Residents living in low lying and mountainous areas under public storm warning signal #1 are alerted against possible flashfloods and landslides. Estimated rainfall amount is from 5 - 15 mm per hour (moderate to heavy) within the 300 km diameter of the Tropical Depression. Fishing boats and other small seacrafts are advised not to venture out into the Northern, Eastern and Southern seaboards of Luzon, the Central and Eastern seaboards of Visayas and Eastern seaboard of Mindanao. The Low Pressure Area (LPA) Northwest of Puerto Princesa City has dissipated II. ACTION/S TAKEN NDRRMC Operations Center is on RED ALERT status to monitor and disseminate Severe Weather Bulletin No. 08 on Tropical Depression "CRISING" to all OCD Regional Centers through SMS and facsimile and uploaded on the NDRRMC website for further dissemination to their respective local disaster risk reduction and management councils (LDRRMCs) from the provincial down to the municipal levels. Directed RDRRMCs concerned through the OCD Regional Centers to undertake precautionary measures in their area of responsibility (AOR) and subsequently advised local DRRMCs to initiate pre-emptive evacuation of families in low-lying and mountainous areas if situation warrants. 2
