Conduct accident statistics study, recommendation to increase security level and evaluate effectiveness control steps 5) Establishing relationship and cooperation that tighter with employee in accident prevention 6) Help employer in security problem solution and health 7) Advise management about security description and health 8) Evaluate first aid need, health service, fire prevention and accident 9) Join employer in drafting safe work system 10) Act as communication tool for organization on security issues and health

THE ROLE OF NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH (NIOSH)


1) Become mastermind and major legislator in safety aspect and occupational 2) Health apart from arranging curriculum and training for employee, company, and any party that wish to implement directly or indirect to be safe and occupational health 3) Become industry assistant, group and parties in tackling problem related to occupational safety and health 4) Help parties involved in security implementation and occupational health by giving latest development information which related whether internally and outside the country 5) Become executive in conducting study and research to short-term and long related to occupational safety and health in the country

THE ROLE OF SOCIAL SECURITY ORGANIZATION (SOCSO)


1) Pay the Temporary Disability Benefits (Social Security Organisation) to the injured worker within 7 days after all necessary information and documents received complete. 2) Pays Benefits Permanent (PLA) to the injured employee within 14 days after all necessary information and documents received. 3) Pay the Dependants' Benefits (DB) to the dependents within 14 days after all necessary information and documents received. 4) Pay the Funeral Benefit (FB) to the heirs of the eligible employees within 3 days after all necessary information and documents received. 5) Pay the Invalidity Pension (ILT) to employees who eligible within 14 days after all necessary information and documents received. 6) Pay Pension Benefits (AEC) to dependents within 14 days after all necessary information and documents received complete.

7) Registration of new employers and workers and provide employers SOCSO code number within 1 day after all the necessary information and documents received. 8) Investigate and disseminate information on any complaints about benefit claims within 3 days of receipt of complaints.
